The described Coordonates of the Boarding Point was totally wrong. Somehowe we managed to get a very helpful Grabdriver and with further help of several inhabitants we spottet the Right Bus Station. 6km away from named Boarding Point

I booked ahead because I knew my flight arrival only left me an hour to get the last bus and I couldn't afford to find it was sold out when I arrived. My flight was late, leaving me rushing to the desk near Door 2. I made it with 10 minutes to spare. The bus itself was modern, well fitted with seat belts and comfortable seats, and a toilet.

The trip in itself was very good and the crew was very nice. They made sure we were aware of where we should stop and made us feel welcomed. The only bad thing is the schedule. On the reservation we should have left Sukhothai at 20:30 and arrived in Bangkok at 07:26. But this is not how the buses work. They leave their first station at 20:30 so they arrived in Sukhothai at 22h and they arrive at their last station at 07:26 so we arrived in Bangkok at 04:50.

The bus is good. Staff was in a hurry even I was there 30 min before. The did not drop as according to the ticket and they speak no English to help. The trip also is 1 hour shorter than noted on the ticket.

Everything was really good until where the bus dropped me off in Pattaya It was my first time using this bus service I thought we would be dropped off at the same place when we went to Bangkok But no, they drop you off in front of lots off taxi bikes, where you are pressured to use them and was told 150baht for a 40baht trip I know to question the price but there will be a lot of tourists that don’t know The drop off point should be the Bus Terminal, not in the middle of nowhere, where you have no choice Also there was no communication about where you need to get off the bus

Convenient, excellent value, modern bus, very comfy seats, electric recliners, usb chargers, not busy, polite staff, safe... Bus station is more like a pick up spot, but good aircon, clean and plentiful seating, with a small convenience stall and toilets.

This bus service was the best that I have used so far in Thailand. From the driver to the assistance inside the bus, the service was spectacular. The seats were comfortable, the bus was clean, the toilet was clean, the driver was cautious and drove with care of his cargo. I've taken this trip many times in the past year with other services where the drivers sped through the mountains, and at one point almost crashed. This driver made me feel safe and relaxed, and I truly appreciate that. He was on time and professional. One thing that would help is if the assistance spoke English when making announcements, and if they could use a speaker system. The lady spoke so softly and I have a hard time hearing. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would use this service again.

1. Some people move the seat backward too much. It is not comfortable for the people who sit behind. 2. There is a bad smell in the bus. 3. Moisture is coming out and drops as a water drop from the air-conditioner. 4. Some people use Facebook and listen to music too loudly, and no one complains about them. It is a really bad thing.

The drive itself was really pleasant. However, we booked a Bus that was supposed to arrive at 8am but we arrived way too early at 4am.

The bus was on time, and great service. The booking made on 12Go was perfect and seamless. Instant confirmation on mail. The only thing to be careful about is that this is not the regular North Pattaya bus terminal. This is another one in Central Pattaya.

I have lost my phone. I think I may have left it on the bus. My problem with 12Go is that I cannot easily find a phone number to call the company to see if they have my phone.

Honestly, it wasn't horrible but definitely not ideal, we stopped once. I know timewise we had to do what we did to make the time, but I think at least letting passengers know beforehand would be good. Also, the lady who was on the bus knew no English and was not helpful. I wish she was at least more pleasant, if she wasn't able to communicate. I don't think I'll do it again.

Comphy bus. Charger port. A bit difficult to find the bust terminal therr is 2.. and it tells you to go to wrong one .. but it wasnt far to find the right station.

Excellent service. Pay extra attention to the fact that this comes up as "Pattaya Bus Terminal" on google maps. It is NOT the same as "Pattaya North Bus Terminal". Bus left on-time. My 12pm bus said 3.5 hours to Don Mueang, but it only took 2 hrs 15 minutes. This could be an unusual day though. Reclining seats. Bus interiors were very clean and pleasant.

Very good!! For the price this cannot be beat, the seats are great. I Expected it to be bad but for a bus this was luxury, and we arrived 5 hours early from Phuket to Bangkok.
