Unser Flug wurde nach erfolgt und obwohl ich erst zu 12 Uhr den Transfer bestellt habe war der Fahrer schon kurz nach der Landung 11:15 Uhr vor Ort … er wartete mit einem Schild auf uns … toller Service weiter so

Wir wurden 10 Minuten zu spät abgeholt. Wir sind mit einem alten klapprigen Minivan statt wie erwartet mit Limousine gefahren.
Das Fahrzeug gab die ganze Fahrt über nervige Piepsgeräusche von sich.
Der Fahrer viel zu schnell, war zwischenzeitlich am Handy…

Leider kam der Fahrer 50 min zu spät, OHNE uns vorher ein Info zu geben. Erst nachdem wir im Büro anrufen mussten, bekamen wir die Info darüber, das der Fahrer im "Stau" stehe. Das Freche kommt jedoch jetzt: Ramon (Chef) meinte dann am Telefon, wenn Sie möchten kann ich auch alles gleich stornieren und dann fahren Sie nirgendwo mehr hin ... Leider ist nur abzuraten von dem Transportunternehmen

The driver was 20 minutes late so that gave a bit of stress since also nobody picked up at the hotline phone number provided. When he arrived he drove fast so we made it on time at the airport. All in al a comfortable big van instead of a normal car with a nive driver that arrived on time.

The taxidriver scammed us! We had a nice taxidriver who transported us from Ao Nang to Donsak pier. We still needed to book Ferry tickets to Koh Samui and he was kind enough to help us. When we arrived he got us the tickets, but unfortunately let us pay double of the real ticket price. We had to hurry because of the ferry leaving, so we didn’t notice it until we were on the ferry. We’re really disappointed in Ramon Transport. When you book something and they offer to help, but then charge to much, it’s not fair and leaves a bad memory.

At first we were a bit confused, where we would be picked up, but after a quick call this was clarified. The driver was punctual and came prepared with a sign with my name on it. The car was in good condition and the journey was quick and efficient.

Der Fahrer kam zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt am Bahnhof direkt auf uns zu und brachte uns zum Taxi. Wir haben zwei Pausen gemacht, auch das war sehr nett. Der Fahrer fuhr gut und umsichtig. Wie fast immer halt alles gut geklappt

We had a great experience with this service. We had thought we would be getting a car but they had sent us a spacious minivan. Our driver was on time and in fact he was ten minutes early. He was graciously waiting for us while the hotel staff checked us out. He anticipated bathroom break and offered to stop at a 7 eleven. I would book with Ramon again.

Service was good. Flight was delayed for 30 minutes and driver waited for us. Drive was safe. We ordered a 9p van which is too big for us as we were only with 4p. Plenty of spaces

Great experience. Driver was on time and waited for us even though our flight from Surat Thani was delayed. Took us straight to our hotel in Khao Sok. Vehicle was average van you'd be in as the rest of Thailand.

Superb, couldn’t fault it. Our driver was brilliant. He stopped for a toilet break halfway. Collected us from our hotel in Khao Sok and delivered us safely to our hotel in Khanom

Booking was a bit confusing, because the wording for From-To didn't show the pickup place ( Ao nang transfer except..???). So, a phone call with the Hotline had to clarify the correct pickup place.

Although the ferry was over half an hour delayed, the driver was there awaiting us. Afterwards I saw she has tried to reach us several times through WhatsApp, but on the ferry I had no internet connection, so I missed those efforts to reach me.
The driver Joy was very polite and drove safely during this trip of more than 4 hours

We expected a standard 3px car but we got a dirty mini van. The driver spent the whole journey making other booking last on his phone and writing down and reading an itinerary for the day. But much concentration on the driving. Nothing bad happened but fyi.
The driver arrived early and was eager for us to leave , no doubt so he could fit more into his schedule.

We booked the transfer that said it was to khao sok hotel. Then when it asked for the specific location I entered cheow lan pier because I thought our tour started there. I realized after that we actually did need to go to a hotel in khao sok and tried to change it but the support at 12go said it was too late and to let the operator know directly. I didn't think this would be an issue since we technically booked and paid for the transfer to khao sok hotel but they insisted we pay and additional 500 baht. the driver herself was very nice but this extra charge was frustrating and didn't make sense .
