We had to change vehicles 4 times, no one told us anything, everyone just shouted. The van was completely full because some people had too much luggage that blocked a seat and I had to sit in the front where there was no real seat, there was no seatbelt, no head rest and my head almost hit the ceiling. Get to the boat about a hour early if you want any choice of bed!! Ferry was cramped with small thin ‘gym mat’ mattresses - probably about a metre space across per person. Also the girls next to me were top and tailing because they couldn’t find enough beds each, would have been useful to have a designated bed each because it was definitely cramped where I was. However experience was fine for what I paid and the crossing was smooth and it was an easy checkin.
