チェンマイに1330着のはずが0530過ぎに着いた。時間はただの目安らしい。一番安いのにお菓子もお水も小さいコンビニのガパオも貰えた。充電も一口USBでできる。シートはかなり倒れて快適だと思うが、若干寒さ対策とトイレの紙がない対策は必要

車両はエアコン付きで少し寒いがブランケットがありおおむね快適に過ごすことができた。ただ、車両は全体的に古く、ドリンクホルダーの破損や、室内灯のつかないところがあった。座席シートの汚れやブランケットの汚れも結構あった。

The AC wasn't working at first but the staff (who were very nice) stopped the bus a few times and brought a technician to fix it. The rest of the rode was pretty smooth, with a 30min stop for food. The AC is very strong, so bring something to cover up. They also bring you a blanket, juice box and bread. We didn't encounter too much traffic, yet arrived to phuket 3.5 hours later than planned, so bear that in mind. Overall, for the cost of it, it was worth it.

We arrived 3 hours late in Phuket. No information in english about anything. The bus did almost 20 stops for only one or two thai people to get out during the trip (but you gave to stay in the bus), it was not indicated in trip information. Toilets are extremely small and quite dirty, almost unusable. Only one stop of 20min for more than 15 hours bus trip. Free lunch around 1pm in local restaurant

Air con only really worth it if your in window seats. Sit at the top behind the stairs or right at the back for best seats. Pre book of your travelling with someone/group to make sure you get seats you want. Drinks provided along the journey as well as the start, also a blanket for sleeping

Firstly, the travel time is wrong which says 20h 21m actually it is around 14 hrs includes 30 mins stop at 9pm for dinner. The desination is Southern Terminal Bangkok and no worries it will go to Mochit Bus Terminal also which is very advantageous since it has lot of connectivity. Please check with the staff. Pick up point at Thalang is quite confusing since there is no bus terminal over there its just a pickup point, location is exact which is opp. to Thalang Police station.

One of the most comfortable bus rides I have had. However bus arrived about 10 mins late and arrived at destination almost three hours after the estimated arrival time. Operators should update their ETA. We didn’t even encounter issues or traffic along the way yet the ETA was way off.

Horrific was dirty felt gross and arrived 6 hours early at 5am, had to wait at the bus station for 2 hours alone as couldn’t get into my accommodation. And they were late to pick up, and the location for pick up was wrong very stressful

The driver assistant is so rude to passengers and both of driver and assistant drank beers during the trip. And, for the I Ph 13 & above users, you guys should bring your own power bank. USB-C type charger really didn’t work with the charger port on the bus. There are no place to charge your mobile phone during over 10 hours trip. That’s really sucks!

The trip itself was great. We got a blanket, food en drinks and the seats were comfortable. However, I chose this bus because it would arrive in the morning (7.30am), and not in the middle of the night. But in the end it still arrived at 4.30am in the night. Which meant I didn't book any accomodation and I had to find one in the middle of the night... Please change the arrival time...

I took the night drive to Vientien from Bangkok. The seats were comfortable, and I could sleep very well, much more than I did on an airplane on regular seats, so that was great. Just as the ride started, we got a bottle of water and a little bun, I think, filled with tasty cream. One thing that I didn't like was the toilet; it was hard to use, but they did stop along the way, so I guess I could use the toilet there instead.

The VIP bus ride was great. For additional $10 you got a wider seat and longer legroom for 8 hours and a bit journey. For a 4 seats per row for normal bus VIP bus has 3 seats per row. There was only one stop mid way and the bus reached the destination on time.

drive was okay! couldnt really sleep but expected it that way as there were just seats. bus was on time. AC would blow straight in your face which is really bad - take a silk towel or whatever with you to put over your head and a hoodie oc! Mid way we suddenly stopped somewhere to have a noodle soup that we would get with our bus ticket. Announcements were just in thai so I just copied everything the others were doing. The bus driver was really kind! you need to improve AC + english announcements!

In this very special case my seat did not have a seatbelt nor a head rest, they did give me a rope to tie myself with to the chair. The bus made one stop at around midnight for us to eat and go to the toilet however we only had 20 mins to do everything which I found very short and so I couldn’t enjoy my meal fully. Other than that it’s quite a practical way to travel and cheap. The AC was on full blast and cold so don’t forget to bring a hoodie with you :)

The bus started 30 minutes earlier and arrived 2 hours earlier. If I would known, I would have bought an earlier flight ticket. The seats are very uncomfortable and the blanket is too thin for the glacial cold inside the bus. Moreover, the air conditioning control is broken so you can't close the air conditioner on your head. I spent a horrible night.

Como punto negativo, cogimos el bus nocturno que decía que llegaba a las 6 de la mañana y se adelantó dos horas llegando a las 4 de la mañana. El resto, el asiento era cómodo y daban un aperitivo al salir y había una parada para cenar, incluida con el billete.

Very easy to find and checkin, the bus was on time. I would recommend to take a hoodie with you as it gets colder during the night. The AC is not possible to turn off - still if you’re prepared its absolutely bearable. We got some snacks and small water bottle. Overall a nice service!

It was very good. The bus only stops for 20 mins once at singburi which is 1/3 of the way. So in a 9 hour journey i think another 20 min stop would make it more comfortable. The food at the singburi stop there is nothing vegetarian there so best to carry some food to eat if you are vegetarian.

The ride itself was really comfortable and quick, with a nighttime break at around 11pm to get some food (not vegetarian I assume, but there are stores as well). In the beginning of the ride you get a breadroll, juice and water as a snack. The ac is really strong and blows right on your head, so bring a hoodie. The provided blanket helps.

It was convenient, I read some comments that criticized the service. They still have no toilet in the bus. But they solved the other issues with a cover, the seats were convenient, I slept in thier bus, and I rarely sleep in a bus.

Air conditioners worked furiously, incredibly cold all the way! blanket won’t save. By the end of the trip, my toes turned white, as if I had held them in the snow, and my throat hurt. All the way, in neighboring places, an elderly man coughed wildly, as if he was about to die, and teenagers listened to music without headphones ... I couldn’t sleep, but this is a human factor. At the beginning you have water with a bun, and halfway there was a good snack, there was also a micro-toilet and the opportunity to charge the phone on the bus.

it was convenient. there is a small toilet. the rear seats are comfortable, but the woman who works and helps during the trip was sleeping right behind us, on the floor and her legs touched ours, it was not very comfortable. I also woke up from her alarm clock, which rang for 10 minutes until we woke her up. They gave out a blanket, buns, juice and water. there was a stop at 23:30 with a free dinner on the ticket.

I caught the 18:00 bus to Bangkok and it was as good as it can be for a 13 hour bus trip. Drink and snack was given upon arrival, then we only made one stop at 21:00. There was no English announcements so I just followed everyone off the bus into a food hall where we had a meal provided. There was enough leg room and seats reclined quite far back. Blanket was also provided. Sleep was possible.
