Ni e and steady cruise to our destination

1.5 hours delayed. I didn’t pay for an expensive ticket just to end up with a 1.5-hour delay.

The ticket was for **Gili Air**, but we were unexpectedly dropped off in **Lombok** instead. From there, we were transferred to Gili Air on a small boat that **did not meet even basic standards of comfort and safety**. The whole experience was poorly organised and very disappointing. **I would not recommend this operator.**

I have to come 1h earlier. Dont know why because it take 5h to Land on gili air from your post. Inside Was 15 deg so very cold. Why do this?

The ship itself was good. However, getting off the ship was an absolute nightmare. There were way too many people at the landing stage, and it was not well communicated where the luggage was. The worst part was that we hadn’t even left the ship yet, and there were already so many people offering taxis while we were still trying to find each other and locate our luggage. People were also directly holding flyers in our faces as we were getting off. Extremely intrusive. I have never experienced anything similar. Complete chaos.

Big boat low waves = perfect trip with a small child.

Boat was confortable and modern. Too much useless wait for boarding (no need to ask for people to come 1h early if we board 45 late), AC was WAY to cold.

Super service from the beginning. Pick up on time. Check-in no stress. Cozy seats on board. Good to relax

Good organised fast boarding . If someone don’t like small fast boats this is for you completely not filling when you sailings.

Departure was at 1:15 pm. Start 90 Min later… Waiting in a hot room. Not so good.

When you book the trip its written it takes 1,5 hours... But overall it took 3,5 hours... On the Bali harbour was a big trafficjam about the arriving boats... So we had to wait very long on the sea to get the one place in the harbour

Very Nice boat but More 2 hours late without explication

The boat was delayed by two hours, and we received no explanation, no apology, and no compensation whatsoever from Wahana Virendra. On top of that, the journey itself took approximately three hours instead of the two hours and fifteen minutes advertised on the website. We were supposed to arrive in Gili Air at 3:15 PM, but we eventually arrived at 7:00 PM. We therefore lost an entire afternoon, which seriously disrupted all of our plans. What is even more disappointing is that there seems to be no way to request a refund or even contact 12Go to obtain any compensation for this major delay and the inconvenience caused. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering the lack of communication and customer service from the company. The only positive point was that the boat itself was relatively comfortable.

The fastboat was 1.5 Hours Belated and took nearly 3 Hours instead of 1.5 Hours like announced. The shared Van was a bus with another dozen people, which took a longer way via Ubud, what would have been for us a two hours longer ride to the Airport what made us book a grab and we had the additional costs for that.

The service was 3 hours late

An hour delayed. 10 minutes into the journey we then had to get off the boat and onto a different boat. The reason for this was unclear.

We set sail 2.5 hours later than scheduled, and the voyage took an extra hour due to stops, even though a different travel time had been advertised(

Extremely unhappy with our experience with Wahana. We booked a round trip to Gili Air. The evening before departure, at 8:00 PM, the company informed us that the trip had been moved up by two and a half hours due to the afternoon weather forecast. Despite some difficulty, we managed to make it for the new departure time. The return trip was far worse. The boat was scheduled for 3:30 PM. At 6:30 AM, we received an email stating that the boat had been moved up to 10:30 AM (requiring us to be at the port by 9:30 AM)—a full five hours earlier! Naturally, we were asleep at 6:30 AM, so we didn't see the message and missed the boat. Our subsequent interactions with the company were of no help at all. They offered no solutions and were very slow to respond. We had to find a solution ourselves and scramble to book with another company—which, ironically, ended up running two hours late... During the return, the sea was very calm and we had no issues, so we don't understand the reason for the schedule changes. I’m giving two stars because the boat itself was comfortable. I do not recommend them.

Overcrowded boat. Bathroom filthy..

We have waited 2 hours standing on the peer for the ferry that was late. It was hot and there were lots of people waiting and complaining. But the ferry was OK.

