Really enjoyed the trip. Large comfortable seats good air con plenty of room. Extra things not expected were the free water and goodies given at departure. Also a stop at a rest area for a 20 minute meal also free. Our first trip by bus in Asia certainly not our last. Also very easy to book. 12GoAsia website easy to use and very informative. Made it all very easy.

In Hat Yai, I have to take a tuk tuk from railway station to bus terminal, this is not included in the total fee. Why can't you make it clear to the driver to stop both in the railway station and bus terminal?

ハジャイに着いてすぐに
チケット売り場がありバウチャーみせて交換。ばすは、充電器もあります。お水とパンも支給されます。トイレもありますが狭いので途中によるサービスエリア的なところで済ませた方がベスト。1時間くらい遅れたので飛行機の乗り継ぎなどある方は、余裕を持って！

The bus was cold as ice. I've put two blankets and two scarfs on, but couldn't sleep at all. In additon the bus stopped in every three hours, the staff turned on the lights each time and started to shout something, so it was impossible to take a nap.
Furthermore instead of Southern Terminal, the final station was Mochit Station which is almost out of the city...
super unsatisfied with this trip.

It's really good, the bus go forward Padang Besar with only one customer. It's me because all people dropped down in Hatyai. Staff is amazing and bus is good as well.

comfortable 13 hour ride from Bangkok to Hatyai.
only stopped once for toilet break/quick meal at Amphoe Muang Chumphon.
TV is on showing some local Thai show and Jackie Chan movie with Thai dubbed but I didnt watch as I am a foreigner and dont understand the language.
free mineral water and chocolate bun provided for each passenger.
new clean blanket is provided which is very good for sanity and as the aircond is cold.
area for leg is spacious.move and arrive on time.not late.overall it is a good ride at affordable price.
toilet can be stinky but one of the bus staff keep spraying fragrance to eliminate the odor so still tolerable.

It was a good & comfortable ride . The snack was given out timely before the mid-night Thai food supper. Yes, movie shown should have English sub-titles . I watched the singing /fun video but did not understand the dialogue - The bus stopped at the first station - there should be an announcement > it is not the Southern Bas Station . The next stop is . . I would have got down as a foreigner ( Anyway, I am a Malaysian) & my friend would have miss me in the Southern Bus Station -- - ???? I would recommend my friends to travel with your company from Hatyai to Bangkok .
