I missed my bus and they let me take the next one, with only a small extra fee, which was nice. However, when I changed vehicles to the connecting bus in Hat Yai, we had to wait about 3 hours. They did not inform anyone about this very long waiting time, and they should have done so, as it hugely affects someone's travel plans. I let it go because I was grateful that they let me take the next bus after I missed mine, however the other people were also very upset. First they wanted to make us wait 4 hours, then when we complained they changed it to 3.
We changed vehicles twice. On the last bus, when we arrived in Phuket (my final destination), I very politely asked the staff-member if I could get out sooner than the last bus terminal, as it was a more convenient location for me. He completely refused to let me get off the vehicle, even though we stopped many times and other passengers got off, he actually would not allow me to get off the bus! That is crazy.

The first bus was amazing and organised. Set a good time for the trip. The second bus was cramped, chaotic due to lots of miscommunication with baggage and language barrier and we were very late to drop off point due to driver dropping passengers to lots of different small stops

You get what you pay for, if you can avoid and choose the proper bus you should definitely do this !!! Feels a little unorganised, wasn’t on time but still got us from A-B and B-C. Trip will probably take longer for the drivers breaks but they do still have to have a break so fair enough. Overall, 48/100, can risk it and have the experience to tell the story of it or be comfortable and get on a proper bus :)

A l'arrivée à Hat Yai (au teminal 1), le chauffeur nous a demandé de rester dans le véhicule pour nous déposer à l'agence. Et ensuite l'agence nous propose un tuk-tuk pour nous redeposer au teminal 1.
Nous ne sommes pas rentrés dans leurs jeux de business.

Went from penang to KL. Was worried from all the bad reviews but for me was fine. Left on time, arrived a bit late but was to be expected. Very comfortable first class style soft seats, well air conditioned and seemed like a new modern bus. Changed to a different bus halfway which was similar. No problems whatsoever

Poor communication led to confusion!
We did not know that we had to take a local express bus to the bus depot pretty far away from New Asian Travel. We were put in the bus in a hurry!
We wish we were given step by step instructions beforehand.
The bus was nice and had few passengers that day. However the bus driver was talking loudly to his friend the whole journey
This discourages us from taking the bus again!

Over all good bus ride. Very confusing at check in even with pre-paid ticket. Told by driver not correct bus but, shop own said yes. Worked out. Had to transfer buses half way through trip was not told. Arrived safely & air conditioning was great!

Late for more than 2 hours because driver picked up passengers not from the route - from different towns and locations. Was dangerous because of overspeed. 120 km/h where 60 max is allowed.

Accueil désagréable au bureau de l’agence le matin du départ.
Départ à 9 hrs au lieu de 8h30, Arrêt de 1h30 à Hat Yai.
Voyage moyennement confortable, sièges du premier van defoncés.
Excellents chauffeurs prudents, le second van fut très aimable et souriant.

Everything went smoothly. We went to the agency the day before and sked to be picked up from the hostel. Paid extra 10 batt to the driver for crossing the border which was written in the rules of the Thai border. Crossing the border was fast and easy, no additional charges over there. Arrived in George Town on time and the driver dropped us close to our hotel and showed the directions.

Обязательно приезжайте к башням МИНИМУМ за полчаса до отправления. Лучше за час. Вас оттуда сначала повезут на автовокзал Сунгай Нибонг. И там уже вас будет ждать автобус.
На фото автобус, где есть одинарные сидения, но по итогу был такой, где все сидения сдвоенные.

The journey from Penang to Ipoh was smooth and quite quick. But it took an hour to get out of Penang with a stop to get the bus washed - never seen or heard that before - and another stop at Butterworth. Chairs were broken and in reclined position. The seat belts were either broken or missing.

