Kereta api itu tepat pada masanya yang merupakan satu kejutan yang menggembirakan kerana saya telah membaca bahawa kereta api di Vietnam sentiasa ditangguhkan. Kakitangannya baik dan sangat membantu. Tempat duduk itu agak tidak selesa kerana ia terus condong ke belakang dan penumpang lain di sekeliling saya menghadapi masalah untuk berkongsi ruang tetapi itu tidak sepatutnya mencerminkan pengendali kereta api. Saya akan menggunakan perkhidmatan ini sekali lagi.

Very hard to find the office we got there 10 minutes late because there was no address and we had to ask another agency. Luckily we made it as they hadn’t left yet but needs a clear address.

Very comfortable vehicle only issue was the van kept overheating so we had to pull over a couple times to try and add water or cool it down…. Overall great experience and very clean

Train was as described - an old train but seats clearly marked so you know you’re on the right place and the guards helped. There is enough room above the seats for rucksacks which was great as we kept everything with us. The toilets were also ok just need your own paper.

Lovely big seats, was like being first class on an airplane. The seats retracted almost to a laying position. As a person who can’t sleep on buses, even I managed to get a hour. Time flew by, would highly recommend. First ever bus we have got and arrived early, we are usually late every time! Well chuffed. Only downfall is I travelled with my partner, and we were placed 2 rows away from each other, so couldn’t talk throughout the journey.
