Picked up on time from the hotel, arrrived a bit late in Hanoi but hardly suprrising considering the torrential rain, large amounts of standing water and chance of aquaplaning. Top job by the driver.

Honestly it comes down to the co travelers. Car and driver were just fine. But we had company of four Chinese people who were very loud on their mobile phones, having private conversations on videocalls, and eating smelly foods.

A very reliable and trustworthy operator. Communication was great and efficient. They helped me modify my travel date and arranged pick up and drop off at the right location and on time. Highly recommended!

The driver was very helpful, but the places that we stopped charged money to use the restroom and we smoke filled environments. We never got to.Fansipan. The driver dropped us off in SaPa and left us no alternative to getting to our location. We all felt stranded and laughed with an alternative, except to take care of our own situations.

Booked VIP seats and was told we only had standard seats even though it said VIP seat right on the ticket and on my booking confirmation. The driver was good but we booked VIP for a reason for such a long drive and were very disappointed in the service from the company.

It waa quick to book online wirh a confirmation within 2 hours. The driver was on time and drove prudently back to Hanoi. Factor in 2 stops (45 min). While the 11 seater had a massage seat, space was a little cramped for 6 fters like me.

We really had a great drive back to Hanoi. Super luxurious van, enough space, nice chairs and a great and safe driver who drove not too fast. The only thing was that we left earlier then expected and had to get to a pick up point.

Great vehicles, on time, just little information from the driver on when we stop for toilet break or any general communication. We were just a “suitcase” that had to be carried.

I recently traveled with Sapaking Limousine from Sapa to Hanoi, and I was impressed by their service. The car was clean, comfortable, and equipped with spacious seats, including massage seats. The air conditioning was just right—not too cold. The driver made appropriate stops for restrooms and shops, and there was no loud music to disrupt the journey. The entire trip was well-organized and punctual. I highly recommend Sapaking to fellow travelers and would gladly choose them again.

Los asientos no eran muy cómodos, había muy poco espacio para las piernas, y eso que yo soy bajita, no me imagino los que son más altos, además no podían csmbiarse de posición. También decir que el conductor hizo dos paradas larguísimas, no hacía falta parar tanto rato

В целом нормально. Но опыт с другими перевозчиками был лучше. Машина старенькая. Всю дорогу был отключён USB, только когда попросили водителя - включил. Сопровождения поездки никакого нет (пришлось самим писать, находясь уже на точке, чтобы узнать номер машины). Написано прийти за 30 минут, водитель приехал только за 10 минут. Стоишь и ждёшь - не знаешь там ли стоишь, может вообще не та точка. Водитель очень громкий, первые минут 20 от криков хотелось высадиться))) Ну то есть в целом норм, но опыт больше негативный, чем позитивный)

Le confort du véhicule est top mais le conducteur prend de nombreux risques dans sa conduite, doublement sur la bande d arrêt d urgences, franchissement de la ligne continue pour doubler, vitesse au delà de celle indiquée Franchement pas détendu comme trajet

Sapaking is niet betrouwbaar. Ondanks herhaaldelijke bevestiging was onze locatie net buiten Sapa toch niet mogelijk voor dropoff en pickup. Dat is op zich niet erg? Maar wel als je dat eerst diverse keren bevestigd hebt gekregen en vervolgens pas in de taxi naar Sapa te horen krijgt. Verder hebben ze de positie van de stoelen (middelste rij) eerst herhaaldelijk bevestigd en vervolgens weer ingetrokken. Nu kun je bij je 12-go boeking geen stoelleuxe opgeven, maar als je iets bevestigd hou je er dan ook aan! Er wordt constant geschermd met “new staf” maar dat mag het probleem van de reiziger niet zijn.
