It was difficult to find because we were dropped off at the busstation . At the minivan station they didn’t understand I already payed for 2 persons. Finally she wrote something down on a paper and the busdriver said it was for luggage and not for us . Even my booking said it was for 2 persons and our names. They don’t speak or understand English.

We departured on time but arrived one and a half hour later on a different bus terminal. But the staff was nicely and the van was pretty comfortable.

Ok, the van punctual.

It worked out very nice. We booked in advance, found the check-in desk easily via the information desk and were led to the right bus stop. The bus left on time, but arrived even earlier than planned.

Easy to use to buy ticket - taxi had to stop to pee on way and we arrived at 1145 for 12 bus and thought we'd miss it. Was extremely busy but staff behind counter called me over - showed her ticket on phone - she said building D no. 4 pointing at her desk - we were in building A. Quick trot to Building D Desk 4 - guy signed us into system wrote down bus lane, bus number & seats - directed us outside - another staff saw us looking around - still trotting ‍♀️ - took us straight to the bus - removed people from our seat - and we were on board!! Yes it's loud, yes it's busy - ask and the staff are willing to help. Brilliant 👏 Bus ok - a little hot and we arrived on time.

Very good trip. Busy in Bangkok. 3,5 hoor to Kanachaburi No problem that we have big luggage.

After purchasing tickets it gave options of choosing different types of insurance. I chose none, so I thought!!! When payment came it showed travel ticket amount, which I paid successfully. 516 THB . Then, the next day comes an insurance policy ( COVID!!!!) and payment of another 250THB. I had no recollection of choosing any, and no way to communicate this with your company. Would love a reimbursement. Evelyn Williams

The terminal is very old and outdated. It's very difficult to know exactly where to check in, there are very few explanations, and the departure information boards are missing. It's very noisy, and the staff speak very loudly. There's no air conditioning, and it's very hot. The toilets are outside the boarding platforms.

Too much stops during the journey. I thought it was a direct ride, but they also pick up and drop off other passengers, which I did not know of.

The driver didn't drop us off directly at the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok but instead on the other side of the street, so we with all our luggage, we had to cross the bridge over the road to get to the terminal. We were not late or anything, which was great, but that also indicates that he should have delivered us at the location that is promised in the reservation, which is the Terminal itself, not a busy roadside stop where we had to walk 500 metres with luggage.

What you can expect for the price

Unfortunately, we did not find the bus right away and did not receive any helpful information at the bus station. The ride itself was one hour faster than stated, probably because the bus was so empty

Very happy, was easy to find (asked at main desk information), on time and could put our bags next to our seats without having to pay for extra seats. Driver was good and bus was air-conditioned. Would recommend (Bangkok to Kanchanaburi)

Everything was good, Bus was on time ! I had a big backpack, I didn’t book a second seat I could put it in the middle row it was fine!

We couldn’t choose our seats despite being the first to arrive. The leg room was really small and the seats are too small for two passengers! Staff were unfriendly and rude.

Was comfortable with more space then I'm used to. We even got dinner and water. We arrived 5h early, in the middle of the night when we were supposed to arrive at 09.30 in the morning

The minibus was comfortable and air conditioned well. I bought an extra ticket for my bags which was worthwhile as there is very limited space for storing luggage. I was a bit surprised at the end of the trip to be dropped off on the side of the highway rather than at the actual bus terminal. Walking to the terminal would have involved climbing the overpass comprising many many stairs. Not easy in hot conditions with luggage. There was a line of taxis waiting beside the highway so I was more or less forced to take one of those.

Bus was not full so there was enough space to sit and for the luggage.

Very bad driver, all the travel at the phone. People vomiting on the bus and It took a lot of time in bangkok that we Jumped off the bus before to arrive at the last stop and we got a taxi to the final destination.

