Larissa menyenangkan. Perjalanan bot tenang, santai. Tinggal 20 min. kemudian tetapi kami tidak tergesa-gesa. Perlu diingat bahawa anda perlu membayar 10.000 pp meninggalkan jeti di Padang Bai dan 10.000 pp apabila anda tiba di jeti Gili Trawangan (secara tunai)

Sofia RWe bought tickets online. When we got to the check in point they said that we cannot check in because we had bought them too late. We were at the check in point more than 1 hour earlier. We had to buy new tickets because they refused to check us in. They didn’t give any help number we could call. We want to have a refund with the tickets.

Frederic VCheck in is in billabong cafe. Process was smooth and boat was on time. Boat is a bit cramped but not too bad. Air conditioning is working. It's actually a bit too cold. Better to sit upstairs if you are sea sick

Anna VVery good! At first it seems a bit busy on the boat, but on the top it was very nice in the sun and the air. You can not buy drinks on the boat only beer… but we arrived within 2 hours so it was fine.
Boat also arrived on schedule so very nice.

Bethan BThe sped boat was lovely and comfortable and quick but the hotel transfer never showed up and was not contactable despite numerous messages and phone calls. I had to order and pay for a taxi then to rush to the harbour and we managed to just get on before the boat left. It was very stressful.

Amy GBoat said I was at 1pm didn't leave till gone 3pm have to wait around in the scorching heat on top of that an aparent 1.30 hour journey took 2.30 was pretty fed up by the end of it to say the least.

Stefan BEverything worked well. Pickup from the hotel were on time. The ferry ride took about 2,5h with best weather conditions. We arrived 2 hrs later than expected.
The air condition on the ferry didn't work.