I had no trouble Hat Yai Nominatee, they were quite nice and polite, I did arrive earlier to ensure I don't miss the transport. The van is quite old and uncomfortable but it was not unexpected, most of the vans for crossing Hat Yai to Penang are the same, so no complaints there. The driver did his best to find out where I would like to drop in Penang, even asking another driver when he doesn't know.
I guess fellow travelers should be aware that you will be asked for 10 baht for "passport stamping" when crossing from Hat Yai to Malaysia and from Malaysia to Hat Yai, paid MYR$10 for "document filling" and MYR$20 for "express queue" at the checkpoint. I was quite happy to pay for the "express queue" as during the time of day, it was a really long queue and we were led to a room where another officer issued the stamps. I understand it is not a legal practice but it has been ongoing forever - do as the local does I suppose, I am not about to be the one person on the van to say no to paying and make the whole van wait 2 hours for me!

Disappointed to know that the bus trip only ended at Larkin Bus Terminal instead of Singapore Golden Mile Complex on the very last minute before boarding. Would appreciate if the Management could inform its customers earlier if ever the trip back to Singapore were not feasible. Let your customer know earlier to plan for alternative transport for it is rather difficult to get around coming back from Johore to Singapore, for people travelling with the elderlies and young children especially.

Car was spacious and comfortable, just need to inform the passengers where's the pick up point a day before or pick up the phone in the morning when people are trying to find your shop. Besides this, the overall trip was good and the driver drops you off at your hotels direct.

С бронированием билетов всё было как обычно просто, посадка ровно в 5 утра, микроавтобус был очень комфортным и новым - большие мягкие сиденья и много места для ног, а водитель был милым. Через 3 часа после отправления прибыли на границу, прохождение пограничных пунктов заняло час, потом доехали до Хатяй, покружили немного по нему, высаживая пассажиров, в итоге в 10 (по малайскому времени) прибыли в местную автобусную кассу Nominatee Tour, где получили билеты на 10.30 на автобус до Сурратхани, пирса Донсак. Из-за смены часового пояса ожидание автобуса заняло полтора часа - есть время купить симку, поменять деньги, перекусить. В турагентстве есть wifi и розетка. В 10.30 прибыл наш микроавтобус, уже не такой комфортный - постарше, мало места для ног, половина места в салоне занято коробками, бесконечное количество раз водитель останавливался, чтобы погрузить-выгрузить эти посылки, поэтому продвигались очень медленно, к тому же водитель всю дорогу громко разговаривал с местными пассажирами - поэтому это довольно местный способ перевозок, без "сервиса", похожий на регулярные междугородние маршрутки в России. По прибытии водитель выдал проездные на паром, успели на паром в 17.00, через час прибыли на пирс Натон. На всем пути было достаточное количество остановок в туалет/размяться. Распечатывать билет не пришлось, на Пенанге водитель их не проверял, в Хатяйе кассир попросил переслать его на их емейл и выдал билет.

Awful bus company. The amount of stops this bus made throughout the trip was insane. Trip was advertised as 4h 45min and it ended up taking over 6 hours. The absolute only reason for that was because of the amount o FB stops they made and the fact that each time they stopped it was for up to 45 minutes or more. The first stop was 10 minutes into the trip and it lasted for 45 minutes! Then shortly after that they stopped again and yelled at us to switch busses. The bus we had to switch to smelled awful and the new driver was incredibly rude. He then made another stop at a mall that seemed super unnecessary and despite his assurance that it would be for 20 minutes, it lasted for 45 minutes as well. It seemed like he was trying to scout people at the mall to fill in extra seats on the bus so he could pocket the money because he was gone for far too long and finally came back with 3 new passengers, whom he dropped off on the side of the highway before our final destination. Never booking with this company again.

Comme très souvent, ils donnent une destination qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. Insistez pour savoir où le conducteur vous dépose vraiment.

The travel agent said to be there at 3.15 but with no clear instruction that actually there would be a 45 minute wait. Then a taxi came to take us to the actual bus station and the bus waited for us and left late - at 4.20. Then with a journey that took almost 5 hours that arrived later than was advertised, there were no comfort breaks. Not great.

The ride was OK. Everything else was unorganized. At komtar a taxi driver took my backpack in his car and I was told to get in the car. No information where we are going. At the bus terminal again no information where the bus will leave and when.. A guy came around and told me that he can give me an earlier bus - he kept my ticket as the bus was not from the same company. Unfortunately again no information when we will leave etc.
For your info: There was no toilet stop as written in the details.
