1er bus, bien, jusqu'à l'arrêt de 6h dans un buibui pas recommandable. 2e bus tout pourri avec un chauffeur qui nous a fait perdre 30 mon pour payer son essence. Bateau plus que pourri au raja ferry qui doit être le port des bateaux de commerce. Résultat on devait arriver à 9h on est arrivés à midi. Pas merci

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait que l'on sois débarqué en plein milieu du trajet et devoir encore payer 4000 bath pour rejoindre ma destination final (krabi).
Le chauffeur du bus, s'arrête sans annonce, fait sa pause, mais vous ne vous dis rien... Annoncez au moins que le prix qu'on paye sur votre site, n'est pas pour la totalité du trajet.

Le trajet s'est bien passé. Le bus a quitté à l'heure de Bangkok (direction Kaoh sok). Il y a eu un arrêt vers minuit où nous pouvions manger sur l'aire. Puis un autre arrêt vers 5h30 où nous avons dû sortir du bus et où il y avait des mini van pour chaque sous destination. Nous les avons attendu environ 1h30.
Le bus n'était pas si spacieux mais les sièges pouvaient tout de même s'allonger. Nous avons eu une mini collation et une bouteille d'eau. Je suis arrivée avec une heure et demi d'avance à Khao sok, où nous pouvions payer un supplément pour être déposés à notre logement.

J’ai fais Bangkok vers Koh Samui. J’avais un peu peur de ce long trajet mais c’était plus bien. Les sièges du bus sont inclinables et massants. Vous avez de quoi charger votre téléphone. On nous donne un snack (gâteau sucré), un jus de fruit et une bouteille d’eau. Il y a une couverture à disposition aussi. On s’arrête une fois vers minuit pendant 30 minutes dans un endroit où manger et aller au WC, mais il y a des minuscules toilettes dans le bus qui font l’affaire. Ensuite vers 6h, un van vous emmène au port et ensuite vous prenez le ferry. Si vous souhaitez, à l’endroit où on prends le van vous pouvez payer pour un taxi jusqu’à votre hostel. J’ai payé 300 batt pour aller à un hôtel vers Chaweng.

Mon voyage de Bangkok à Koh Phangan s'est bien déroulé. Il y avait beaucoup d'espace pour les pieds et on nous donne une bouteille d'eau et un petit gâteau. Il y avait un arrêt après environ 7h de trajet pour manger et se dégourdir (frais en plus). Ensuite, nous sommes arrêté à Surat Thani pour un transfert d'autobus jusqu'au port. Le ferry nous attendait et c'était confortable aussi. J'ai dû payé 300 bth de plus pour une navette jusqu'à mon hôtel, mais au moins le chauffeur nous attendait sur l'île. En général, très bon service.

On est arrivés avec 1h15 d'avance mais on nous a amenés au bus directement (bouteille d'eau+ jus+ un petit gâteau offert, couverture prêtée, clim) mais le bus a attendu d'autres passagers un peu plus loin et on est finalement partis à l'heure. Le bus VIP est très confortable et les sièges s'inclinent bien (beaucoup mieux que l'avion en classe éco).
A Minuit passé, à mi parcours, le bus fait une pause de 40 minutes (possibilité de manger, aller aux toilettes même s'il y en a dans le bus). Vers 6h, tout le monde descend : on attend une heure (possibilité d'aller aux toilettes, faire des achats pour son petit déjeuner) et on nous propose de payer 300 baths/personne pour notre trajet vers notre hôtel après le bateau (ne pas valider, on trouve moins cher plus tard).
Ensuite,on prend un autre bus (plus vieillot,) pour environ 1h de trajet jusqu'au port de Surat Thani en fonction de notre destination (pour nous, Koh Samui).
Puis,on nous amène au bateau...une trentaine de minutes plus tard,on part en direction du port de Koh Samui...On est arrivés là bas vers 10h au lieu de 9h30 (faible retard).
Tout s'est bien passé...on recommande.

