My overall experience was not very good. I had to get off the bus twice: first to hand over my passport at immigration, and then again to go through passport control and have my luggage inspected. At no point was I informed that this would be necessary. At the ticket counter, before boarding the bus, I was only told that I needed the arrival card, which I already had. I believe passengers should be informed about this process in advance to avoid confusion and make the journey more comfortable.

Rosa MComfortable trip, seats are large and very comfy. Bus had AC but no internet WiFi. Made a few stops for the toilet. Driver was friendly but did not speak much English.
On the way to Singapore from Malaysia bus stopped first for passport checks and a second time where I had to carry my luggage but the driver did not announce anything.
Overall it was pleasant journey and the bus arrived on time.

Panjapon KThe bus service was quite good and arrived on time. However, the overall arrival time was delayed due to some passengers taking a long time at immigration, which caused a significant wait. Additionally, heavy traffic led to us reaching Melaka later than scheduled. On the bright side, the bus was clean and comfortable, though the charging ports were unfortunately not working.

philippe DI had to pay MYR 0.70 in cash to get a paper boarding pass. I had not cash and all ATMs were empty... I was saved by a French tourist who generously gave me MYR1 banknote. He saved me!
Next time I will try to book from the bus company where possible to avoid this stressful situation

Martin Very comfortable seats. Friendly help at the ticketoffice. But the trip lastet nearly 5 hours and not 3,5 - 4 hours. Also the driver decided to fill the fueltank 10 minutes before the final stop. No WiFi, don't know why.

i found the pickup point OK, but the information that you supply, and that found on the 707 website, indicates that there is a kiosk at the pickup point for redeeming the pre-paid ticket for a boarding pass. this does not exist and the bus driver happily accepted the pre-paid ticket printout that i had, as the boarding pass.
