Van mini itu penuh sesak dengan orang ramai dan bagasi, ruang kaki sangat sedikit, malangnya A/C tidak dapat menyejukkan sepenuhnya, dan berpeluh adalah satu kemestian. Terdapat perhentian untuk tandas dalam perjalanan. Masa perjalanan yang dinyatakan 2.5 jam adalah gurauan, ia lebih seperti 3.5-4 jam.

We did not feel safe as drivers eyes kept closing during the ride. Punctual, but not relaxed ride.

Late, slow and cramped. Van was different from the company from whom we bought our tickets and so journey ended late and in the wrong location

The driver didn’t speak a word of English. The journey was estimated to be 3/4 hours so me and my gf expected a stop or 2 on the way. When we needed a break I requested to the driver but not responding then we went past 3 toilets so I needed to get google translate out then he laughs and had to wait another 30 mins to get to a toilet. Only to realise he stopped at a place he could get a free meal from and couldn’t stop for the passengers who needed a break out of the van or go to the toilet.