Très déçue par cette compagnie. À l’origine, nous avions réservé un bateau au départ de Gili Air à 10 h, avec une arrivée prévue à Padang Bai vers midi. C’était précisément pour cette raison que nous avions choisi cette compagnie : nous souhaitions arriver suffisamment tôt à Seminyak pour profiter de notre première journée. Quelques jours avant notre retour, nous avons été informées que notre arrivée serait finalement déplacée de Padang Bai à Serangan en raison d’une cérémonie traditionnelle prévue le 7 août. Je comprends parfaitement qu’une telle cérémonie puisse entraîner la fermeture du port. En revanche, puisqu’il s’agit d’un événement planifié et connu à l’avance, nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi cette modification ne nous a été communiquée qu’à la dernière minute. Si nous avions été informées plus tôt, nous aurions choisi une autre compagnie ou organisé notre voyage différemment. En plus du changement de port, notre départ a été repoussé à 12 h. Nous avons dû nous présenter une heure avant pour l’enregistrement, mais le bateau est finalement parti avec un important retard, vers 14 h. À bord, il y avait beaucoup trop de passagers. Le bateau était tellement rempli qu’il n’y avait même pas assez de places assises pour tout le monde, ce qui est inacceptable pour une traversée de plusieurs heures. À notre arrivée à Serangan, les difficultés ont continué. Personne ne nous avait informées que les Grab n’étaient pas autorisés à accéder directement au port. Si nous l’avions su, nous aurions réservé un taxi privé à l’avance. Au lieu de cela, nous avons dû marcher environ 1,5 km sous une chaleur étouffante avec de lourdes valises, dont une avec une roue cassée, jusqu’à la zone où les Grab pouvaient venir nous chercher. Une fois arrivées, il y avait énormément de monde et nous avons encore dû attendre très longtemps avant de pouvoir obtenir un véhicule. Le plus frustrant est que nous avions réservé une magnifique villa à Seminyak afin de profiter de la piscine et de nous reposer après plusieurs jours d’excursions très intenses. Nous devions initialement arriver vers midi, mais, à cause de tous ces changements et de ces retards, nous ne sommes arrivées à notre hôtel qu’aux alentours de 20 h. Nous avons donc perdu une journée entière de vacances ainsi qu’une journée d’hôtel que nous. L’organisation a été très décevante. Une meilleure anticipation, une communication plus transparente et des informations pratiques sur l’arrivée à Serangan auraient évité beaucoup de stress et de désagréments.

I took a shared taxi and fast boat package. Everything went well but there was still a delay of 30 minutes to reach Gili T which was absolutely okay for me as the journey was smooth and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them. I took Vahana Virendra fast boat. They also had seats on the top which is nice for some fresh air. I liked the over all experience and will definitely choose them again.

Everything was really nice. Except the air conditionner which was cold

Very comfortable journey. The boat was new and clean and the staff were very friendly. After the boat ride we had an ongoing journey via shuttle bus to Ubud. The transport was very quickly arranged as soon as we reported to the Wahana office in Padang Bai, but before that we were almost convinced to take another transport (at extra cost) by some people waiting at the port. So our advice is: go immediately to the Wahana office in Padang Bai (and ask the boat staff where it is) if you have ongoing transport booked.

Great journey, but 2 and a half hour late start

I don’t know if that’s normal but before we could board the boat we had to wait for almost an hour! But once we got on board everything was fine.

Boat was an hour late and it was extremely confusing what was happening, there was too many people and not enough order. Causing many people to stand in the heat all packed together in line for an hour for no reason. Inside boat was comfortable though.

Incredibly easy and safe trip - I highly recommend booking through these guys. Firstly when you go to their office to wait to board there’s an amazing cafe and the whole check in process is very smooth. Then the boat looks basically brand new and is extremely comfortable. You will go to the islands before Lombok so it will be a 3 hour journey to Lombok depending on weather. You also need to pay the island tax at check in - you are not being scammed, don’t complain just pay it. Overall everything was very easy to navigate and safe, I’d very much recommend.

Journey with the boat was very comfortable and a bout condition is very well. But waiting time before boat ride was extremely long and uncomfortable. 13:15 was a ride time, we were transferred to other smaller room which was way too small for such a big crowd of travellers and without informing us about situation we were forced to sit there and sweat for more than an hour. I am not spoiled, but it was a tough hour.

Clean, A/C, safe, and on time

It was a nice and clean boat. The boat sat well on the water and there was absolutely no rocking. The staff could be a bit friendlier to the passengers. And on-board sales must not be pushy.

Tue catamaran itself was vet comfortable and stable however due on the way to Gili we had more than 1 hour delay and due to low tide conditions (they said) to get to Gili Air we had to get out in Trawangan and take another little boat. We got there 2 hours later. On the way back they cancelled our afternoon trip and we had to do the same, two boats again. Other boats were doing the standard journey though.
