Ett av vÄra sÀten gick inte att luta - eftersom handtaget satt fast. Benrummet var i princip obefintligt, inte bara för mig pÄ 6'2 men min 5'6 partner kÀmpade ocksÄ, Fortsatte stanna pÄ vÀgen efter att bara ha stannat en timme tidigare - vilket gjorde oss över en timme sena, Sammantaget bÀttre körning Àn jag tidigare har upplevt och i allmÀnhet kÀnde sig trygg under resan - inklusive genom kraftigt regn. Kan inte klaga pÄ priset - £ 8 för en 6 timmars resa gjorde det vÀrt det.

Vi startade i tid, men gjorde flera lÄnga stopp inom nÄgra minuter efter avresan. Efter ett par timmar slutade vi att stanna ofta. Med ett stopp pÄ en halvtimme för mat anlÀnde vi ocksÄ till Sihanoukville 1,5 timmar efter den angivna ankomsttiden, och till en annan plats Àn den angivna.

The advertised timeline for the trip was aspirational, not real. In reality we arrived more than two hours late. A large portion of the trip involved waiting outside in the heat for the next boat to arrive (about an hour and a half), and the boat made multiple stops at a different island before going to the final destination. Additionally, the trip was not as described - the ticket from 12go said the boat was a 'ferry'. In reality it was an extremely cramped speedboat with not enough seats for everyone that went faster than felt safe. 12go should engage in much more oversight to ensure that operators are truly operating the trips they advertise.

On time. Comfortable. We took the 7 a.m. speed ferry from Koh Rong, the van was already waiting outside the port. Fast but safe.

Late departure since we waited for many minutes before departure. We had to change the vehicle getting off and getting on to another van, with no reasons. The van was very noisy. We arrived at destination 40 minutes late, and that was a problem since we had to cross a jungle in the dark.

I bought van and ferry ticket Phnom Penh to Koh Rong. We departed and arrived right on time. The van stops at the pier in Sihanoukville so you can connect to your ferry with no other steps which was really convenient . They even changed my date because my flight got cancelled I really appreciate it.

Phnom Penh-Koh Ron Sanloem. We did over pay by around ÂŁ20 which we didn't realise until afterwards. If you are going to Koh Rong (either island) please only book from Phomn Penh to Sihanoukville (as close to the ferry port as possible, or a Grab will be cheap if not, and buy your ferry ticket separately from the port, there are many company's there and it will work out a lot cheaper! That been said though, the journey was smooth, driver was good, we arrived on time, when we got there, there was a lady asking us our final destination and then she writes out a prepaid ticket for us to go around to the ferry companies offices and you have to wait in the queue and they give you an actual ticket.

Very poor service! Van was cramped with people, poor air con and multiple stops to pick up and drop off people. Then, had to run to almost catch the speedboat which was by far the worst speedboat I used. Small and again full of people, we got soaked with water as it hasn’t got proper windows. Sea was a bit rough and because it wasn’t built for this, we were jumping up and down in seats and people were screaming!
