Great experience. Our first time on a sleeper bus and really enjoyed it. Pleasant drivers, who certainly knew the roads!
Our 16 hour journey was extended by 4 hours due to a tree falling and blocking the road in the rainforest but it all added to the experience.
A great way to see India, which I think we should all do at least once.

waited at bus stop for about 2 hrs before bus turned up our seats already taken told to
wait for next bus that was also full so we were just left at bus stop. Thanks to depot manager who then tried to find another company with space. eventually he did and we left.
we are 2 eighty year old people and we were just abandoned it was scorching hot and but for the kind people around us all of who tried to help
we could get no contact with 12Go
we would like a refund for the tickets as travel was impossible as the buses we booked with just
abandoned us

The road was a bit bumpy but overall it was a comfortable ride. There was a break in between as well. Nice staff.

Toilet was not open for the beginning few hours of the trip because the content will go directly to the street. The toilet was small. The bus made stops along the way without telling why or for how long.
The bus was difficult to find and in the end it arrived two hours early (5 AM). Which would be good if it was later on the day.
They opened the lights during the trip so I couldn’t get continuous sleep. My USB port did not operate.
Also. The bus was one hour late to start
I was promised a water bottle but never got it

Tried to use the toilet after 12 hours on the bus but the conductor just said it wasn’t possible without further explanation. I tried to ask why and he just completely ignored me. My fiance then tried to do the same thing and again completely ignored.

Op tijd en relaxed reizen. Opletten bij stops of je even naar toilet kunt omdat het, behalve bij de half uur pauze, niet innhet engels wordt omgeroepen.
