Fahrer super, Fahrzeit trotz Verspätung (aber nur 30min) überpüktlich am Zielort. Der Bus war allerdings eine Zumutung. Klima stank nach Schimmel - für 3 Stunden Fahrzeit ein NOGO

Vom Krabi Bus Terminal sind wir bis zum Pakbara Pier gefahren und von dort aus mit dem Speedboat nach Koh Lipe. Der Fahrer konnte etwas englisch und war freundlich. Laut 12go Asia sollte der Van um 06:40 Uhr kommen und man soll eine halbe Stunde eher da sein. Deshalb kamen wir um 06:00 uhr an. Jedoch sagten uns alle am Bus Terminal der Van kommt um 07:00 Uhr. Und so war es auch. Die Zeit hätte man sich morgens natürlich sparen können.

Wir sind von Koh Lipe nach Phuket gefahren. Zuerst mit dem Speedboat zum Pakbara Pier. Dann mit dem Van weiter nach Krabi. Bis dahin war auch alles gut. Ab dem Krabi Bus Terminal sind wir jedoch in einem recht unbequemen Bus eingestiegen. Die Lehne konnte man nicht nach hinten verstellen und es gab nur wenig Beinfreiheit. Der Bus wird auch für Fahrten für die einheimischen genutzt. Deshalb sind wir ständig angehalten und haben Leute ein und aus gelassen. Wir haben den Bus schon vor der Endstation in Phuket verlassen und uns für die letzten 20km einen Bolt Fahrer bestellt. Deshalb für den letzten Bus einen Punkt Abzug

Leider sind die einzelnen Reiserouten nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Wie lange fährt man mit dem Van, wie lange fährt man mit dem Boot.
Wo ist die Zwischenstation (Ende mit dem Van, Abfahrt Boot).
Angegebenen wurde Reisezeit von 09:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr. Auf dem Ticket vom Peer stand dann Ankunft 17:00 Uhr und letztendlich sind wir erst um 18:00 Uhr angekommen.
Ursprüngliche Reisezeit von 7 Stunden auf 9 Stunden. Hätten wir das von Anfang gewusst, hätten wir ggf. anders geplant (eine Übernachtung zwischendurch/anderes Reisemittel).
Abholung war sehr pünktlich um 08:55 Uhr an der vereinbarten Stelle.

Driver was excellent but Support Team was not helpful. Support team contacted us via phone because they didn’t know if they send the driver to the correct address and confused us even though the driver had already picked us up.

Driver was great, super friendly and on time but there was no allowance for travellers with luggage. My 21 yo daughter ended up in what could only be called a seat in name only, so to be kind so that older less flexible passengers could travel in relative comfort. She then had to worry if the tower of luggage was going to fall on her. Driver took way too many passengers.

Very confusing in the airport. I asked a lot of people where to go and about the 6 th person could help me and called a driver up. Nice car and driver 👌 Then we got to the dock to go with a long tail boat to the Island. Had a 45 minutes wait. Nobody informed me of anything, had to ask to know if I had time to go to the toilet.

I’ve traveled from Krabi to Langkawi Island (because I didnt see any other reviews to this I will list up my experience here). The Pickup-Time was correct, the driver was even 15 before pickup-time there (6:20 am instead of 6:40 am). Pick up at the hotel was no problem. The general information that you get with this trip is not really helpful (the only time which is mentioned is the pickup time in Krabi). Anyways we drove for a bit till Lan-gu. Then the drive told me to get out of the car and in another minivan over the street from another company. I had no information at all so I just went with the flow and followed the instructions. We then went down to Satun where the driver actually drove me to a hotel (I didn’t seem they would know, because they had no names of customers and the spot of the company was looking like a ruin but it worked). The madam at the hotel had expected me and also had the pickup time for the next morning (9:30 am (this time was nowhere on the pdf and that I will switch the van in between also not). The driver came 9:30 am and I went with him to the Tammalang Pier, the madams at the ticket shop at the pier didn’t know about me but another one which they called did and all was payed for. So in general you don’t have any information but the pickuptime from your hotel in Krabi, anyways if you just follow the drivers instructions and ask a little bit, you will get what you payed for (the hotel is probably not worth it but everything else) and you will arrive at Kuah Jetty safe and at the mentioned time. All in all it worked good.

Smooth journey, 30 mins wait at Krabi bus stop to change over to another mini van is the only reason not 5 star review. Got there on time, slightly earlier then suggested time.

We were picked up at our hotel by a driver and taken to Krabi’s bus station. We then waited for other travelers to leave the station. We forgot someone and had to go back to the bus station. We then went to the airport and picked up two additional travelers and had to be creative with seats. It felt like we made multiple additional stops, picking up people randomly. At one point, a lady with her baby hopped in the van while we were on the ferry. The driver didn’t drop us off at our hotel but dropped us off on the side of the road and talk us to walk 10 minutes down the road with all our luggage.

Picked up on time, long drive to Pak Bara pier, driver stopped for a couple of toilet breaks for us. Well organised at the pier to collect our boat tickets and get on the boat to Ko Lipe. The first boat we got on appeared to have a problem shortly after we set off, they sent another boat and we transferred over. This was all handled fairly quickly with our luggage transferred for us. No one on the boat spoke English though, luckily a passenger could translate and let us know what was going on. Very little information about timings, etc...you just have to trust the process!

There's not a booth to be picked up from, just wait on the side of the road for a van to pull up. Someone will come out and look around for you.

Just after booking the 12 Support wrote us that we have to pay additonal 600 THB to the Bus driver for pick up at our Hotel near Old Town Koh Lanta and drop off at our Hotel near Ao Nang. There was no information about this extra costs before and within the booking and there was no possibility to cancel the transfer after the message about these intransparent extra costs.
The transfers should be included when they write pick up is "Koh Lanta Hoteltransfer" and arrival point "Ao Nang Transfer" with no further informations. At the end we paid 400 THB extra after some discussions.
The transfer itself was really good and comfortable (we were the only two passengers on board). The driver was 30 minutes before pick up time at our Hotel and really friendly. Would gave them 5* when we didn't had the issues with the non-transparent extra costs.

The bus was around 50 minutes late but the rest of the trip was good. Communication with the operator was easy.

The trip was on time and at first it was all good.
At the end the driver didn’t stop at our hotel and just dropped us somewhere - in the next town about 12 km away from our hotel.
He was very rude and forced us to leave the van - we wanted to tell him that he directly passed our hotel on the way but he didn’t want to “talk” with us, threw our bags out of the van and drove away. We had to take a taxi for 400BT.

Aonang Krabi-Koh Lanta: à l’heure, voyage en van très confortable, nous avons été récupéré à notre hôtel et déposés à notre nouvel hôtel, le ferry est compris dans le tarif. Très bon chauffeur. Merci