Alors franchement c'est la deuxième fois que je passe par ce service. La première, c'était pendant le festival de songkran, le bus avait deux heures de retard mais c'est excusable au vu du nombre de personnes qui deambulaient dans les rues. Par contre, par contre, par contre, je suis passé par ce service pas plus tard que le 23 juin 2025. Nous avons été super mal accueilli à l'agence par deux personnes ultra désagréable, on avait l'impression de les déranger. Elles nous ont parlé comme des chiens, et pourtant nous sommes des personnes gentilles. Oui, je parle de toi la femme thai blonde assez forte, deuxième bureau en partant du fond. Franchement, change de boulot si cela ne te convient plus. À part ça, le voyage s'est bien passé, les bus sont ultra confortable, les sièges ont des massages, il y a de la place pour les jambes, la couverture. Le voyage se déroule relativement vite. Rien à dire sur les prestations dans le bus. Juste cette femme et sa copine au sein de l'agence. Le reste du personnel est sympa, heureusement....

J avais lu beaucoup d avis défavorable sur ce genre de transport mais c était super. Les sièges sont assez confortable et inclinable quasiment à 180 degrés une couverture en polaire est fourni, un petit biscuit et une mini bouteille d eau. Nous nous sommes arrêté vers 00h30 sur un point de route où les gens fessait à mangez et vendez des chips gâteaux et coca pas fan mais bon. Puis un second arrêt a 6h du mat pour prendre des mini van en fonction des destinations de chacun.
Pour un trajet à 25€ c est vraiment bien

Mon siège était brisé. Lorsque tu es rendu sur place, plusieurs personnes dont moi-même ne comprenait pas ce qui ce passait. Ils ne parlent pas anglais. La confusion était tellement grande que je n'ai pas du tout apprécié. Ils te demandent de laisser ton sac à l'extérieur sur le trottoir pendant l'arrêt jusqu'à temps que des autobus ou des vans viennent te chercher afin d'aller à l'endroit où tu as besoin. Le point d'arriver est vraiment loin de Surat Thani et ça te donne pas le choix d'acheter des billets avec eux. Bref, une très mauvaise expérience.

1.Primul sofer care ne-a trasportat din Pattaya pana în Bangkok a stat mult pe Tiktok și pe apeluri video în timp ce conducea.
2.Al doilea șofer a ținut aerul condiționat la maxim pe tot timpul călătoriei (19:00-6:00), și nici nu putea fi oprit ca la o mașină normala deoarece e oricum întorceam chestia aia tot venea aer rece, iar când l-am.intrebat dacă ul poate opri deoarece pur și simplu ne venea aerul acela rece direct în cap, a spus ca aerul nu se oprește, și nici măcar o viteza mai joasa la aerul condiționat dicționar nu a vrut.
Comfortul a fost bun.
Deși am plătit servicii de manipulare a bagajelor, când am ajuns la ferryboat ne-am carat singuri bagajele.
Am făcut o oprire la 00:00 intr-un loc sa mâncăm sau sa mergem la toaleta.
Sunt de calitate medie.

Une personne a fumé dans le bus sans qu’on ne lui dise d’arrêter.
On était sur les 4 sièges tout à l’arrière du bus et les prises pour charger nos téléphones ne marchaient pas.
Mon mari n’avait pas de couverture.
Et la personne a l’enregistrement sur Bangkok était vraiment désagréable.

Bonne expérience, le bus est très confortable, nous avons juste été un peu perdu au départ et pendant la transition vers le port. Quelques informations supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenues. On arrive quand même à s'en sortir et tous le reste est très bien d'où le score de 4/5.

Expérience au top ! Nous avons pas vu le trajet passé. Un arrêt vers minuit de 20 min au niveau d'une aire très grande avec toutes commodités (WC + aire de restauration très abordable).

Hat insgesamt alles gepasst. Im "VIP-Bus" hatte man gut Platz und Wasser/Snacks bekommen. Die Toilette war nicht so nice. Der Bus fuhr bis zu einem kleinen Rastplatz bei Surat Thani. Da hab ich dann eine knappe Stunde gewartet und von da aus ging es mit einem kleineren Van weiter zum Donsak Pier und von da aus mit der Fähre nach Koh Phangan. Die Kommunikation, wann man wo wie lange warten soll, war ok.

