Bus was ok, comfortable. Bus start 19.00 not 18.00 and not from Railway Station but Southern Bus Station and to Suratthani then Changing for another bus to the pier.
Its was comfortable and relaxing from bangkok till the surat thani port. Then they put us in cargo ship where i have to carry myself 4bags and lift them to the upper deck. That was a horrible part of the trip. Other then that bus and transfer was easy and comfortable.
Got us from the pick up to the destination... Few changes - ie different ferry for some reason (slower cargo ferry) and pressured to pay 300B by some lady in Suret Thani telling us it was for the taxi to get to hotel. Which it was.... But felt we had no choice. Water and snack given as advertised. Stops for 45min half way for food / drinks if you want it.
Hello, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent trip.
I was charged an additional 600 THB before boarding the ferry, even though I had already paid 1,888 THB for my ticket. The ticket price clearly included the ferry, so I would like to know why I was required to pay an additional 600 THB.
Furthermore, I was promised a comfortable and modern SeaTran ferry, but instead we were taken on an old and rusty Raja Ferry vessel. This was completely different from what was advertised when I booked the ticket.
My friends were waiting for me at Nathon Pier, but instead we were taken to Lipa Noi Pier on the opposite side of the island. This caused significant inconvenience and additional travel time.
Considering all of these issues, I would like an explanation regarding the additional 600 THB charge and would like to request a refund of this amount. I also believe the service provided did not match the information and conditions presented when I purchased the ticket.
I hope you can resolve this matter fairly. Thank you.
Didn’t go straight from his him to Phuket. Stopped at chi rep (or something) and transferred to a van for an upcharge of 600 baht. But that was OK because the guy dropped me right at my hotel. All in all a good trip.
The ticket states that check-in is required at least one hour in advance. In reality, the bus arrives at approximately the scheduled departure time and hands you the ticket. Even the transfer in Surat Thani involved an hour of discussion and organization on site; the suitcases barely fit into the provided van, and we only just managed to catch the ferry by running.
The VIP bus was very comfortable (modern Scania bus) You have a lot of space, WiFi. You get water and snacks on the bus. Great!
The only negative thing was, that they arranged at the morning stop in Surat Thani a taxi on Ko Pha Ngan for us, which was triple price. Book it before you arrive on the Island or take one at the Pier in Ko Phangan
The charging ports were not working in the bus, we made two stops one in a restaurant that what quite expensive for what they served and you had to pay for toilets or plugs, not a normal service station and another one in a travel agency where they were trick people saying they had to do the check in for the ferry while they were trying to sell overpriced services, do not buy or thrust, at the port you can easily find shared taxies for 200 or less and private car for 400

Bus was late. There was no indication on the documentation or the travel plan when booking that we would be dropped of at a random train station. Noone gave us any information apart from wait here... and they left there for nearly 3 hours in the early hours of the morning, before a minibus came to pick us up. They offered for us to get the cheaper but earlier ferry but would charge us more for it. We ended up arriving after having no sleep there was nowhere to rest our heads and we didn't know if someone was coming to collect us or not.

The bus did not stop for a single time on the entire journey from Bangkog to Chiang Mai. So quite unpleasant to be reliant on the disgusting on board toilet, and not being able to stretch legs. Also he was going that fast that the arrival was 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled, which meant at 5:30 am there is nothing open at that time!
Overall, the trip was good and the ride was comfortable. However, I booked my ticket to Nathon Pier, but the ferry arrived at Lipa Noi Pier instead. It would have been helpful if I had been informed about the change in advance. Other than that, everything was fine. Thank you.
Pros:
• The seats were comfortable and there was plenty of space between rows. Most of the chargers worked, and WiFi was also pretty good.
• A bottle of water, cake bar and blanket were provided.
• Arrived an hour early.
Cons:
• The entire bus smelled extremely strongly of urine for the duration of the trip.
• We were disembarked and after half an hour, swapped to a minibus at 6am. We didn't know this was happening so cut sleep down only a couple of hours.
Assuming that the urine incident was a one-off, I would absolutely recommend this company due to all of the positive factors.
In comparison with the european flixbus, that one was a ride through heaven. But it’s not the best service you get in Thailand. Toilets are a ghastly sight and smelly for those seating close to them, there are no armrest between two seats and the arrival in Surat Thani is on the outskirts of town, where you’re mainly at the mercy of the bis company’s own local transportation, at prices way about average. Luckily there was also someone offering a taxi for the usual fare.
If they say you will maybe change to other vehicles be prepared... because they mean it. I changed from bus to car, to small bus, to car, to small bus and all of that without knowing anything before. You never know how long you are gonna be in one vehicle or where exactly it will take you.
In the end I arrived in one piece but this was definitely a journey.
Bus was fine older long haul bus, definitely not the one from the pictures. Wifi did not work, did not receive a blanket and the seats in front of me and the man next to me were broken and reclined until they were stopped by our knees, making the ride incredibly uncomfortable to the point of painful at many points where if have to push the seat in front of me forward so I could get some blood flow to my legs. It was only those two seats though the rest worked fine. If you take this bus make sure you don’t sit on the bottom right first row back. Overall not great and kind of deceptive with the photo but you get what you pay for so it is what it is. Left on time and arrived about an hour early. Woman at the office was very nice and walked me to the bus because it parked a couple blocks from the office.

The ride from Hua Hin to Surat Thani was perfect. However, the ride from Surat Thani to Krabi as awful. The driver stopped to check oil and get fuel, he was constantly on his phone whilst driving, and chewing kratom the whole time. He was not driving fast, thankfully, he went way too slow. I have driven that route in far less time keepiing within the speed limit. The mini van was overfull. I was very uncomfortable in the middle front seat where I coudnt even put my legs as I am quite tall.

