Reinhard RThe bus was half an hour late in Mersing - with no information available during this half hour waiting time - and the driver’s English was not good enough to properly explain the procedure at the JB and Woodlands checkpoints when crossing the border from Malaysia to Singapore. So, this part was a bit of an adventure. But it all worked out and we reached the destination about 1.5 hours late due to the heavy traffic at the woodlands checkpoint during rush hour.

Beatrice CBus left on time, but broke down halfway through the journey. The driver managed to leave the freeway and wr could wait for the replacement bus in a safe and shady place with a toilet. We artived 2 hours late, but these things happen, and the company handled the situation very well.

Haanz LWhen we reached Singapore and went through immigration, we waited for the bus for 40minutes and when the bus did arrived, we were told that we can't go onboard.
It seems that from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, the bus road tax and insurance had expired.
What would happen if there was any incident or accident that happened throughout that journey. .my insurance won't be covered at all and that was very shocking.
I'm not sure how the bus company operates but no transportation company should have let that happen.
I'm still contemplating to issue a compliment to LTA Malaysia

Krystoff DThe vehicle was super comfotable (USB Charger, Space for legs, comfy seats, A/C). The driver was about 20 min late for departure, but that was not a big problem. A bigger problem was immigration control at Checkpoint Woodlands in Singapore. The officers there worked so slow and were so strict, that it took nearly 60 min. So the bus was gone after immigration, because the driver can only wait 30 min there. Together with other tourists from the bus we had to take taxi to get to Singapore.
