Edyta MKupiłam transfer z lotniska do portu i bilet na prom. Dzień wcześniej skontaktowano się ze mną z firmy odpowiedzialnej za transfer z lotniska na prom. W sms były błędne informacje odnośnie odbioru z lotniska. Od razu po przylocie poszłam to wyjaśnić w punkcie obsługi transferów na lotnisku, bo wydawało mi się, że coś tu nie pasuje. Pani z punktu obsługi transferów na lotnisku była bardzo nieprzyjemna, ale ustaliłam z nią potrzebne informacje. Dotarliśmy do portu o czasie. Pracownik Seatran w porcie był bardzo pomocny i dzięki niemu szybko i sprawnie udało się wszystko załatwić. Podróż z Seatran też była komfortowa. Podsumowując: pracownicy od transferów lotnisko - port powinni zwrócić większą uwagę na informacje, które przekazują podróżnym. Natomiast jeśli chodzi o pracowników Seatran i ich łodzie to moim zdaniem wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie.

Daniel MGot picked up from the airport in great time and was only waiting for about 10 minutes before we were given a lift down to the pier.
Then the trouble started, arrived at the pier at around 1:45pm for our 3pm departure to be told that it’s actually 3:30pm which wasn’t a big issue. We then got to told that the speedboat was getting something fixed in its gearbox so it would be delayed by 30 minutes.
30 minutes turned into another hour sat waiting with no further update. Finally leaving around 4:45pm we were around halfway there when the boat conked out and wouldn’t restart so we were just left floating for the next 5 minutes (again no update as to what was happening). Eventually arriving at Koh Tao, we couldn’t wait to get off and get to our hotel

Janelle GWe waited nearly 2 hours for our transfer from the airport to the ferry. Missed the ferry and were put on the next boat without explanation.
