Benjamin WJag tog en nattbuss frÄn Mochit busstation i Bangkok till Sukhothai. SjÀlva bussresan var perfekt. BekvÀma sÀten. AC. Bra förare. Massor av benutrymme. Och till och med en filt att anvÀnda! Föraren stannade halvvÀgs vid en stor station som hade mat och toaletter och en 7-11.
Att navigera pĂ„ Mochit busstation var dock en smĂ€rta. Den Ă€r enorm. Det finns över 100 busshĂ„llplatser och biljettdiskar. Det verkar som om det inte finns mĂ„nga utlĂ€nningar som reser med buss, sĂ„ det kanske inte Ă€r instĂ€llt pĂ„ att rikta dem / oss. Jag anlĂ€nde 30 minuter före min ankomst, som rekommenderas i mitt bokningskvitto. Det tog mig lĂ„ng tid att ta reda pĂ„ vart jag skulle gĂ„, efter att ha frĂ„gat flera personer (pĂ„ min brutna thailĂ€ndska). Jag hittade sĂ„ smĂ„ningom bussen, med cirka 3 minuter att spara, men fick sedan veta att jag inte kunde gĂ„ ombord Ă€nnu - jag behöver en fysisk biljett frĂ„n en disk (trots 12go kvitto sĂ€ger att jag inte behöver skriva ut nĂ„got). Ă
terigen tog det mig ett tag att ta reda pÄ exakt vart jag skulle gÄ för att hitta disken. Jag fortsatte att slÀpa mina vÀskor runt pÄ stationen. Som tur var vÀntade busschauffören pÄ avgÄng (ca 20 minuter extra), men det kÀndes inte bra att hÄlla kvar bussen. Jag var helt genomblöt av svett efter att ha burit mitt bagage runt pÄ stationen i över 30 minuter. Lyckligtvis hade bussen bra AC.
Det skulle vara bra om 12go kunde ge bÀttre instruktioner efter bokning, till exempel behovet av att gÄ till en disk först för att fÄ en fysisk biljett och vilken busshÄllplats # bussen avgÄr frÄn.

Valerie KĂverlag bra service. Bussen var bra, vi hade tvĂ„ pauser pĂ„ vĂ€gen och plockade ocksĂ„ upp nĂ„gra personer lĂ€ngs vĂ€gen. Vi försĂ„gs med ett litet mellanmĂ„l och vatten. Enda nackdelen var att vi anlĂ€nde nĂ€stan en timme för sent, vilket inte var ett problem i vĂ„rt fall men kunde vara potentiellt irriterande. Men Ă„ andra sidan Ă€r de flesta alternativ ocksĂ„ alltid sena.

Audrey HOur bus from Chiang Rai to Sukhothai was initially canceled due to âoperational conditions,â without any clear explanation. So we ended up taking this bus to Phitsanulok instead. The bus arrived an hour and a half late, and it was very hot inside, so overall not a great experience. However, special mention to the lady who took care of us on the bus â she handed out snacks, was very kind, and answered all of our questions.

R OBus departed as scheduled but dut didn't expect it to return to the bus terminal after about 5- 10mins drive to pick up more passengers & waited for a while. Stopped for a short lunch break in a nice local coffee shop. Food was inexpensive & the bus ticket included a THB 20 coupon to offset your lunch.

Thomas OThe bus was very old and worn out. The seat numbering system is confusing because the numbers are written on the back of the seats, and itâs hard to tell whether the number belongs to the seat in front or the one behind. Overall, it wasnât a very comfortable experience.

Rodrigo AEvery thing was OK. Except : Seat Belt 2B broken it did not work. The staff was notify and do nothing. The seats 2a and 2b with the leather worn out and cut. Another surprise was that the driver assistant picked up some garbage from the bus, the driver opened the door in order for her to throw the trash out the door into the bushes. Also the Driver used the bus horn constantly, no very used in Thailand ( I am ok?). I hope you send this info to the operator.

Larissa MThe bus was on time and the ride was smooth. The ticket includes a bottle of water and 2 small (sweet) snacks. There is a toilet on board (but I didn't use it.) There was a stop for lunch around 11:30 which cost 30 THB and was very good. The seats recline and have a foot rest, which was comfortable enough for short naps. We arrived at Sukhothai bus stop around 15:00.

Ivelina DThe trip is ok, you need to get your paper tiket on the station on the departure date. At the station the tiket is cheaper, of course 324 bat to chiang mai, juste on the app was more easy for me. You get a water and a snack, and food voucher for 20bat.

Thomas PSlow bus. Not direct. Nice scenery though. Wasn't aware of the limited leg room in the front seat behind driver. A bit too cramped for 6 hr trip. The two rest stops were appreciated, as was the 20tbh food voucher.

Eve CNo instructions were given to me about how to acquire a food voucher and given the language barrier it was very difficult to figure out what was needed and how to get it, I ended up not even getting my own one and the bus driver went and got it for me.
