Stepan JTrip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

Thomas VUncomfortable bus to Bangkok, the 4-seat layout just isn’t wide enough to let people sleep comfortably, and my knees pushed into the seat in front. There are better options on the same route, if you want to sleep then use those.

Miray Tthe bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

Stefanie AEverything good, but the air conditioning in the bus is too cold. We got blankets but even with them it was too cold. This is not the purpose of air conditioning.

Anna KThe road (Koh Samui - Bangkok) was quite good, but here are some disadvantages that you should know before the trip. Firstly, please take warm clothes as it’s madly frosty in the bus, and some a/c can’t be closed due to its broken condition. Also, there is no toilet in the bus. Secondly, we weren’t told that there will be 2 buses: the additional one will take you after ferry. Finally, you’re told literally nothing about the trip details. For instance, we didn’t know the number of stops, where to meet the bus, 2-hour waiting before the second bus, etc. As for pros, comfortable seats, snacks and water. Arrived on time.
