Guek TOperatören tog inte hÀnsyn till onlinebokningen. Det saknades tvÄ platser som redan hade betalats för. 3 personer trÀngdes i smÄ hytter med 2. Och de gör det klart att vi har tur som kan ta bussen. Ingen Äterbetalning. Ringde tidigare med denna operatör för att kontrollera att din onlinebokning hade registrerats. Jag har inte haft nÄgra problem med andra företag. DÀrför blev jag riktigt besviken nÀr de berÀttade att de inte kunde hitta min bokning och att det inte fanns tillrÀckligt med platser för vÄr grupp.

Ingen förnuftig service och det var mycket dÄligt att veta att det inte fanns nÄgon toalett pÄ bussen.
De mÄnga stoppen för toalett var inte bra för att sova som sovande buss, eftersom rummet Àr till belysning dÄ.

Laura MBussen var bekvÀmare Àn vÀntat med tanke pÄ dess smÄ "dubbelsÀngar" men personalen pÄ bussen var mycket oförskÀmd. De stannade bara en gÄng för en toalett paus pÄ en 12 timmars resa men stannade stÀndigt för att plocka upp last. Vid ett tillfÀlle frÄgade jag nÀr nÀsta toalett paus skulle vara och fick höra 5minutes följt av en hel del skratt, det fanns inte en annan toalett paus ...

Nancy DSÀngarna var bekvÀma och badrummet var stort och rent.
Det enda problemet Àr att vi medvetet valde en sÀng som inte var lÀngst bak sÄ att vi inte skulle ligga nÀra motorn eftersom det alltid blir obehagligt varmt dÀr, eller vid toaletten som kan vara högljudd och stinkande. Men bordsplaceringen nÀr man bokar skiljer sig frÄn platserna i verkligheten eftersom det finns en gÄng med dubbelsÀngar och en gÄng med enkelsÀngar. SÄ vi var faktiskt lÀngst bak och jag fick ingen sömn mellan att vara kokande het och ocksÄ ha mÀnniskor som smÀllde toalettdörren bredvid mitt huvud hela natten. Betyg 4/5 eftersom jag Àr sÀker pÄ att om vi hade varit i en annan sÀng skulle vi ha haft en anstÀndig sömn.

Isis ESovbussen var bra, men om du reser ensam skulle jag rekommendera att boka 2 platser bredvid varandra. SÀngen Àr vÀldigt liten, Àven nÀr du Àr bredvid nÄgon du kÀnner. Jag skulle rekommendera att sÀtta pÄ varma klÀder eftersom airco var vÀldigt kallt !!!

Dorian CFördelen Àr att det inte Àr dyrt. I övrigt Àr servicen verkligen medelmÄttig. Den tvÄsitsiga kojen Àr mycket smal: det Àr bra om du reser med en vÀn eller slÀkting, men att sova ensam ihopkrupen mot en frÀmling Àr inte det mest behagliga. Kojerna Àr inte heller sÀrskilt bekvÀma. Det Àr omöjligt att justera eller stÀnga av luftkonditioneringen, som gÄr för fullt. HÄllplatsen har mycket dÄlig information (ingen adress eller GPS-koordinater, och om man skriver in CMR office pÄ Maps motsvarar det inte alls den punkt som anges av 12Go). Föraren har skruvat upp radion, vilket gör det omöjligt att sova. Och personalen sÀger inte ens till nÀr man ska gÄ av, Àven om man sover. Ska undvikas!

Max NHotel Bus Àr ett trevligt (kanske ett av de trevligaste) alternativen för att resa över natten. SÀngarna Àr bekvÀma och lÀngden pÄ sÀngarna Àr bra. NÀr man reser ensam skulle jag inte göra det Àrligt talat. Det Àr en liten sÀng och att ligga bredvid varandra i 10+ timmar Àr lite konstigt och obehagligt tycker jag. För par eller personer som reser tillsammans skulle jag rekommendera!

Despite of the delay the driver did many breaks, one of them for a dinner.

Rebecca WI got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

HANNAH EComfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug.
However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

Tabitha DThis ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didnât stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

Tal Rnot on time, a million stops along the way and arrived two hours late to our destination. van filled with flies and very hot. The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They donât speak English very well and they donât reply on WhatsApp.

Fleur VThey advertised with 9 hours, it was 13âŠ. First we went with the boat, that was fine. We came to the officie but nobody was there evertything closed. Without further information⊠luckly at 08:00 AM a driver came at took us to the head station. From there we went to phnom penh. With trafic, and a transfer to another bus (20 min waiting). Then to the next officie. Driver said nothing got out, then we wait for 20 minutes, nothing. So i got out, asked the driver, he said another 10 min waiting for people. Those 10 minutes were again 20+ minutes. After being 1,5 hours in phnom penh with all the waiting we went to siem reap. From 06:30 til 19:30, a bummer when they said the arrival time would be 15:30⊠but the bring you from A to B. Longer than expected and with mosquitos and cockroches in the carâŠ

Alexandra LThe bus was expected to reach our destination at 11. We got there at 1.30AM which would have been fine if we were informed. Instead, we made multiple stops with absolutely no communication, with the drivers stopping off for food, doing some sort of deliveries and repairs. At one point we stopped every 6 minutes for an hour. This would have been fine if we were actually informed but instead we were left not knowing just sitting on a standstill vehicle ( at one point we stopped for 50 minutes with no idea when we would leave). To top it off, we had baby cockroaches and adult cockroaches in our bed bunker and also the hallway.

Christian LHi, i didn't like it because the available space was small and dirty. the bus in general was dirty and old. a bit claustrophobic. I don't recommend this bus at all

Jill FUnfortunately the trip was delayed by 7 hours. I was supposed to get to Bangkok at 11:30am but arrived at 6:30 so wasnât the best experience. We also stopped for food and the bus driver asked me for 7 dollars for a fried rice because I didnât ask the price beforehand so had no choice but to pay.