Très moyenne vip payée mais avant surat thani éjecté tous des 3 bus partis de Bangkok dans une zone de triage pour différentes destinations attente plus de 1h30 puis van pourri pour sois disant lanta qui partait sans 3 valise laissé sur le trottoir nous avons du le faire arrêter........ arrivés à krabis de nouveau au milieu de rien changement de van avec obligation de payé 200 baths par personne pour nous emmener à l hôtel évidemment pas intéressant pour ceux qui so t près du ce tre ville ....

Our least favourite bus comfort and interior wise in the 2 months we have been travelling. Not enough leg room, bus not in great condition, we did the evening bus which gets you to the port at around 3am rather than parking up and letting you sleep for a few hours at the port on the bus (considering this is our most expensive trip yet) you have to get off and lie on wooden benches at the closed port until the morning.
The boat trip was super bumpy, we don’t get travel sick but had to take tablets and sit outside, everyone inside was vomiting it was like an apocalypse :’)
I think next time we would get a day time bus so we don’t have to sleep on wooden benches at the port.

Bus arrived 1 hour late, we made a stop at a disgusting Restaurant and the toilet was just not usable. The AC dropped water on us. We had way better bus rides in Thailand.

Uncomfortable bus, the seats were not fixed properly. The staff that should have helped people to reach the seat was unfriendly and rude. Despite this, the bus arrived pretty much on time. We did just one stop in a place that was not very well equipped (I experienced also the way back from Bangkok to Koh Phangan and we stopped in a very well equipped area, with many food alternatives that was very close to the place in which this bus stopped).

the trip was nice but they try to overcharge for a leg of the trip I didn't request for. I bought the ticket to Krabi and after I got to surat thani, for the connection, the lady asked where I would go after Krabi and simply told me to pay her 250 for this final leg of the trip. I didn't request this service, didn't ask how much it was, and even after I said "no", she said "then how do you go?". be careful with scams.

I felt I was shuffled about like a bit of cattle. 1st bus was a partybus, not fitted for overnight travel (not even USB charger).
They stopped us at midnight for dinner at a very dodgy place. Filthy, people not welcoming, pushy for sales and overpriced. I didn't eat, too dirty and noodles looked like they had been dead for some time.
Then we had to wait at Surat for next bus for1 hour in the very early hours. And That bus should go for scrap: old, dirty, rickety and A/C leaking all over us.
Ferry was ok luckily, as was the last van to my place, although driver was a tad rude.
NOT a journey I'recommend. Going through Chumpon with Lomphraya is a totally different experience.

It was a bit confusing at the beginning because there was a little information about the ride and how we will proceed after the ferry from koh phangan. But in the end it went pretty smooth. Someone was waiting for us at the exit of the ferry (so it is advised to wear the sticker you got to be recognised). Then with a van we went to a tour office in Surat thani. Here we could buy food and drinks and couls also charge our phone. We waited until 7pm until the large bus arrived. It seemed more like a party bus (with karaoke on board, and some fancy green and pink lights). The large bus was overall comfortable, we even got some blankets for the trip. One stop around midnight, and we reached Bangkok pretty on time.

The bus was 45 minutes late and no one warned us. Then we stopped during the trip, and people started asking us where we were going, the name of our hotels and asked us for 200b to take us there. I said I’d get a taxi directly from the bus station but they said it was not possible to do so. So we all had to pay around 200 (which btw was 2x the price of a grab) and couldn’t explain to them that it wasn’t planned.

Good Main Drive from Bangkok to suritami, but with many stops, because Driver was checking Bus engine. One good Main Stop at a Bistro at the Highway for eating. About 2-3 Pick ups and Drops of people joining. All in all good, but arrived in suritami WE lost 2 hours because they let us sit and wait in Bistro and Bus, top collect more people. Then drove arround 30 MinutesJust arround suritami top Pick Up Others and than finally changed from the van to an old Bus. After that a 60 Minutes Drive to the harbour and another 90 Minutes for ferry Transport to Koh samui

The coach broke down multiple times but despite this the poor guys kept trying to fix it which was good and they did finally do it so we could carry on. The organisation was ok, unfortunately I had booked for the wrong day and they still managed to squeeze us in which was incredible! Communication was not ideal so we didn’t really know what was going on when the coach broke down but all good in the end and only 2 hours late from the predicted time!

