Die Busfahrt an sich war gut allerdings haben wir 4 mal angehalten und hatten 3 Pausen, was unserer Meinung nach übertrieben war. Die erste Pause war schon nach 1,5h für 30min danach haben wir in Chiang Rai den Bus gewechselt. Dann kam eine 10 min Pause. Zum Schluss als es nurnoch 30min nach Chiang Rai waren haben wir nochmal 45min Pause gemacht. Eine Pause wäre völlig ausreichend gewesen!!

Ziemlich rasante Fahrt, für jeden mit Reiseübelkeit wahrscheinlich eher eine Qual. Vor allem bis Chang Mai. Daher genügend Tabletten einpacken. Ein Stopp zwischen Pai und Chang Mai von ca 30min. In Chang Mai eher hektisches umsteigen. 30min Stopp in Chang Rai für Mittagessen oder Tempel. Pad Thai hat exzellent geschmeckt bei der Haltestelle. Tempel kann man von der anderen Strassenseite angucken, Google tuts aber auch. Nächster Halt vor der Grenze für Visa nach Laos, unbedingt genügend Bargeld (meist 1900B) und Falls Dollar ungebrauchte Scheine dabeihaben. Umsteigen an der Thailändischen Grenze in einen Bus für 5min bis zur laotischen Grenze. Nach der Passkontrolle gehts weiter in einem typischen Kleintransporter mit Bänken. Eher eng, dafür schön luftig für ca 15min. Schwache Blasen werden auf dieser Fahrt auf die Probe gestellt.

A pleasant trip. The van was very new, well maintained and comfortable. The driver was very pleasant and an excellent driver. The multiple stops along the really helped break up the nearly 7-hour trip. The one thing that could have improved the experience would have been if we were informed of the stops and when to expect them and also the fact that we would have to change buses half way through the trip. That came as a total surprise.

Everything went fine. Always arrive 30 min before departure or else we would of missed our van. Come prepared with medicine if you get motion sickness besides that, everything went great

Driver was on time and helpful, and staff at the border were so helpful in getting our VISA application ready. We even got to skip the queue at the Laos border. The slow boat itself was lovely - a great way to travel

chaos. You have to get off the bus at one border, pass through, back on another, get off again, pass through the laos border, then back on another bus. felt like being herded sheep. Laos border tried scamming us for "stamping fee" on passports, no support through the border passage etc as we had evisa's so staff focused on those getting visas on arrival. Just told "wait for my friend" at the other side of the border, no way of knowing who this was and he didnt know our names either, very little real organisation and so much potential to have gone wrong. Bus wasn't particularly comfy either. 15 mins late

The coach from Pai - Chiang Mai was nice, spacious etc. however our driver stopped in Chiang Mai and put us onto a different coach to Chiang Rai which was packed, we were put in the very back and had to split 1 seat between 2 of us for several hours as the bags were taking up the boot and the other chair space, very uncomfortable and hot

don’t book with this company unless you want to be left in the middle of nowhere for over an hour with no ac and one of the rudest drivers i’ve ever dealt with.

The bus took us in advance, it's cool but the people on the bus had a different schedule and thought we were late, and we received unfair and inappropriate comments... The driver's driving was too aggressive, making the journey quite unpleasant. Otherwise, we arrived on time and even early.

The driver was simply driving too fast passing dangerously. It was very uncomfortable. Especially through all the construction zone. We arrived an hour early. No reason to go so fast. .

Arrived at the terminal and was immediately told that we wouldn’t be allowed on the bus unless we paid extra for our bags, which we asked for further clarification about due to the fact we’ve taken probably a dozen bus journeys over the last two months, and haven’t had to pay extra once. Then the man in charge came over and begun screaming in our faces, physically intimidating us and accusing us of being liars. He said we were lying about paying for luggage even though we’d never said that, he’d just misunderstood us and immediately gone mental! He told us we weren’t allowed on the bus even when we tried to give him the money and essentially he left us stranded in pai alone. The man most likely wouldn’t have spoken to two men like this but, as we were two young girls he essentially bullied and verbally berated us.

Nice travel ! Thé driver made a stop about1 hour from departure then at thé White temple to eat. It was 10’ before thé arrivâmes stop but you can eat for 100baht

Pai to Chiang Mai van was good but the second one was so uncomfortable (that doesn’t describe it at all) and there was mold all around the AC vents. So the two stars are because of the first van.

