Anonymous Worst experience possible with driver. Nothing, it was a traumatizing experience as solo female traveler. Driver was very rude and agressive with people. He was mad because we were not understanding what he was saying and pushed me. I was so scared of his agressive that I started crying and people from the bus station had to interfer to try to calm him and protect me and that was when he changed his mind and allowed me and my female friend to enter the bus. Locals said he was ordering me to remove my backpack from the bus because I havent printed the paper. I arrived 1 hour earlier at the bus station to print it and I was told at the guiche that it was not necessary. I've been solo traveling in Europe for 3 months now and I had never felt so scared. When we left the bus in Budva, the bus driver was screaming with another woman. This is totally unacceptable! Unfortunately I can not reccomend anyone to use this bus company.

Anonymous Comfortable bus. The fact we had to print out our tickets at the bus station . By e mailing the tickets to the station . This should be mentioned when using the app. It caused confusion and unnecessary rushing .

Anonymous Comfortable bus with air-conditioning. The bus was on time. Had to pay a platform tax on top of the bus price and also pay for the driver to put our bag in the boot of the bus.

Anonymous Nice coach. Nice coach very comfortable. Driver spent a lot of time talking on mobile phone which personally I found very unprofessional and dangerous as he was also texting on the phone also both of which I believe are illegal.

Anonymous Late and no explanations. We arrived to the destiny. We had to wait for almost 1h and nobody would tell us if the bus would come or not. We arrived 1hour late to our destiny disturbing the path of our journey and making us late for some meetings we had.
