Alles hat nach Plan funktioniert.
Der Fahrer war überpüntklich, der Mini Van völlig ausreichend. Es wurden zwei kurze Pausen a 15-20 Minuten gemacht. Wurden pünktlich am Hotel in Koh Chang abgeliefert.

Start am Abholpunkt lief reibungslos. Wir wurden direkt an unseren Hotel abgesetzt. Da die Fahrt über 6 Stunden gedauert hat, haben wir eine 20 minütige Pause eingelegt.
Auf der Fähre war auch alles in Ordnung.
Nur das Warten bei der Hitze, bis wir auf die Fähre durften (20min ) war sehr anstrengend.
Ich kann es aber sehr empfehlen. Außerdem war diese Buchung das erste Mal für uns und ich muss sagen, dass sie uns Sicherheit gegeben hat.

Fahrt war pünktlich. Bus Klimatisierung kam nicht ganz hinterher, man musste leicht schwitzen (minivan mit 11 Leuten drin)
Fahrer ist z.T. sehr waghalsig und unnötig schnell gefahren (wirkte als würden beide gleichzeitig startenenden minivans ein Rennen machen) generell war der Fahrer eher hektisch auch in der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation. Das Angebot auf Ko Chang dann die Leute noch zum Resort zu fahren war auch alles sehr hektisch und wirkte eher überteuert. ( Schade da es schon die teuerste Busfahrt war) mussten 300 Baht zahlen um zum Resort gefahren zu werden, wobei wir alle 4min mi anderen noch rausgelassen haben.

Sehr nette Fahrer. Leider ist das Fahrzeug nach 1,5 h kaputt gegangen. Dann mussten wir auf der Autobahn ca. 45 Minuten in großer Hitze warten. Nachdem wir abgeholt wurden mussten wir ca. 2 h auf ein neues Auto auf der Raststätte warten. Also sind wie statt 3 pm um 6pm angekommen.

Fahrer hat 2 Pausen von 10 und 5 Minuten gemacht. Er war die ganze Fahrt durchgehend am Handy, um zu telefonieren oder Sprachnachrichten zu verschicken.

Die Bus Begleitung hatte ziemlich schlechte Laune. Unfreundlich wäre zuviel, aber sie war sehr genervt. Ablauf reibungslos, Fahrer tauschte auf halber Strecke,toll!

Netter und ruhiger Fahrer und pünktliche Abfahrt. Der Fahrer wartete bereits eine drei Viertel Stunde vorher am Starbucks. Alles funktionierte gut, wir kamen pünktlich auf Koh Chang an und hatten zwei Pausen von je 20 Minuten.

So ein super Service !
Direkt von Bangkok mit dem Shuttle und dann mit der Fähre nach Koh Chang und direkt am Hotel abgesetzt worden. Es gab eine Pause von 20 Minuten an dem wunderschönsten Rastplatz an dem ich je war. Sehr freundlicher Fahrer, wir hatten uns 10 Minuten verspätet, der Fahrer hat sogar auf uns gewartet. ☺️ sehr gerne wieder

Wir sind von Koh Chang zum BKK Airport gefahren. Wir wurden morgens eine halbe Stunde zu spät abgeholt. Da macht man sich anfangs natürlich Sorgen ob man vielleicht vergessen wurde weil man natürlich nie Infos über Verspätungen bekommt. Wir sind dann vom Koh Chang Pier mit der Autofähre zum Ao Thammachat Pier gefahren und mit dem selben Van bis zum BKK Airport. Unser Van hatte leider keine gute Klimaanlage und der Anlasser war defekt, sodass wir zwischendurch den Van abschieben mussten. Da konnte der Fahrer natürlich nichts für. Er war wirklich nett gewesen, konnte aber schlecht englisch. Wir hatten anfangs nicht so wirklich verstanden das wir abschieben müssen. Wir saßen auf den hintersten sitzen die bei diesem Van wirklich sehr unbequem waren, da man auf einem Sitz auf einer "Kante" sitzen musste, und das sechs Stunden lang. Wir sind jedoch auf die Minute genau am Zielort angekommen, da wir über die Mautstraße gefahren sind

We had an accident during the transfer. It was not the driver's fault: one of the passenger (a lady I believe from Portugal) distracted him and caused a dangerous crash with another vehicle. Luckily no one was seriously injured but it was a very bad experience. I have not heard from the company yet despite my emails to clarify everyone's position.

Smooth pickup, but a very uncomfortable drive
The pickup went smoothly and without any problems. The bus was new, clean, and comfortable for 9 passengers. The driver was also on time, and we actually arrived in Bangkok about an hour earlier than expected.
Unfortunately, the drive itself was quite challenging. The driver’s driving was extremely rough, with a very bumpy ride and constant, unpredictable acceleration and braking. At times we were driving quite fast, which made the journey uncomfortable, especially for anyone prone to motion sickness.
One of the children sitting in the last row became sick and threw up, but we still did not stop. In total, we only stopped once, for about 20 minutes, after approximately four hours of driving.
Overall, the service was punctual and the vehicle was good, but the driving style made what could have been a comfortable journey quite unpleasant. If you are prone to motion sickness, I would definitely recommend being prepared for a rough ride.

Friendly and good driver. Stopps for toilet and food (maybe too much). The vehicle was completly filled up. If we would have been only adults, it would have been too crowded, because the 4 backseats are too narrow. With 2 kids for the family sitting in the back, it was okay.

Everything went so well. The driver was there an hour early and absolutely friendly and professional. The van was very modern, clean and comfortable. We could drive 15 minutes earlier and reached the hotel absolutely on time. Would recommend anytimes!

Very smooth journey; everything on time.
We left "The Nine Centre" on time at 9am, took a 30 mins break at approx 11:30am, and a 15 mins break at approx. 13:30pm.
We caught the 14:45pm ferry, and arrived at our White Sand Beach hotel approx 15:30pm.
The van was very comfortable, with plenty of space for luggage.
The driving was, at times, probably a little faster than I would have liked, but I suppose that's not unusual here... We arrived safely.
The driver was very friendly and helpful.
I would happily recommend.

Bus ride was very uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe. The driver was driving extremely recklessly, constantly switching lanes aggressively and making sudden movements. His behavior also seemed very strange — at the beginning of the trip he was nervous and irritated, but later he became unusually cheerful and energetic, which made me feel uneasy and gave me the impression that he might have been under the influence of something.
Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was set unbelievably cold the entire trip. We asked the driver several times to lower it or turn it off, and although he would sometimes do it for a short while, he kept turning it back on again. Everyone on the bus was freezing by the end of the journey.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and I did not feel safe during the ride.

Everything was fine, no issues along the way. The only thing I don't understand is why, for a flight at 1:20 PM, we were brought to the airport at 10:30 AM. Trat Airport has no air conditioning, so the wait was exhausting. It would be more reasonable to take the 10:45 AM flight — that would be more than enough time.

We left 15min late. Then we stopped 2 times for a long time when I think everyone would have preferred to not stop and just get there sooner as we arrived 2hrs late (but there was also a lot of traffic on the way). Otherwise was comfortable and well organized
