ブリラム行きのバスを予約したつもりが、ブリラムから50キロ離れたナンロン行きのバスだった。
ブリラムにあるナンロン行きと小さく表示されていて、わかりにくかった。

バスは早くから停車していたが何故か9:45発車だが10時にならないと出発しなかった。タイではよくある事だとは思うが。バスでは水、パン、パックの飲み物、お菓子が配られました。車内は広く座席はゆったり、前後の間隔もありしっかりリクライニングできます。到着は約1時間半の遅れ、これは交通状況にもよるので多少は仕方ない、乗り心地はイマイチだが恐らくタイの道路の問題と考えられます。清潔さはタイにしてはよい方だとかんがえられます。
素晴らしいとは評価できないがまた利用しようと思います。

Le trajet une heure de plus avec des arrêts pour les locaux n’importe ou , impossible de se faire comprendre avec les chauffeurs ils ne parlent pas anglais , pas un seul arrêt pour pouvoir se décontracter et manger et de sortir de cette cage pendant 7 heures . Inadmissible

We had smiles, snacks and water, bus was on time and comfort (but not clean at all !).
We travelled in VIP. Toilets are very smelly and inconfortable for a woman, that’s the big problem for every bus company here.

Bus left late as waited for late passenger, dropped off locals where they wanted and arrived over 2 hours late. Could not even let waiting people know as the ‘free’ Wi-fi was broken.

モーチットからカンタラック(シーサケット)で利用しました。簡単なものでしたがお弁当とお水がついていて、ブランケットやUSB充電ポートもあり道中とても快適に過ごせました。他路線では遅延も報告されていますが私の乗車便はそんなこともなく、また是非機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

Free meal (I could not eat because vegetarian), comfortable seat, free water, air conditioning, said Wi-Fi but did not work.
Toilet on bus, no paper and bidet was broke, yuk. Arrived 1.5 hours late because of traffic.

This trip there were no blankets available and the toilet was extremely smelly. Bus was 1.5hrs late which would effect passengers with connecting transport. Other than that trip was good

The double seats have more legroom than the single but both are very comfortable. The meal was unexpected but appreciated as I missed breakfast. Bus ran a little late but nothing too long. Air-con got too cold for me but there were blankets available. The only downside was the toilet OK for males but not for females. I had no problems with the trip would recommend

Chose a front single seat to have a view of the drive but the windshield had big stickers that totally blocked my view. Other double decker buses didn’t have them. Snack was ok but toilet was smelly and too full of buckets. Bus left and arrived on time and driver was cautious and careful.

Although the bus trip itself was good, departure was at 1115 and not 1025 as shown on your website. Arrival in Mochit was at 1650. When my lady friend inquired as to bus departure time from Prakhon Chai at the Sawasdee Surin office in Prakhon Chai, the man on the desk was rude to her.

He was a Thai driver who can not speak English, but he should have explained the bus condition in gas station to the customer!!! Our bus was about 6 hours from Surin to Morchit, but it took 10 hours due to construction jams on the way. Despite this, gasoline replenishment at the gas station in about 10 minutes before the mouth was stopped or whether the condition of the tire was bad or stopped. Time was ticking too fast and most of the guests around us got out with no numbness.

The onboard toilet left a lot to be desired which reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. The coach arrived in Surin well before departure time so we were all able to get settled into the comfortable reclining seats with added leg support. A complimentary main meal was brought to us at our seat and biscuits and bottled water were also provided.. The coach was 90 minutes late into Bangkok (for no obvious reason that I could see) but I had anticipated this and allowed a large margin for delay so I wouldn't be rushing for my plane at the last moment. Excellent wifi reception all the way. Overall very comfortable and good value for money.

Toilet filthy . That many bins on toilet floor , you had a hard time finding some where to put your feet . Aircon set way too cold . 30 minutes late . But in Thailand this is pretty good . I always factor in being late , so I don`t book onward travel too close to my arrival time .
