The bus was on time but we arrived in Bangkok 2-3 hours which I didn’t mind. The ride was good. We were given blankets and water and a snack. That was nice!

Very nice seats! Something wet my backpack quite badly while it was in the hold. The worst thing is that, the wetting liquid smells like a fish. However, everyting else worked very well. I would recommend.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Auf Voucher war noch Adresse des alten Bus Terminal von Trang angegeben, obwohl alle Busse nur noch vom neuen Busterminal fahren. Sollte geändert werden.

More space than you need, that's fine! But terrible sounds during whole trip - propably coming from bad back shock-absorber ... we were not able to sleep more than few minutes in a row.
Btw. CORRECT the bus station position described on the map within e-tickets you provide via mail!
It's totaly wrong, someone will miss the bus because of it!

Arrive at the southern terminal for my bus at 5pm and realise they are departing soon. No chance for me to buy some food onboard. Despite departing early, I arrive at 9.30am at sutan. Took me a whole 19.5hours. Seats were really uncomfortable to sleep in. Missed my ferry because the bus was late to arrival for 4.5 whole hours despite leaving early. Would rather take the train if that was the case.

Все кроме окончания поездки было на высоком уровне. Но когда пришло время выходить- про нас просто забыли... Хоть мы и просили нас высадить в центре Кханома. Пришлось им разворачиваться и ехать назад. Звук у телевизора сильно раздражал - автобус ночной, а спать не дают.

The bus left 15/20 minutes late from Bangkok (but this is usual for Thailand) and arrived 1:30h late in Khanom (we took this into consideration so it did not bother us)
The staff was ok, we sat front row and had a great view but little leg room for my long legs.
One problem was the TV witch was blasting full audio on a thai entertainment program for a full two hours after we left Bangkok.
Overall was very ok. :)

Good service, nothing special. Bus left late, which is typical for Thailand. Arrival time was also well after suggested. This was factored in, so of no inconvenience. Bus staff had zero English ability and based on body language little respect for foreigners. This also was expected. I've noticed a real change in Thais over the past year. The smiles seem to have all but disappeared. This also of little consequence. No big deal really.
Ticket staff at Southern Terminal, where I collected the ticket, were absolutely fantastic. 5 stars!
Web site, 12go, was also a golden find. I will use again.

Good driver. So much stress before we got on the bus. No information at the station, the bus was 12 min delayed but since we dont speak Thai nobody could information us. We thought the bus had already left.

Uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately I had someone sitting next to me who obviously ate stuff which forced him to fart all the drive. The bus staff were not too much interested in being friendly or helpful. Possibly we just had bad luck.

The bus was great, but the driver decided to play DHL and stopped like 15times to pick up or deliver parcels. We were 3h late as a result.
