Eric Uma viagem agradável. A van era muito nova, bem mantida e confortável. O motorista era muito agradável e um excelente motorista. As múltiplas paradas ao longo da viagem realmente ajudaram a quebrar a viagem de quase 7 horas. A única coisa que poderia ter melhorado a experiência teria sido se tivéssemos sido informados sobre as paradas e quando esperá-las e também o fato de que teríamos que trocar de ônibus na metade da viagem. Camila Era para ser uma viagem direta para Chiang Rai, mas tivemos que trocar de van duas vezes. Uma delas em Chiang Mai. E para piorar a situação, quando estávamos prestes a chegar, ela parou no White Temple por 20 minutos, e ninguém sabia o motivo. Todos nós ficamos esperando os 20 minutos para embarcar novamente. Elisabeth ould reservou exatamente a mesma viagem de Pai para mais barato, mas nós tínhamos pré-reservado com 12Go. Não foi uma grande diferença e como estávamos viajando em uma linha do tempo, nos convinha ter isto já organizado. Tivemos que trocar de ônibus em Chiang Mai e nossa família de quatro pessoas ficaram presas nos últimos quatro assentos de outro microônibus. A estrada entre Chiang Mai e Chiang Rai ficou sem selo em muitas partes devido a grandes obras rodoviárias, mas nosso novo motorista não tinha muita consideração por isso e tivemos todos os solavancos em velocidade, levando a mais enjôo no carro. A parada para o almoço foi horrível e desnecessariamente longa, parar no Templo Branco fora de Chiang Rai foi bom, pois significava que não precisávamos ir lá novamente! A "parada de ônibus" em Chiang Rai era na frente de uma praça comercial e os motoristas de táxi se recusaram a nos levar no taxímetro. Finalmente, negociamos uma carona até nosso albergue para 80 baht. Um dia muito longo e desconfortável, mas que nos levou onde precisávamos estar!

HAGER A viagem foi muito mais longa do que o anunciado. Chegamos com mais de 3,5 horas de atraso ao nosso destino, onde fomos deixados na beira da estrada quase à meia-noite, a 10 km do centro da cidade. Andy Encontramos o motorista no escritório pontualmente, mas poderíamos tê-lo buscado no hotel se soubéssemos. Michael Serviço fantástico. Nos buscou no hotel e nos levou direto para Pai sem precisar trocar de ônibus.
O ônibus não estava lotado, o ar-condicionado era bom e paramos no meio do caminho para ir ao banheiro e comer (muito necessário, pois as estradas ventosas podem provocar náuseas nos melhores de nós)

Samuel Wchaos. You have to get off the bus at one border, pass through, back on another, get off again, pass through the laos border, then back on another bus. felt like being herded sheep. Laos border tried scamming us for "stamping fee" on passports, no support through the border passage etc as we had evisa's so staff focused on those getting visas on arrival. Just told "wait for my friend" at the other side of the border, no way of knowing who this was and he didnt know our names either, very little real organisation and so much potential to have gone wrong. Bus wasn't particularly comfy either. 15 mins late

Alexander BThe coach from Pai - Chiang Mai was nice, spacious etc. however our driver stopped in Chiang Mai and put us onto a different coach to Chiang Rai which was packed, we were put in the very back and had to split 1 seat between 2 of us for several hours as the bags were taking up the boot and the other chair space, very uncomfortable and hot

India RArrived at the terminal and was immediately told that we wouldn’t be allowed on the bus unless we paid extra for our bags, which we asked for further clarification about due to the fact we’ve taken probably a dozen bus journeys over the last two months, and haven’t had to pay extra once.
Then the man in charge came over and begun screaming in our faces, physically intimidating us and accusing us of being liars.
He said we were lying about paying for luggage even though we’d never said that, he’d just misunderstood us and immediately gone mental!
He told us we weren’t allowed on the bus even when we tried to give him the money and essentially he left us stranded in pai alone.
The man most likely wouldn’t have spoken to two men like this but, as we were two young girls he essentially bullied and verbally berated us.

Emily RPai to Chiang Mai van was good but the second one was so uncomfortable (that doesn’t describe it at all) and there was mold all around the AC vents. So the two stars are because of the first van.

Kelsie JThe first bus coming into chiang mai from pai was extremely comfortable and spacious for the 1.5 hour journey it took. However the second bus we got moved to driving to chiang rai which is longer roughly 3.5 hours was not so comfy and felt very squished. Seats were very verticle and no one had room to recline the seats. The driver was super nice and always made sure to tell us if there was a longer stretch with no stops ensuring everyone to get snacks/ bathroom breaks if needed before. Overall it was a good experience and felt safe. Good cheap option to get from Pai to chiang Rai! Would do it again.

Huw WReally good company. They help you through the laos border and was a smooth transition. MAKE SURE YOUR DOLLAR OR CURRENCY YOU PAY FOR IS FLAT AND PERFECT. they will not let you in otherwise. If you can get your hands on dollars it's the best rate. The bus from the border to the train is very bumpy so be prepared but as far as the company they are very good and I would recommend using them. The staff are great and very kind and you get a lunch included, which is never a bad thing.

JoAnna MWe made it safely to our destination. The driver was fast but kept us safe. The van was not very clean but comfortable enough. We were allowed 4 luggage and had 3 luggage and 1 wheelchair. So we thought that would all be covered for the 4 as paid and listed when booked. I was unhappy to have to pay an extra 200 baht for an assistive device.overall ok experience.

Malena BThe driver was so lovely. Went from chiang mai to the Laos border, took 6 hours in total with 3 stops along the way. I can’t fault the driver, I felt very safe. I was the only person going to Huay Xai, everyone else was going to chiang rai, so spent the remaining 2 hours on my own. Amazing service! Got picked up at 7:15am the next day with a tuktuk and I was guided on what to do. Everything went smoothly! The slow boat was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend, the scenes are incredible. Definitely get yourself outside on the front of the boat to really take everything in. 10/10

Shaun MBecause we stopped at the White temple for half an hour while a passenger (who had paid to see it) went to look around it. Not the paying passengers fault but everyone else had to wait 30mins, while we were only 20 mins max away from the final destination. No food break or toilet break needed (alreafy had one) , no mention of this stop on tickets etc. We took our bags off the bus and got a cab. Be aware when you book with this operator that they do this , so the trip will be in excess of 4hrs easily

Dorian JAt First the driver showed up late which resulted in us departing 20-30 minutes late. Second, he took a 15 minute rest stop after an hour of driving at 10:30. Then when we arrived to Chiang Rai he stopped at the White Temple for 30 minutes. The description of the ride on 12go said a 3:30 minute travel from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. We arrived at 1:40, 1 hour and 10 minutes late, and the drop off was not at Terminal 2 as mentioned in the booking description, it was at the mall in Chiang Rai. The Ride itself was a little rocky and you could feel that the driver tried to make up for lost time.
