Wir buchten Hanhcafé Bus und sind mit Cameltourbus gefahren, mit einem anderen Reiseunternehmen, das auch als Kurierdienst fungierte. Die Gurte waren defekt, Koffer mussten aus Platzgründen im Gang stehen. Eine Stunde Wartezeit auf den verspäteten Bus.

The Bus Driver pretty unfriendly. We stopped at a supermarket and he wanted to drive away when some people from the bus were on the toilet!!! They had to run in front of the bus that he stopped!! that was really not Okay

interesting bus though im glad I made it to my destination Saigon safely, I would be very wary to those that larger frame the seats are very small and can be rather uncomfortable would have been nice to be put in on the bottom seat but I got put on climb seat which was unusual cheap option though

Top organisiert. Im Bus sollten wir die Schuhe ausziehen, damit kein Dreck herein getragen wird. Eine Flasche Wasser hat jeder Gast ebenfalls bekommen.
Hatten zwei kurze Toilette Pausen eingelegt, was echt gut war. In Mui Ne angekommen wurden wir sogar noch bis zu unserem Hotel gefahren. Für eine Busreise echt sehr komfortabel.

Bus was 1 hour late departing. The voucher we received said the pickup point was 0.25 miles away from the Hanh Cafe office, which is the real departure point, so we were rushing to make it when we realized and then waited around for an hour anyway. The driver was rude and yelled at someone for sitting in a seat that appeared as if it was fine to sit in. Most things on the bus were broken, including the seat, reclining lever, cup holder and armrest. However for only about $6 it’s a good value for what you get, and we made it to our destination eventually.

aucune place pour mettre ses bagages à main, fort heureusement le bus n'était pas plein, je l'ai posé sur le siège d'à côté. Un employé qui accompagnait le chauffeur regardait sur son smartphone un match de foot comme s'il était tout seul. Les 5 dernières heures, le bus ne s'est pas dû tout arrêté pour une pause pipi !!!!

We left pretty much on time, that was good. However even though we didn't have designated seats, we weren't able to choose our own, just told to move to the back of the bus. The trip itself was good but the drop off point was quite a long way out of the main part of town (where we were staying.) Everyone then had to try to sort out getting their luggage from the boot of the bus, with no help from the driver at all.
I know it would be reasonably hard, but it would definitely be great if everyone could be dropped at their respective hotel's (as they do for some, on take off)

Was kinda ok. They didn't make a stop so when people want to go to the toilet they ask and they stop on the road so you can use the bush. If you want water or food your in trouble, bring it with you. The bags come on the bus floor, so if someone wants to make a stop they will step in your bag. My shampoo explode inside the backpack because someone step on it. The lady that was with the driver was lovely and had good English.

Unsure what all the bad reviews are about... We got the early bus at 7am which only left 15minutes late and arrived 45minutes earlier than expected. If you are really tall or on the chubby size it's a bit of a squeeze but nothing too bad!! Would use again.

Not bad. The bus took us from the hotel in time. The seats are ok, but rather narrow, not very comfortable, situated within a distance between each other. Also the bus came to Hoshimin from Muine an hour earlier than expected. Recommend.

The company "12Go Asia" claims no. Everything is done clearly and on time. But to the driver of the company-carrier "Hanh Cafe", who drove us from Dalat to Nyachang on September 30, 2017 at 7-30 am very big claims. First, he forced all passengers to take off their shoes at the entrance to their not very clean bus, giving each plastic bags on their feet. I will say right away, it's very uncomfortable to go to the packs on your feet for 4.5 hours. Second: the road from Dalat to Nha Trang is mountain serpentine. All the way the bus driver talked on the phone without the bluetooth headset, very often entering all the corners. I very much ask the carrier company to take measures so that drivers on the route are not distracted from the road to telephone conversations.

We booked with hanh cafe on the 22nd of june however received no confirmation of our booking. We went to their office at Hoi an to check they had received it. The guy had no idea who we were and im not suprised.
Their "system" is a paper clipboard with nothing but dates and times.. some booking rederences, no names. Only the day before the bus left did we receive our confirmation email. (And i hear that is typical)
When we arrived it was an absolute disorganised disaster, nobody got a ticket, we were told to sit by the side of the road. It took 45min to the load the luggage! Local passengers just sat wherever they wanted because nobody had a designated seat.. the conductor had to manually rearrange half the bus to fit everyone. In the end he just made up a seat number on a peice of paper and told us to sit down.
Ultimately the bus was 30mins late to depart and an HOUR and a HALF late to arrive. Must be the least efficient business ive ever seen.

The people at the agence was really nice, the explain all.
But we leave the office with 30 later. We go far away to take the real sleepy bus and also, the staff of the bus doesn't speak English.
The doesn't explain anything, we haven't have water or kind of things to eat (compared to other company).
At the end, the driver crying on the bus, very stress to tell us it was the last stop but very far.from our hostel. It was a lie because the staff at the office told us that the bus will stop us at our guesthouse !

Extremely uncomfortable seats unless you’re super small. We barely got any sleep it also didn’t help that at 3 am they turned on all of the lights and the constant honking was unbearable. At least the travelling time is correct.

This afternoon, we took the cheapest bus from Hue to Hoi An. Booked online on 12GoAsia for 165,750 per person. We were preparing for the worst, but everything went great. Good and safely driving, and most importantly: they even dropped us at the official drop of point that is mentioned in the voucher and on the website. Wow, never thought that we will experience this in the scam country aka Vietnam.
5/5 because of not dropping us off at a remote location where scammy cab drivers al already waiting and lurking for tourists.
Btw: according to 12GoAsia it would take 5 hours to travel. But in reality the journey only took 4 hours including 30m waiting time by the beginning.

The highlight of taking this bus:
1. The confirmation was quick.
2. Once I arrived at the bus pool, just show the booking confirmation to the front desk staff. The process was quick and hassle-free.
3. In my case, they took me with regular 2-2 seater bus first for about 45 minutes. After that, I was transferred to the sleeper bus to Mui Ne. Again, the process was quick. (Thanks for another reviewer about mentioning this process so I could set my expectations)
4. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled.
For this price, I could say this one is great value as long as you set your expectations right.

We were deceived at the Hanh Cafe office at the landing on PhạM ngũ Lão Street, .We bought tickets for the luxury 24. 1) - at this point in Ho Chi Minh City, everyone is put on an ordinary old bad bus, which takes a very long time to transfer to a slipbus. Almost a third of the way to Mui Ne ((. 2) - There was only a 36-seat bus at the transfer station, which was cheaper. And we had to ride on it. Our expensive bus just wasn't there!! An office employee deceived us, although I clarified several times that bus tickets were 24, but she gave us boarding passes for a cheap flight.

Very nice ride. 30 min in normal bus to the place where we switched to cabin bus. 3hour ride from there. Very comfortable, and bus driver held a short toilet stop on our request. We got dropped off at our hotel even though we thought the ride was only to the bus station. 5/5 would recommend

It was fine, first time on a bus like it. My daughter left her glasses behind though and upon trying to find them I am finding the customer service, they are definitely on the the bus and should be simple to find so unsure why there is an issue.

Everything was wonderful! I forgot my Panama hat on the bus and couldn't make a call because I don't speak Vietnamese and I don't have a Vietnamese number. The operator helped me and told me where I could put my stuff, I was very glad, thank you!!