The first bus coming into chiang mai from pai was extremely comfortable and spacious for the 1.5 hour journey it took. However the second bus we got moved to driving to chiang rai which is longer roughly 3.5 hours was not so comfy and felt very squished. Seats were very verticle and no one had room to recline the seats. The driver was super nice and always made sure to tell us if there was a longer stretch with no stops ensuring everyone to get snacks/ bathroom breaks if needed before. Overall it was a good experience and felt safe. Good cheap option to get from Pai to chiang Rai! Would do it again.

Mini van was really hot. Has a few stops, but felt really dragged out with a change of van halfway, then a fuel stop, plus the original 2 stops… Fine with leaving on time and arrived pretty much on time. Drop off point is a mall in the middle of nowhere on a highway.

Really good company. They help you through the laos border and was a smooth transition. MAKE SURE YOUR DOLLAR OR CURRENCY YOU PAY FOR IS FLAT AND PERFECT. they will not let you in otherwise. If you can get your hands on dollars it's the best rate. The bus from the border to the train is very bumpy so be prepared but as far as the company they are very good and I would recommend using them. The staff are great and very kind and you get a lunch included, which is never a bad thing.

We made it safely to our destination. The driver was fast but kept us safe. The van was not very clean but comfortable enough. We were allowed 4 luggage and had 3 luggage and 1 wheelchair. So we thought that would all be covered for the 4 as paid and listed when booked. I was unhappy to have to pay an extra 200 baht for an assistive device.overall ok experience.

The driver was great and we Even Started 10 min early and arrived 1 Hour earlier in Chiang Rai. I Took a key of a Scooter from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and he brought it back for me. Thank you so much!

The service actually left early as all passengers were on board. The van was comfortable enough, though I had the advantage of the front seat. I did find the driving quite aggressive, and unnecessarily in a hurry.

The car was a bit smelly like food and vape, and quite old. Also, the driving style was a notch too aggressive for me: it made us arrive early, which was great, but it did not feel completely safe during the drive. Pickup was 15m late (still arrived one hour before ETA though).

The driver was so lovely. Went from chiang mai to the Laos border, took 6 hours in total with 3 stops along the way. I can’t fault the driver, I felt very safe. I was the only person going to Huay Xai, everyone else was going to chiang rai, so spent the remaining 2 hours on my own. Amazing service! Got picked up at 7:15am the next day with a tuktuk and I was guided on what to do. Everything went smoothly! The slow boat was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend, the scenes are incredible. Definitely get yourself outside on the front of the boat to really take everything in. 10/10

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Even though we arrived late at the pickup point, they immediately arranged an alternative plan without any hesitation. The van was comfortable, well-maintained, and the whole journey went smoothly. Really impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend!

Because we stopped at the White temple for half an hour while a passenger (who had paid to see it) went to look around it. Not the paying passengers fault but everyone else had to wait 30mins, while we were only 20 mins max away from the final destination. No food break or toilet break needed (alreafy had one) , no mention of this stop on tickets etc. We took our bags off the bus and got a cab. Be aware when you book with this operator that they do this , so the trip will be in excess of 4hrs easily

At First the driver showed up late which resulted in us departing 20-30 minutes late. Second, he took a 15 minute rest stop after an hour of driving at 10:30. Then when we arrived to Chiang Rai he stopped at the White Temple for 30 minutes. The description of the ride on 12go said a 3:30 minute travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. We arrived at 1:40, 1 hour and 10 minutes late, and the drop off was not at Terminal 2 as mentioned in the booking description, it was at the mall in Chiang Rai. The Ride itself was a little rocky and you could feel that the driver tried to make up for lost time.

was cramped in an overfilled vehicle next to a slightly bigger woman, who also didn’t have enough space. had no head rest. roads were terrible (not the operators fault but still annoying if you’re in a small space for hours with no space). operators were nice and helped cross the border, etc overnight hotel was creepy and the hotel room was a bit disgusting.

Ther driver drove into the parking lot at the White Temple, got out, and said there would be a half-hour break. Then he disappeared. That's completely unacceptable. We and others then ordered a taxi. I can't say when the driver finally left. I become no answere of my complaint

The 12Go service was excellent, and the drive was fine. But with ten minutes remaining in our journey, our driver suddenly stopped at a rest spot near the white temple for “about thirty minutes” so we could “take a little break.” I’m all for breaks, but that makes more sense in the middle of the journey than at the end. It was very clearly motivated by something else, and it added unnecessary time to our trip which had us arriving 45 minutes past the stated arrival time.

Unplanned change to another minibus. In the second bus the place was limited, as there was a lot of baggage. I basically had to sit in half a place.