We took this trip from the Phi Phi islands to Bangkok. First we took a ferry to the mainland which was very cramped. My knees touched the seat in front of me, and I am not a large man. At the pier in Krabi, we had to ask around ourselves to find the next vehicle, which was not a bus but a van that took us to somewhere nearby. There, we wanten for another 15 minutes for another van that took us to Surat Thani. In Surat Thani, we stopped at an open shop at the corner of two streets where we were told to wait 20 minutes. 20 became 40 until a party bus arrived to take us to Bangkok. The bus was not very comfortable, with a platform where the chairs stond on. This platform didn't extend fully under the chair in the aisle seat, meaning you could not comfortably set your feet on the ground. At 12.00 we stopped for 40 minutes at some small place by the road. Finally we arrived at Bangkok about an hoor after schedule. Food and water was not included in the trip. I would recommend booking with another company if you want some more comfort. We did get from A to B though.

If you have a little bit of spare money and love for yourself, buy a trip with more comfort. The bus is way to small for someone with 196 cm length. No possibility to sleep in. The bus arrived at 0300 in the morning on the pier. You have to wait 4 hours on a small wooden bench, also verry uncomfortable to sleep. I booked this trip to get a extra day time on holiday, but was again sleeping in my hostel due to the terrible trip.

In the night bus we were sitting downstairs in a small cabin and had less space for our legs and couldn't put the chairs in the sleeping position because of the wall behind us. There are different seats in the bus with much more space but we hadn't the chance to choose.
We had been told before that we have to wait for the ferry for several hours, so we arrived at 3:30 am to the Pier and the ferry left at 7 am to Koh Tao.
It was a very uncomfortable time for us - why not have a waiting room for passengers available???

The Montanatip bus from Bangkok arrived to the pier at 2.30 am, and the ferry didn't leave until 07 am. We had to sleep on benches and hang out with mosquitoes. It would have been nice to get the itinerary beforehand, so I could have considered other options. The bus and ferry was on time though👍

The bus was supposed to be VIP and comfortable. It wasn’t and it wasn’t enough for the person next to me who was TALL. He couldn’t find a comfortable position all night and kept waking me up. I couldn’t also, the chairs aren’t good. Around midnight you stop so we can eat (this is quite late, but is ok) to find out they have nothing without chiken or pork. You need to understand we are in 2023 and many people don’t abuse or eat animals anymore. If you can’t offer a bit of tofu, then you leave people with nothing to choose. Tofu is cheap and easy to cook, many thai restaurants offer it.
The bus also arrived 4:30 am when it was scheduled to arrive 6:00. This could be great, but if you think about it, to arrive in kaosan at 4:30 isn’t great, what do you do with 1:30 there? It’s dangerous, dirty and puts you in an uncomfortable position.
The rest was ok, I put a 2 star for you to read this and see if you can improve something.

De bus was erg vies en oud. Er was vanalles kapot en was totaal niets luxe aan. Hebben kakkerlakken over de vloer zien lopen. Bus was een uur te laat. Vanuit Hua hin in ging het licht uit zodat we konden slapen. Anderhalf uur later gingen het licht weer aan voor een stop van 40 minuten. Totaal onnodig ons inziens. Vervolgens een overstap in Surathani waar het ongeorganiseerd ging en wederom drie kwartier hebben moeten wachten op de stoep.

All in all the tour was very well organised and exactly like it was planned.The bus for the long drive from Bangkok to Surat Thani (10 hours) was very comfortable. You get a blanket, water and snack. For the price definitly worth it. Sometimes it seems chaotic and you don't really know what is happening next, but that's maybe the thai way of doing things. If anything the people from the bus company were not friendly at all. Sometimes you felt like a sheep being moved from one place to another. Other than that worth it, especially because of the price.
