The bus left late, was not clean, the driver skipt in the first place the final stop, the driver was calling wile driving and was drivig way to fast! But we arived in Mersing

The ride was comfortable with enough stops during these 6hours. We were a little late in KL but ok. Bad thing (and 5 others) booked a ride to Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, but we’re dropped off at the Bus Terminal a little more outside the city. The driver just told us this is his last stop and if we want to go further we have to look for another bus. Then he just left us there. Not sure if this is his fault or wrong information on the website.

I never receievd a confirmation email with my ticket, which caused problems checking in. Thankfully I had taken a screenshot durong checkout process. Come on, 12go, you took my money but failed to deliver.
