Ana MIt's a good boat, with comfortable seats anf good air conditional. The crew was so kind and friendly. The capitain was telling anecdotes and data about the islands we see during the trip. The boat did a little stop in front of Maya Bay and we were able to take photos. I recomend it.

Victoria We were picked up at 13:08 (was suppose to be 13:00 but after reading previous reviews I knew that the taxi would not be running exactly to time.
The driver helped us with our bag and the taxi had good air conditioning and was comfortable despite being full of other passengers.
The driver showed us where to go once we arrived the ferry pier and the process was straightforward.

Freya PEasy to navigate the checkin procedure at Tonsai Pier thanks to helpful staff. Ferry ride itself was smooth and comfortable. Appreciated having bags with us, instead of piled up the front of the boat like other companies do.
