Karen DAlthough the instructions said to arrive to the stop 30 - 45 minutes ahead of time, apparently the bus got there over an hour early. We were at the hotel packing and planned to get coffee on our way out, but instead I had three phone calls rushing me. I thought I misread the instructions, but no, they just wanted to leave early. Instead of meeting at the spot, the bus came to our hotel and literally the driver was in the lobby rushing us while the person was on the phone rushing us. No time to get coffee or breakfast items. We only had one stop on the way there for lunch, it was so hot and a lot of the packaged snacks were well beyond the expiration date, but I was hungry having not eaten anything. It was a 12 hour bus ride and it was totally thoughtless and inconvenient to rush your passengers like that. Also, we had no major delays but still arrived 10 minutes after scheduled. Maybe you should consider updating your pick up times.

Maya For choosing the budget option, it pretty much met my expectations. Fairly bossy/short tempered drivers but nothing a little smiling and patience with them couldn't fix. :) We ended up arriving 2 hours early!! Wild.
No food allowed in the main cabin of the bus and no bathroom breaks.

Maria Leven there was other seats available, ithey gave me the last seat, over the wheels, and it wasnt possible to even seat because the space was too short. and they drop me off in a different place from what i bought.

Maxim CVery disappointing experience. The drivers were extremely rude and kept pushing us without saying a single word, which was both disrespectful and shocking. On top of that, they were smoking cigarettes inside the bus throughout the trip. The smell was unbearable and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
