J’ai réservé un mini van qu devait faire le trajet en 2h30 avec tout le confort et pour ce prix ( cher pour la Thaïlande ! ) nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un bus local qui tenait à peine debout, avec des locaux qui payaient 10 fois moins cher que nous et pour un trajet qui a dure3h30puisqu’il passait dans tous les villages pour prendre ou déposer des gens. Il s’est même arrêter faire ses courses à un moment ! Alors oui c’était pittoresques mais franchement je n’avais pas payé ça ! Je déconseille ce tout opérator de surat thani.

Service de transit réalisé avec ponctualité ; vu qu’on avait de l’avance pendant notre transit, le transporteur nous a même proposé de partir dans le van précédent pour arriver plus tôt que prévu, sans coût additionnel. On recommande

Après avoir regardé les différents avis , qui, pour beaucoup étaient négatifs, j’ai hésité et puis il faut se faire son idée…. Et bien, satisfait à 100 % accueil à à l’agence, parfait, le véhicule était à l’heure, propre , confortable. Le trajet a été direct , j’avais le ferry pour 11h , j’ai même réussi à prendre celui de 10h30 donc ravi.

Nous avons fait le trajet Surat Thani → Koh Phangan avec un transfert bus + bateau. Le bus était correct, le bateau plutôt confortable, et le prix raisonnable. En revanche, la traversée a duré une heure de plus que ce qui est annoncé. D’après les locaux, c’est toujours le cas — donc mieux vaut le savoir à l’avance pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Bien, un peu bizarre car nous sommes arrivés au port de donsak et il fallait prendre un petit train jusqu'à l'autre port ou nous avons attendus le bus qui nous emmenait à l'aéroport mais ce bus faisait en fait plusieurs arrêt en ville. Et nous nous sommes retrouvé à attendre un taxi une fois arrivés au terminus du bus. Ce taxi nous a amener directement à l'aéroport. C'est du coup un peu plus long qu'avec un mini bus classic mais on est un peu mieux assis tout de même. Nous sommes arrivés à bon port c'est le principal.

The Minibus is super small and packed. The Driver stops everything ten minutes and put more people and Bagage in the small Bus. Eveyone is dependend on the Driver, so everyone was afraid to ask, why he is stopping all the time. He doesnt communicate with anyone, does what he wants and throughs everyone out of the bus when we arrived without any advice…

Van was comfortable, had charging ports and air conditioning. Driver was nice but kept yelling at us no smoking even though no one was smoking. He drove very fast and made everyone uncomfortable and a little car sick. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than advertised. Good value for money. I wish they let my group go on first as we were four people and everyone else was singles so we were all split up which was a big annoying

We booked with 12go a week ago from Ao Nang to Thong Sala pier and everything went well so we were expecting a similar experience for this trip, yet it is not what happened.
This time we booked from Thong Sala pier to Hat Yai. The ferry was all good and on time, the pick up at Donsak Pier as well but then the van to go to Hat Yai was bad.
The van was 1 hour late, we didn’t have any explanation on why and when it was arriving.
Then when we had to go in the van, the driver explained that they were too many people on the van so one of us had to seat on a plastic stool. It was a 4h30 driver… I reached out to the WhatsApp number, the person called the driver and the driver asked someone else in the van to seat on the plastic stool instead of us. It was so embarrassing as we assumed that anyone who was on this van had paid and should get a real seat and not seat on a stool… the driver told us some people were leaving after 1h so we could take their seat so we decided to wait but the 1h ended up to be 2h.
At the end of the trip I reached out to support to say we were unhappy with the situation and it was clearly a booking issue and she said I was trying to travel for free which is not the case at all. We just assume that we should get a fair service when we pay for it. So far we didn’t receive either recognition or any form of compensation, very disappointing.

We traveled from Koh Phangan to Surat Thani Airport.
The ferry ride was on time and a pleasant experience.
Unfortunately, the land transfer was poorly organized. The minivan was old, cramped, and left about 30 minutes late. After about an hour’s drive, we were dropped off at the company’s office, where we waited outside on benches for nearly another hour before another minivan finally took us to the airport. Overall, the service was very unprofessional and disappointing.

I was 2mins late and they waited for me. The lady at the pier was very nice and helpful, she helped me not to miss the boat.
The minibus is comfortable. The driver was nice, polite, and very skilled. The fastest ride I had between Phangan and Phuket. I even arrived in advance. Thank you so much!

We got there in the end...we arrived 2,5 hours later than the ticket was for and had to change van in krabi after an hour's wait. And also here packets were picked up an delivered along the way. In this case the timing was not a problem, but if you have a flight to catch, you need to be wary.

It was good, we got where we wanted and were on time. We could find everything directly. The car war comfortable and air-conditioned. But in our eyes the driver was not driving safely: he was watching videos and doing video calls nearly the whole trip, drove very fast and did some overtaking that was very scary for us.

Very rushed to get on the early bus which was fine umtil half way they overpacked the bus snd people were on the floors. Not impressed you pay for a seat for your luggage and then u dont even have enough room to sit on the ridiculous long trip. We should of arrived by 2.40 we arrived well after 3.30 which id hate to think how late the 9.40 bus was. So mamy stops for pickups on the way. Absolutely terrible. Without a toilet break or being told this is a toilet break. If we did get off we would have lost our seats

We had to be at the desk of pangang tours 2000 at 8:30 but only left 1 hout later. At the pier there was no information given about which ferry we needed to take. We stepped on the wrong ferryboat. Luckily a woman came to get us to switch to the right ferry. The ferry was also one hour delayed... Long trip...

Very unfriendly lady at the shop when we arrived at their office with the phangan tour bus. 0 communication on how I‘ll get to the train station from there. Have to pay for the toilet and don‘t even get toilet paper. Got picked up by a minivan in the end but arrived at the train station nearly 1 hour later than it said on my voucher.

Double backed to pick up passengers, so therefore in a rush to meet scheduled time. Overtaking, speeding. I wouldn’t use again because of dangerous driving, especially on wet roads.