Driver got pulled over by the police for ages on the second minivan guy and told nothing then didn’t take us to destination and tried charging us extra to get taken to our hotel

It was surprisingly good. The was Bus really comfortable.
Here and there there are a few things u could complain about, but what some people expect from a 14h Bus ride in Thailand for 34€.
I arrived at my destination safely and reasonably rested within the given time so all was good.

Defect chair, defect charger, vip had no free food ironically, while non vip had.
Bus arrived 30 Minutes early and 3 people rushed to Board, but only 1 people could Board. Driver could Not speak English and only checked booking numbers. IT turned Out, that still another Bus will arrive later and the remaining people can use that one. Seat was OK and water bottle, small Snack and blanket was given. On way to Surat Thani there was a 30 Min. toilet and Food Stop. At Surat Thani all passengers of both Busses have been sorted Out for various final Destination s, Like Koh Samui, Ko Pangan, Ao Nang etc. To Ao Nang WE have been 34 people, so we got a big Bus again. Passengers for other Destination s have been loaded into small Busses, which have very tight Space for luggage. The waiting time at Surat Thani was about 1.5 hrs and the final Stretch to Ao Nang needed abt. 3 hrs. In the big Busses there ist a small toilet, which I would recommend only in Case of emergency.
Not as "premium" as it seems, dirty toilets inside the bus, not a lot of space in the bus, it only does its mission. Driving you from one place to another.
I arrived 2.5 hours late. The bus dropped me off on the other side of Phuket and told me to take a taxi. The first bus was very comfortable, the second was just okay. The drivers were still very friendly.
Overall not vip or even close . I wss expecting hostess service on the night bus and basicly git a bottle of water. After transferring buses there was nkt even enough room to hold the luggage. I booked it as I thought it would be luxury and it was more expensive than flying. I will not make that mistake again.
It’s an average VIP experience and honestly not worth the extra money. I’d recommend just booking a normal ticket instead. The only real difference is sitting downstairs, plus you get some water and a small snack, nothing special.
There was no water in the toilet or even in the sink, which is completely unacceptable. The pickup was also late, and the van made multiple stops before finally heading to Surat Thani.
When you arrive, they rush you off the van, but instead of going straight to the coach, they make you sit there for about 25 minutes so you end up buying food. It all feels like it’s run by the same operator trying to squeeze as much money as possible.
I’ve taken other VIP coach trips that offer far more perks, so this was really disappointing. I feel like I wasted my money, especially since I didn’t get the hotel transfer despite paying a premium price. It also advertised food included, but all I received was water and a small, low quality cake.
Overall, not worth upgrading to VIP
The bus started at Bangkok and everthing was fine. The seats were good.
But suddenly the bus stopped in Surat Thani, in the middle of nowhere. At this point we had to change the bus zu a lot of different vans, because of the differnt destinations. That was also okay. But I still dont unterstand why we had to pay 200 Baht per person extra. That was suspicous.
But all in all it was a good trip.
I took the bus from Bangkok to Ao Nang. I sat at the upper deck and the bus was fine. No water on the toilet and the driver was really speeding up for the entire time, but this is the norm here. Just be prepared to wait for around 2h30 at the drop off point in Surat Thani to get the second bus. Contrary to some reviews here I found everything well organized, you just need to pay attention to instructions. Second bus was not so good but it was just for a few hours. To sum it up: show up really early, pay attention to instructions and you will be fine.
We took the express bus and ferry from Bangkok to koh phangan, the bus was confortable for us, not the best but it's was ok, departure was at 7 pm, the first stop was at midnight for 30 mins, there was toilet on the bus. We arrived at Surat Thani at 6am, another bus took us to the pier for about 2 hours, and after direct ferry to koh phangan without a stop for about 3h we were at Koh Phangan pier at about 11am.
Van & bus were very late and we had poor seats even we were early but did not get to choose by ourselves. We didn’t get any snacks or water which were promised and the bus smelled like cigarette and urine.
Bus on time. In the middle of the night we stopped for a half an hour in a massive dining area with all the other buses. Bit unnecessary in the middle of the night when you would rather sleep instead. Arrived ahead of time. The only (big) minus is that the bus actually passes Surat Thani and stops in the middle of nowhere. Not ideal at 4-5am when you can't walk the distance and you've limited options for grab/bolt (local taxis on the bus stop will rip you off)
This company SUCKED. 💯
Trip: Hua Hin to Koh Samui
(for context, I have lived in Thailand for 20+ years and currently live on Koh Samui, so ~ not my 1st rodeo)
2 big busses pulled up at Hua Hin clock tower, no instruction or direction of which bus to get on, probably 40 passengers going back and fourth between the 2 busses not knowing which one to get on. 🤷♂️
The guy looking at tickets and packing the bags kept saying "show me the number, show me the number". I kept pointing to the reservation number on my phone, he literally pushed me to the side,😤
After probably 10 or 15 minutes and multiple times trying to show him "the number", he grabbed someone else's phone and said show me the number and pointed to the 12go logo in the email header 😅 FML 🤦♂️.
Luckily I saw my name on the ticket in his hand and the little Thai know, I said, that's me, that's my name, which caused him to look and then allow me and my 12 year old son to board.
This was an over-night bus. The ticket I purchased said we would arrive 9:30am at at the Nathon pier.
We landed on the island at 11:00am and the Raja pier 🤦♂️
Total shit show. 🎯
Book w a different company. 💯
