Lara SIt was awful. The transfer was supposed to take 6 hours and 40 minutes (departure: 12:30 PM, arrival: 7:10 PM) and ultimately took 9 hours and 30 minutes (arrival not until 11:00 PM).
water was running and dripping everywhere, and all our belongings were soaked through.
The drivers ignored our needs and concerns, chatting away in Thai without a word of English… in my opinion, absolutely unacceptable for a tour operator.

Khemika CDriver was very recklessly driving and constant heavy braking and exacerbating as well as experiencing g forces driving over speed bumps made the trip very uncomfortable.

Boat is new and confortable, bus is decent.
Pick up drive with songthaew was a bit extreme. These drivers often drive uncomfortably too fast.

Benjamin The service was excellent, arrived later than expected at Khaosan, drive did a good job.
The older woman in the office was rude and lied, WiFi not working - asking for the WiFi password. The younger lady gave it to me, and worked fine.
Should be part of the service, when you took the transfer service twice.

Arrival was 90 minutes late.
Operator offered simple food for free/included.
Slow transfer from ferry to bus. Long waiting time with no shadow.
