Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of leg room and reclining seats with calf rests. Even with the included blanket it was a little bit too cool for me but others didn't seem to mind.

It was comfortable as there was a lot of space between the seat and the one in front of you. There were only few people in the bus, maybe 8. So I was able to choose where I wanted to sit. We arrived about 2 hours earlier which was quite confusing as it was 4pm and first we didn't really know where we were. It also took me some time to find out how to get to the city from the huge bus station in bangkok...

Extremely comfortable, we had the front seats on top so we’re able to bring our bigger bags in the bus and have them in front of us since there’s no one reclining their seats. There were screens with games and shows and USB ports. We left 30 minutes after departure time but arrived an hour early in Chiang Mai. Great service overall.

Very comfortable, nicest bus I've ever been on. The seats had a massage function and blankets we're provoded. It arrived an hour early. Snacks provided and there's a stop at a shop. Air conditioning quite strong, would recommend a scarf or something.

This is the best bus ride I've ever had in my life. Seats reclined much further than I've ever seen a bus seat go. The ride was smooth and the snacks were decent.
Why a 4/5? Because we arrived 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Usually, I'm okay with an early arrival but the point of an overnight bus is so we can sleep. Most people aren't able to check into hotels or hostels until the afternoon so that's a lot of time to kill between.
If it wasn't for the fact that we were completely exhausted upon early arrival this ride would have received a 5/5. Keep up the great work!

Sehr pünktliche Abfahrt & früher als geplant am Ziel. Entertainment-Programm hätte auf Englisch sein können (Filme). Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Overnight bussing of any kind is not for the faint of heart, but this bus was just fine! It was on-time departing and arriving and provided snacks, drink, and a blanket.

Ist was very easy to find the counter and to get the tickets. The seats were exactly the ones we booked and the ride was quiet and enyoable.

In the bus was very cold. But they give you a blanket. Through you should bring some winter clothes with you.

Wir buchten die Tickets online und konnten diese am Ticketschalter abholen, dies war unkompliziert.
Die Fahrt begann annähernd pünktlich, wir waren vor der angegebenen Ankunftszeit am Ziel. Der Fahrstil war angenehm. Der Komfort ist soweit gut, der Bus wirkte ziemlich neu, jeder Sitz hat einen kleinen Entertainment Computer, die Sitze sind für uns mit über 180cm Körpergröße etwas kurz. Jeder Passagier bekam einen Soja-Drink, eine Flasche Wasser sowie ein Brötchen. Wie bereits in vielen Bewertungen angemerkt, ist es sehr kalt im Bus, trotz dieses “Vorwissens“ waren wir erstaunt, wie kalt es war. Es gab zwar eine leichte Decke, bei einer nächsten Reise würde ich dennoch mehr als eine lange Hose und einen Pulli anziehen.

Left as planed, got a blanket and a snack and drink, pulled up to a restaurant at half 2 which wouldn't be needed for us but probably for the driver. The ride was really bumpy so I couldn't sleep well but everything else was good. Arrived an hour earlier though.

Seats were confortable and you had enough space. You also could recline your seat a significant amount! Altough a blanket was provided it was still freezing cold due to AC (was wearing a hoodie and joggers but still) we chose to arrive at 7am so that we wouldn't be stuck there in the middle of the night, however, arrived at 5am anyways and couldn't check in till 2pm. So maybe book the night your travelling an accommodation so that when you arrive you can go to the room right away. Too bad the movies where Thai spoken instead of English spoken with Thai subtitels. Overall a relaxing trip and way better priced then an airplane.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr gute Fahrt von Bangkok nach chiang mai. Zu jeder Zeit fühlten wir uns sicher und gut aufgehoben. Der Busfahrer ist zügig, aber ordentlich gefahren. Wir haben die Tickets über 12goasia gebucht und können auch das sehr empfehlen. Insgesamt hat man im Bus genügend Platz und es war durchaus möglich ein wenig zu schlafen. Leider hatten wir einen sehr laut schlafenden Mitpassier direkt hinter uns sitzen - das hat etwas genervt. Aber hier kann die Busgesellschaft ja nichts dafür. :-) Es gibt WLAN und USB Stecker und an jedem Sitz auch einen kleinen Bildschirm mit der Möglichkeit zu spielen oder sich Filme anzuschauen. Wir können die Fahrt weiterempfehlen!

Really pleasant journey. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Slept almost all the way through with comfy chairs and plenty of leg room and room to recline. The staff were really friendly and there was no problem at all with temperature as other comments have seemed to state. The only problem was that the bus arrived into Chiangmai 2 hours early which left us with a problem of what do we do at 5:30am.

Bus was on time. Blanked, food, water TV that's was al good enough space to lay down. Except it wasn't obvious that you had a ticket to eat at the stop. And the women in the bus ( stewardess) wasn't that kind.

Bus has the best service like a plane. They have better service than Air Asia????. Comfortable seats, snacks will be given, in bus toilet. Reached Bangkok 2 hours before arrival time. Excellent service.

Just wish they kept the lights off and didn't wake you with the PA system so loud. Otherwise it's pretty much what you expect from a super long bus ride

We booked the lower VIP section with 3 chairs wide. Seats were comfy and reclined well enough to sleep. AC was nice and cold. Maybe too cool for some. They provided blankets, water, soya milk, and some delicious butter coconut biscuits. Little to no English spoken on trip so be aware of that. You get a free meal at the bus rest stop with your ticket. As everyone said they do get to Bangkok about 2 hours early. My only complaint would be during the trip they kicked the AC off and turned the fan on for a while. When they did this you would get a loft of urine smell. Otherwise the bus was cheap, comfy for a 6' tall guy, and actually got to Bangkok early.

It was very cold and when I asked for an extra blanket, I was told no. All movies were in Thai with NO ENGLISH subtitles. They woke us at the rest stop on an overnight trip which was weird. We arrived an hour early and were impatient with us to get off the bus. They were like "hurry, hurry, leave."

The air conditioning was freezing and it was impossible to sleep. The seats were also uncomfortable. It was unfortunate, because the last bus I took through Lignite was fantastic, so I'm not sure why this one was so different.

i rated it 4 only because the movies and the screen men were only in Thai and maybe, the dinner at 1AM was a little late, but al the rest was excellent... i recommend this company...

They give you the choice to choose your seat but they wont tell that the bottom seats are really uncomfortable and old, and the top ones are new.

They did not say the information in English such as when we were having a break and for how long. That we get a meal with our ticket. We arrived one hour earlier than stated. There was no wifi and the tvs did not work.
They provided snack and water. The woman who brought the snacks was really nice.

The seats were very comfortable, reclining far back with a legrest that can be brought up.
I recommend bringing an extra blanked to be warm enough, at least if you sit in the front close by the AC.
On my fist seat the seatbuckle was broken. I later changed to the middle of the bus because of a snorer.
The air around the middle seats smelled really bad by the end of the ride, as the toilet is located in the middle downstairs.
On the toilet I could not detect a proper flushing mechanism, it all just flows down a small hole, with no cover to prevent smell. No2 not advised!
Bring earplugs, high chance of meeting an awful loud snorer.

Seats were comfortable. Bus wasn't too cold in my opinion i did start to get colder towards the end. They gave us an almond cake, lactasoy, coffee/tea, and bottled water. Left late, but arrived on time.
