Marc GVi hÀmtades ungefÀr 15 minuter efter tidsfristen, vilket Àr normalt hÀr, sÄ fÄ inte panik! Annars Àr det bara att ringa hotline vid nÄgot tillfÀlle.
Vi Äkte i en luftkonditionerad minibuss och tog en 10-minuters toalettpaus pÄ en bensinstation.
Vi anlÀnde cirka 30 minuter senare och föraren körde lite snabbt men ÀndÄ sÀkert. Resan Àr definitivt rekommenderad :)

liz Ajag bytte hotell och kunde enkelt uppdatera 12go dagen innan med den nya informationen. jag var fortfarande lite nervös pÄ morgonen för att föraren skulle Äka till den ursprungliga platsen, och jag hade ingen kontaktinformation för företaget, men de kom till mitt nya hotell i den planerade tiden och skÄpbilen var superren och bekvÀm.

James HĂverföringen var bra. Minibussen var bekvĂ€m, föraren var anstĂ€ndig och vi kom till vĂ„r destination pĂ„ mer eller mindre den berĂ€knade tiden (tre timmar).
Det enda problemet var verkligen att upphÀmtningen var ungefÀr en halvtimme senare Àn vi förvÀntade oss (vi var ett av de sista paren som hÀmtades).
Vi hade ingen kommunikation frÄn operatören tidigare, sÄ nÀr den förvÀntade upphÀmtningstiden passerade var vi tvungna att ringa dem för att ta reda pÄ var de var. Men överlag var det bra och skulle anvÀnda igen

Jens MĂverföringen var superbra och bekvĂ€m. Vi blev positivt överraskade och föraren var i tid pĂ„ hotellet och körde mycket försiktigt. Han tog ocksĂ„ en toalettpaus pĂ„ en bensinstation. Vi anlĂ€nde till vĂ„rt boende pĂ„ Ko Lanta relativt punktligt. Det fanns inga extra kostnader för oss. Tummen upp för denna överföring.

Lilli MFöraren var pÄ vÄrt hotell 20 minuter för tidigt men lyckligtvis var vi redan dÀr. Han var verkligen artig och gjorde ett toalettstopp. Han hade ocksÄ en riktigt ansvarsfull körstil. Bilen var bekvÀm och hade tillrÀckligt med utrymme för vÄrt bagage, bara luftkonditioneringen kunde ha varit svalare - det var ganska varmt. Vi nÄdde Koh Lanta vid 14:30 eftersom vi var tvungna att vÀnta en halvtimme pÄ fÀrjan.
Vi behövde inte betala extra pengar för att bli avslÀppta pÄ vÄrt hotell pÄ Koh Lanta - det var inkluderande.
Vi kan definitivt boka den hÀr resan igen :)!

Laura SVi bokade en hotelltransfer frÄn hotellet i Ao Nang till hotellet i Koh Lanta. I Koh Lanta stannade vÄr chaufför vid en byrÄ och de sa att vi var tvungna att betala ytterligare 100 BHT per person för att chauffören skulle ta oss till hotellet. En annan gÀst pÄ bussen var till och med tvungen att betala 200 BHT. Detta nÀmndes inte i bokningen!

Monir K**Very Poor Driver Attitude & Unprofessional Service â 1/5 â**
I am very disappointed with the driver's attitude and behavior during this transfer.
I was informed of the available pickup times and **specifically selected 3:00 PM**. However, the driver arrived at approximately **2:40 PM** and immediately started rushing us, showing an angry and irritated attitude. I calmly told him that we would be ready by the selected pickup time of 3:00 PM and that there was no need to worry. Instead, he told me that I should have been standing by from **2:30 PM**.
If the driver expected passengers to be ready at 2:30 PM, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. It is unreasonable to select a 3:00 PM pickup time and then pressure passengers for not being ready 30 minutes earlier.
The driver's attitude throughout the journey from **Phuket to Krabi** was also extremely unpleasant. Whenever we encountered traffic jams or traffic signals, he repeatedly **hit/slammed the steering wheel in frustration**. This was very uncomfortable to witness as a passenger and made me question his professionalism and emotional control while driving.
I also noticed that **one of the seats in the front row was damaged**. However, this was not a major concern for us because **we were the only two passengers travelling as a couple**, so we had enough space and it did not affect our comfort significantly. I am mentioning it only as an additional observation about the condition of the vehicle.
Overall, the biggest issue was **not the vehicle condition but the driver's attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way he treated us as passengers**. A professional driver should be respectful, patient, and calm, especially when transporting passengers on a long journey.
**I would give the driver 1/5 and strongly recommend that the company investigate this driver's behavior and provide proper customer-service and professional driving training.**
I do appreciate the **Phuket-to-Krabi transfer service itself**, as the service is convenient and useful for travelers. However, the driver represents the company, and this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer's overall experience and confidence in the service.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future passengers receive a much more professional and respectful experience.

Irina KThe communication with support was quite confusing - I bought a ticket from Koh lanta - to Phuket with a transfer from my hotel which was a bit out of the area and I had to pay extra. But I had no cash so it was a bit stressful. After all the service in person was great. I had a very helpful, kind and friendly driver Kong (or Athapon, sorry if Iâm mistaken). Thank you!

Ivy Miâm a solo female traveler, and i ended up being the only one on the transfer van! i felt super safe the entire time, we stopped for a toilet break halfway through, and the driver got snacks and got some fruit for me too :) pick up was right on time, and we even arrived a bit early. the seats were comfortable and reclined almost the whole way back. very lovely driver!

Lasse FOur transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasnât within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night â thatâs just rude.

Claire Picked up on time at my hotel on Koh Lanta then just in the van until I was dropped off at my hotel in Ao Nang. Easy, comfortable, reliable. Would use them again.
