Good for what it is. It was very inexpensive and it got us where we wanted to go. No complaints there. It's not the most comfortable but it isn't totally uncomfortable either. What I didn't like about the trip was that they sold too many tickets and one or two people had to sit on the floor. They also said rows 5 to 14 or whatever are free with no reservation and then they get on the bus an start shuffling everyone around because there were reservations given for the seats that are not supposed to have any reservations. Overall, it got us to Zadar and that is what matters. It's just small things.
I overstayed 5minutes due to the long queue in the lady toilets, the driver started to drive the bus away even though he knew I was not on board. Passengers had to stop him.

the bus left 15 minutes late, arrived 20 mins late. Drivers waiting for a few passengers, who arrive late and than displace other passengers, who have occupied the seats reserved by the ones, who are late.
On time, comfortable and clean (even though a small bus), good price. The driver talked on his cellphone for much of the trip. That's unsafe and it would be illegal in my country.

Nice way to travel. It was comfortable and scenic. Driver could have explained where to catch next bus from Rijeka to Rovinj , it was a little confusing.
I liked the ride and the nice gentleman who took the tickets and rode in the bus. Although it stated on the ticket and in the bus that there would be wi-fi, there wasn't.
Fast, efficient ride. We got to our destination on time. The bus was small, but the seats were comfortable. There could have been more room for luggage as we were in a very small vehicle. Some of the music the driver was playing was too loud and the stated time for breaks was inaccurate on one of the stops.
We left on time and had very few stops. Bought ticket online and printed ticket said "No 1" but that wasn't the correct bus stall at station. We were 45 minutes late.
Great driver and comfortable trip. The driver was excellent, he was Friendly and stored our bags Without a problem. He drove well and safely. Very happy with our trip, comfortable bus and clean.
Driver doesn't speak in English at all. There was too cold in a bus, also I had to change it from smaller one to bigger one, which means to feel the terrible cold twice.
There was a bit confusion with seat reservation - we payed tickets online but couldnt reserve any seats so we sit somewhere randomly. However other customers who bought tickets in hard store had seat reservation? This is something worth fixing. Otherwise ride was good with nice view.
Large travel van with trailer. Driver stopped to allow for a 15 min break at a nice rest area. Since this was a large travel van instead of a bus seats were not as comfortable.
I have had the tickets online and we didn't have seats specified in the tickets, so we realised that maybe we had to go stand up all the trip. finally we had luck and the driver gave us two seats but it was very violent situation with people in the bus.
Good driver, deserves a better bus! The trip was excellent..until the bus lost engine power when we were going over the mountains. The driver was able to manage carefully, and got us to Rijeka only 15 minutes late..but the company really needs to get a new engine for this bus! That the bus was not in good maintenance.
