Guter Service und super netter Busfahrer. Leider nicht pünktlich, da wir auf einen anderen Bus verlegt wurden. Und sich etwa 1 Stunde Verspätung zusammengesammelt hat. Aber ist bei 10 Stunden Fahrt noch okay.

When I arrived for my 08:30 bus to Bangkok I was told that the bus would no longer be running. I was handed a piece of paper that said I would have to pay an additional 271 baht (on top of the original fare I had paid online) and that this would allow me to get a bus at 09:00. I had no other option but to pay the extra money and was not given an explanation as to why I should pay additional money when I had already paid the fare

Operaters (names unknown) were super nice and made sure that we (the only English speakers) constantly knew where we were and what the situation was!

Toilet was a mess, the smell of urin all the way joined ist upstairs. It was already in real real bad conditions as WE boarded!!!

Bus 30m late. Very clean and seat super comfortable, but the wifi didn't work. Employees kind and speaking just few english.

Bus was 90 minutes late and I almost missed my connection. Poor toilet on bus. The attendant talked loudly on her phone much of the trip.

Very rude people , I find only a paper in the counter where I was suppose to change my online ticket said :
Go to bus stop 14 and you'll get your ticket . So I went there e no one know anything took me 1 hour with the help of a foreigner how to sort out my tickets . Never again I'll use this company , and I 'll make sure to tell also people I know about this .

Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the seats recline too far. Wouldn't think that would be a problem, but the person in front of me was pretty much in my lap. I couldn't move my legs and had to ask her to put her seat up some.

Comfortable seats and good trip. Staff was gentle except on the older woman that acted like a military sergeant and looks like she doesn't like people. Being gentle should give to this trip 5.

Die Sitze sind bequem, die Beinfreiheit leider nicht. Es ist schlimmer als bei Ryanair. Man muss die ganze Zeit breitbeinig sitzen.

We were very disappointed to find out that our seats could not be reclined because of the wall right behind them. We had more leg space in a regular bus than this night bus. Luckily I managed to stretch out on the aisle floor, so it could be worse, I guess...

Bus ist komfortabel und mit Decken für die Fahrt ausgestattet.
Bereitgestellt wurde ein kleines Wasser, ein kleiner Snack und es wurde ein Stop für eine Mahlzeit eingelegt.
Der Bus hatte eine 45 minütige verspätete Abfahrt und ist trotzdem 30 min vor geplanter Ankunft angekommen.
Wollte kurzfristig einen späteren Bus nehmen, Umbuchungen waren jedoch nicht mehr möglich, deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

Very comfortable bus. Pleasant temperature and air con that worked. Comfortable seats with lots of leg room (we sat in the front row, top deck). Free water and snack provided as well as lunch. Our vegetarian needs were very kindly accommodated.

Seats are comfortable and lights were turned off early, so easy to fall asleep! You'll get a blanket, water and a snack, there's even wifi on the bus!

It was a bit difficult to find the bus cuz the terminal is huge, but most staff there were very friendly so we just needed to ask lot of people. The trip was very pleasant at first, but then when it got closer to Chiangmai it suddenly became extremely cold so lots of blanket and warm clothes would be helpful.

The staff was nice, but the said we where going to have Wi-Fi but we didn't. And the blankets where to Small. Everything else is fine. For the price we payed, amazing.

Process to get our tickets in exchange for the 12go voucher was more straightforward than expected. We walked to the counter and they were already sitting there with my name on them. Bus left 30 mins later than its scheduled departure time but we expected as much following the reviews on here so didn’t mind. It flew by, seats very big and comfy and also recline. WiFi worked very well the entire time. I was a bit apprehensive about the food stop being a vegetarian, however there was a vegetarian option and it was delicious! Definitely would take the bus again if had to do it again. I would point out though that where we were sitting there were no USB charging points, I don’t know if this was the same for other passengers or just because of where we were seated though.

The bus arrived late, hence it also departed late (about 30 minutes). There were limited seats at the waiting area. The attendant was friendly and helpful. However, the blankets were provided only after about an hour after the departure. During a stop over, the passengers weren't verbally informed that we could claim free snacks using the ticket stubs... (i'm a foreigner so i did not understand what was written in the ticket). It was a relatively comfortable ride and i liked that there are single seats for solo travelers. i also appreciated the free wifi and the sockets for charging. Thank you very much!

Seats are comfy and big.
But you lose all your legroom and get squashed if the person in front puts their seat all the way down to sleep.

i loved my experience in this overnight bus. It lets you relax overnight. they gave blanket as well.
However, during my way to Chiang Mai the attendant was very impatient and do not speak english to foreigners, it makes us hard to understand them
