The bus and connection were as advertised. However, I had booked and paid for an earlier bus which they advertised as being available, then got a message saying it was full and that I needed to rebook for a connection three hours later. Not sure why they advertise something that’s not available. Beware.

It was not comfort. The seats were standard. The bus station was horrible. No WiFi onboard. When I reclined the seat the woman at the back started shouting and kicking my seat. No table to put our stuff at the front. Drive was smooth.

Good assistance and information at the Coach Station. A very comfortable and relaxed experience in the air conditioned coach. Good to have the phone charging points on board. Comfortable journey apart from a woman speaking on her mobile very loudly for 7 hours. The operator did keep telling her to be quiet though. AC worked and the driver was good 👍

I booked this ticket early april 14 ,as i knew there was a festival in fes so i wanted to make sure i have 2 tickets for the morning bus . I know for certain there were many seats when i booked. However I got a message one week before the leaving date saying there were no seats avaliable and would i like the 1300 bus or my money back. This is tricky one week before departure. We are seniors and it was stressful

Bus was on time and clean, it felt safe and made it to the destination in good time, with a convenient stop at a clean service station. I’m not sure what made it ‘comfort’ though, there was only standard coach leg room and although there were usb charging sockets they did not work at all - so just a standard coach really.

The transfer was good. There was a break. The baggage are not included in the price. In our bus was a complete yoghurt spilled on the floor but the driver didn't do anything to clean it. So we sat with our feet in yoghurt.

Great, comfortable experience. Do make sure to get your luggage and or backpack paid and tagged before you get on the bus. The service station they stop at for a comfort break also has a good shop and bakery. Pretty much as fast and comfortable as when we had a private car the last time we travelled this way.

New, comfortable and clean bus. The driver was good. The route from Essaouira to Agadir has many curves, so make sure you have a solid stomage. There is a 20 minutes break after 1,5 hour drive. Some people were dropped before Agadir, eg at Taghazout.

The journey was very dangerous and risky. The bus repeatedly overtook vehicles despite solid lines and a no-overtaking sign, and often drove significantly too fast.

We booked a bus at 15.15 and after our payment they said there was no availibility. They gave us tickets for another bus which took 2 hrs longer! We got there eventually, but it was a very long ride

It was ab easy booking and fast check-in. Everything was ok. Only one thing I didn’t like. I booked the COMFORT bus with black seats as shown on the picture with more space and a higher price. But I was put on the normal bus. That was a bit dissatisfying and disappointing. But we got to Agadir in the end on time.

The Main Issue I have is Safety The second Bus Driver he is a chain smoker. He was smoking before we left Essouira, in the break and as soon as we arrived at Agadir. During the trip he was coughing every minute. It was a smokers cough. That was very annoying hearing that all the way. I am 100% sure his health was terrible he could very easily have a heart attack or a stroke while driving. I do not know his age but he looked old and sick. The other Bus Driver looked Healthy and young. Smokers die about 10 years younger often with a stroke or heart attack. The Road is dangerous and with a heart attack or a stroke the bus could crash and in the wrong place everyone could die on that road. Pilots of aeroplanes have strict health rules and are not allowed to pilot with any circulatory issues. Plus there are other safety measures on a plane a co-pilot and auto-pilot. But if the gentleman has a stroke or heart attack, 1 second is all it takes at the wrong place and everyone dies. This will happen it is a statistical probability. I was shocked that CTM would allow someone so obviously unhealthy to be responsible for so many lives. I would say CTM should not employ a chain smoker anywhere near the age of that person.

The bus left and arrived on time ! It cost 125?MAD for a 3 hr and 15 minute bus ride. They didn’t tell me that for luggage in the belly of the bus you had to get a ticket and pay 5 MAD extra. But you get a ticket with a number and it’s safe. There are seat belts. You get an assigned seat. The earlier you book the chances are higher to get a seat in the front. Between Marrakesh and Agadir they have a 15 minute break. You can buy something to eat ( food is expensive!) or go to the bathroom. When you get there, there are red taxis. You have to negotiate the price. I paid 50 MAD to go to a hotel in Founty near the beach.

I booked for the 13:15 bus not realising that the time had changed - there was a different time on the pdf ticket - so when we got to the bus station we had missed our bus. We then had to pay for another ticket on a slower bus which was incredibly uncomfortable and slower. We didn’t arrive into Essaouira until 22:45, very tired and hungry. I wouldn’t recommend this journey if travelling from another destination also earlier in the day!
