Erinda LThe bus was comfortable and overall very clean. The first bus from Cao Bang to Hanoi, the driver drove very fast and the road was full of turns and was raining badly! At one point he got I think a fine from the police cause he was going to fast! But we arrived earlier and we could have a nice lunch in Hanoi

Patrick AThree-quarters of an hour late in the morning (6:39 - 7:20), driver with a contemptuous attitude towards the passengers (all Western tourists), including leaving everyone on the side of the road so he could eat his breakfast in peace: "For you later!!!" Unpleasant, aggressive driving: no… this time, the service leaves much to be desired…
