- รถตู้บางคันอาจจะค่อนข้างคับแคบและมีพื้นที่จำกัดสำหรับสัมภาระ อันที่จริงแล้ว รถตู้แทบทุกคันจะมีพื้นที่เก็บสัมภาระที่จำกัด และหากคุณมีกระเป๋า กระเป๋าเดินทาง หรือเป้สะพายหลังมากกว่าหนึ่งใบ อาจจะเป็นการดีที่จะซื้อที่นั่งแยกต่างหากสำหรับสัมภาระ ใช่แล้ว หมายความว่าคุณจะต้องจ่ายค่าเดินทางเป็นสองเท่า น่าเสียดาย
- คุณควรตรวจสอบว่ารถตู้ของคุณวิ่งตามตารางเวลาหรือออกเดินทางเมื่อผู้โดยสารเต็ม เพราะในกรณีหลัง คุณอาจจะต้องรอนาน เนื่องจากในหลายเส้นทางอาจใช้เวลานานพอสมควรจึงจะมีผู้โดยสารเต็มคัน
- คนขับรถตู้ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องการขับเร็ว แม้แต่บริษัทที่มีชื่อเสียงก็ไม่สามารถบังคับให้คนขับเคารพกฎจำกัดความเร็วได้เสมอ แม้ว่าคนขับจะไม่บังคับ แต่คุณควรที่จะคาดเข็มขัดนิรภัยทุกครั้งเมื่อเดินทางด้วยรถตู้
- หากคุณเมารถง่ายและเส้นทางมีความคดเคี้ยว โอกาสที่จะเมารถจะสูงกว่าการเดินทางโดยรถบัส ดังนั้น ควรรับประทานยาก่อนออกเดินทางครึ่งชั่วโมงเพื่อความปลอดภัย

I was lucky by chance and could catch a good seat. My luggage was quite big but the staff managed it well. Finaly we were in time and dropped a good place for me.

Van was supposed to leave at 3.30pm. Instructions were to reach at 3pm at the station. So we reached at 3pm. Van only left at 4plus. Our estimated time on arrival to ekkamai was 6.30pm. We reached at 7.45pm. Driver had zero sense of urgency, making several stops to chat with his buddies on the roadside where there were no one getting off. When for a gas pump, several chatting stops, some dropoffs and only reach Ekkamai more than an hour late. Lucky for us, we weren't rushing for a plane or that plane would have left a long time ago.

12go cancelled and informed me in advance which is fine. They transferred me to another service provider. However, that service provider(van) got too many passengers already.
The driver was not happy with my big luggage and 12go did not give him the money(my ticket fee) in advance. The driver did not do any bad to me, but it would be good to adjust me with more satisfying service provider or have a better coordination in advance so that it will not affect to my experience.

The driver did not drive safe, then he stopped to get himself a cold drink but didn’t let the passengers out to get a drink or use the toilet..

Wie verlangt 30 Minuten vor Abfahrt eingecheckt. Abfahrt anstatt 8.00h um 8.30h.

War soweit ganz ok. Die 60 Baht mehr weil ich online über ein Portal gebucht habe kann ich verschmerzen. Fahrer ist wirklich vernünftig gefahren. Zeitplan bzw. Abfahrt war pünktlich Ankunft 10 Minuten später... STAU IN BANGKOK. Muss man einkalkulieren. Wer komfortabler reisen möchte muss sich ein TAXI nehmen aber dann auch viel tiefer in die Tasche greifen.. Und ob das wirklich schneller ist???

Приехали на час раньше, думали будем долго ждать. Нашли нам минивэн раньше и мы уехали через 5 минут. Доехали быстро. Чемодан большой - 150 батт сверху.

Very bad experience. Had to wait for the van until it arrived. No fixed timings. As and when the van comes, they make the van full and start. There are much better buses for just about 100 Bhat. Don’t need to worry about getting the tickets. You will definitely get them.

Nice. I was 1 hour early at the station. I could leave after 15 minutes. That was nice. The seats are too small for me. I felt uncomfortabel to touch my neighbour. I could not place my feet because of the luggage under the seat.

Although we had reserved seats in advance, when we got on the plane there were no seats available and the four of us were forced to sit in different seats.

They delay your departure until the van is full, regardless on the time that you book. A couple nearby me was waiting inside the minivan for one hour.

Not the best way to travel by bus you get dropped off at a bus stop which I had to ask 3 people for directions to the next bus station and then I looked for company logo booth but no where to be seen so went to hua hin booth and showed booking so not much information had to figure it out lucky for me the lady at the booth put me on an earlier bus so I was grateful for that but other than that I recommend a coach to travel 🙂

Driver picked up 2 persons along the way, eventhough there were no available seats. Had paid full price for a seat for my luggage, but driver made me put the luggage in the aile, so the two persons could sit there. Not really, what i paid for.
A/C bearly worked.
Driver talked a lot on the phone while driving.

All Mochit stops were sold out so I booked for Ekamai. When I got to the station, I explained that I wanted to get to Mochit. They said okay. Then some passengers and I talked to the driver and asked if he could take us to the Mochit BTS. He agreed. Everyone was helpful. When I booked this ticket, I didn't understand that I had to buy another ticket for my luggage until I read the instructions again. However, the system wouldn't let me buy another ticket with my name again and then I read the instructions again and understood. When you buy another ticket (for your luggage), you have to put in "Luggage seat" in the field where the passenger name goes -- first name Luggage, last name Seat.

Organised chaos. Thought theE Ticket I had the on my phone was enough to get access on what I thought was the bus to Pattaya. How wrong I was. I was sent from pillar to a post trying to find the correct kiosk and bus to board. Meanwhile the clock was ticking away nearly missed the bus and at one point my suitcase was loaded to go on the wrong bus. 🙃

Pros- Everything was on time, when we got to the first van terminal they just had constant vans going out ( I recommend getting there 90 minutes before)
Cons- in the images it said we would be getting a nice looking comfortable coach to Bankok but it was litterally a cramped minibus, aircon worked slightly but halfway through we were sweating, I’m sure this isn’t in all of the transport vans but definitely was In ours
Overall I would definitely recommend for anyone who has time to spare whilst getting from place to place or wants to save a few pounds

I was dropped of 30 mins. walk from the point I should have been dropped of according to your website. So I had to take a taxi for THB 100 to get to the original spot where my hotel also was.

Driver dropped me off at the wrong spot. I told him my drop off was at the T Tour Station and he said we can't get dropped off at the hotel. It was not the hotel, it was the drop off location given. Car was also hot.