On Time it’s great

Second time using this company and again, it was smooth and simple. The smiley faces make it easy to spot them and their buses, and as I was early, they bumped me onto the bus 30 mins earlier which was handy. I had also booked two seats, one for my luggage in case. The destination “terminal” was interesting, just a bus stop area beside an extremely busy road with an overwhelming number of taxis, but I had chosen it to be closer to the main train station. I booked a Grab and the first two cancelled so I walked up a bit away from the taxis and the third pulled through. Will continue to use this company, they have been very reliable.

Very smooth sailing. The desk was easily identifiable with the smiley face, and the bus left on time. I booked two seats for myself and my luggage in case. The journey was quick, only took two hours even though we stopped to pick up and drop off people and parcels throughout.

Driver not so friendly and service oriented

we missed our bus because the driver left early. But we caught the next one so it was okay.

No issues outside of the operator that gave me my ticket didn't clearly tell me what bus to get on. Bus is very small and really no room for anything other than a backpack and even if you have that, it needs to be kept on your lap or the aisle. Surprisingly the bus actually arrive early so that was a plus but with it being soooo small, wasn't the most comfortable ride.

First of all, my seat was number 15 which just happens to be the seat with the large hump at the feet part so I could barely sit with both legs behind my seat. That wasn't the worst part, the worst part was my driver apparently forgot that I was on the bus. Long story short, everyone got off at the MoChit stop and my stop was supposed to be the Southern Terminal. I was the only person left on the bus after MoChit, he proceeded to stop someone and grab something that seemed personal. When he was standing outside paying the guy for whatever he picked up, he clearly looked at me sitting in the back of he bus. He than got on the bus and proceeded to drive about 2 min down the road, GOT OUT AND PEED behind a bush. After he got done peeing, he came to my window and proceeded to talk to me thru the window. Mind you, I don't speak any Thai but from his tone of voice, which wasn't very nice...it appeared he was asking me where I was going or why I was still on the bus. He got on the bus and I walked to the front to try and explain to him that I needed to be dropped off at the Southern Terminal. He proceeded to drive the bus to another terminal and asked a Thai who asked me what was going on. I showed them my ticket and how it showed that I was supposed to be dropped off at Southern. The person told me to wait on the bus and that they would drop me off. Bottomline, he forgot he had to drop me off...why IDK!! I was supposed to arrive at Southern Bus Terminal around 4pm and didn't arrive till after 5 smh! I won't be using this company again, unfortunately! The bus ride there was fine but coming back was a disaster!

The bus was left the Kanchanaburi station on time & reached Mochit bus station 20min earlier than the scheduled time. Overall it was good service!

It was on time. Easy to find at station, comfortable, there is not much space to put luggage but a bag pack is ok, and Aircon was at right temperature

Easy transaction, be sure to get there early as if they have everyone checked in they will leave, sometimes before the allocated time. You can use an e-ticket (no need to print). If you have luggage I recommend booking a seat for it

On time and pleasant journey arriving early. Didn’t need to extra seat for luggage as no-one else did and they gotbtheir luggage on board.

It was an easy bus journey however the driver kept stopping every 20 minutes for different reasons and we weren’t sure whether the stop was for us or not. We didn’t have a toilet break stop or a food stop which was annoying as the bus driver had stopped to get food for this other worker who was sat in the back but we weren’t allowed off. It was also lunch time so we were hungry and the smell of the food the other worker had wasn't helping our experience. The bus station in Bangkok was a nightmare as there wasn’t any signs to where to go so we asked someone and got sent to building D but when we walked into building D one of the guys behind the counter shooed us out so we walked around the side of the building only to go back in after realising there isn’t anything else that way. Then one of the ladies behind the counter called us over and when we showed her our ticket she sent us to the correct counter, whilst this was happening all of the workers behind the counter were shouting to each other so it was hard to hear the lady who was helping us. Also there was not enough legroom for anyone over 5”8.

Bus was easy to find, and the bus station offered everything possibly needed. We even got on one hour earlier bus as we arrived early. Bus driver was quite often checking mobile phone, once or twice even when overtaking. A bit scarred.

The journey was comfortable and we arrived earlier than expected. I also had enough leg room which was convenient.
