Helpful Driver and assistant. Bus with toilet at the back though the bus was quite old. With free snack and one meal. They assisted us in the border to Cambodia so it was not that hard and we didnt take much time.They have also free tuktuk ride to your hostel when we reach Siem Reap because it was already night time.

The bus all ran on time and was relatively comfortable. Would have been nice to have a bit more direction when crossing the border between Thailand and Cambodia.

Overall was a good trip. Depart on time and staff friendly. Provide foods,snacks and drinks. Recommended company. Just a little bit concern, I’m booked 8am bus but then the bus company said change to 9am,but anyway is fine.

Easy and very comfortable bus trip. The bus driver and staff look after all passengers.

No problems during the trip. Bus was the older generation but that doesn't mean was worst than new buses where seats are so close to each other that there is no space for legs. There was plenty room to stretch yourself and also we could recline back of the seat to the stage that we were almost lying flat. Driver done the trip smooth. Just for those who are on Mochit station (ticket says Morchit with an R but the station is Mo Chit on Google maps - so yes they both same stations) seeing the bus and thinking it looks old it's still comfy and got a toilet facility on board (don't expect 5* toilet tho). Overall I've paid £20 for 7 hour trip and got what I was expecting. !REMEMBER to print the PDF ticket with the QRcode on it and seat number confirmed! I've printed the email with the reference number only and PDF file wondering what happen if I give only email - the guy advised can't find my booking, my money haven't been received and I have to buy another ticket and the 1st available bus is tomorrow (bus was not even half full). He changed his mind when I've shown him printed PDF, then money suddenly been transferred and he found the booking entering the same reference number which was on printed email :)) People on Mo Chit bus station unfortunately are not helpful so be careful.

Llegamos a mochit la estación de autobuses desde el aeropuerto de don mueang y muy bien. Nos mandaron al piso 3 ventanilla 95. No llevamos la confirmación impresa pero nos imprimieron los billetes. Muy amables muy cómodo el autobús. Eso si salió antes de las 8 así que recomiendo llegar antes. Muy Recomendable.

Good service and kind people. Just improve the toilet inside the bus :)

Quick and easy border crossing, got to siem reap early!

Really nice trip overall. We left Bangkok at 9:10 (10 minutes after scheduled departure), stopped a gas station at 1:15 pm, arrived at the border around 2:30pm where we were given fried rice. We paid 1,300 baht and they took out passport and got visas for us. We walked across the border and reboarded the bus. We arrived in Siem Reap around 7:30pm

Very nice company. They sell dollars for baht at a great exchange rate when you get to the station in Siem Reap. They offer a snack and a meal. Driver was professional and safe. They spoke very clear English and were able to communicate easily with the non-Thai passengers . They helped everyone out a lot who needed a visa. I recommend this company

There was very little direction at the Cambodian border

This was the real experience. Our driver, Bart aka king of the road, was kind and sweet, and let us watch muay thai with him while he was driving. His friend, Pookie, helped us with the visums, else we probably would have been killed or worse... mugged. Bart really liked honking on the street, because he wanted the attention of the pretty girls selling fried cat on the side of the road. The bus was comfortable, we barely heard the chickens and goats in the back. We even got to help the locals carry their stuff of the bus, because Bart was face timing with one of his pretty girls. We only saw one guy and dog die due to road accidents, none of them caused by Bart. It only took us 16 hours to get from Bangkok to Phnom Penh. As a conclusion I would really recommend this busride, but don't forget to ask for Bart for the real deal.

The bus was quite comfy, but the things for legs didn't work. Drivers were very fast. Some complimentary little cake and a bottle of water. On the customs we got one more meal - fried rice with salmon, which was very tasty. Air condition is very strong, tho.

The overall travel experience was fine - clean bus, good service. However, upon reaching the cambodian customs, things started to get quite messy with multiple low-rise building's for different segments instead of a single building encompassing everything, namely, the purchase of visa's, departure, and arrival etc. I was also asked to pay 100 baht in order to get my passport(Singaporean Passport) back. I believe this is not supposed to be a requirement. Reason being, those holding Singaporean passports need not pay for a visa's or any form of fees at the checkpoint. Additionally, those from the same bus were not required to pay any form fee at the customs checkpoint besides having the need to pay for their Visa.

Nice ride and easy visa process that the company takes cafe of for you hassel free.

Beware of the tuk tuk drivers at end of trip

The staff were friendly and helpful with everyone who was applying for visas, and the bus itself was very comfortable. The bus did stop for about 10 minutes just outside of Siem Reap, because there was something wrong with it, but we still arrived in good time. I would like to make the suggestion that perhaps when taking bookings you could inform passengers that there will be a meal provided and ask them to notify if they have any dietary requirements or allergies, as my partner and I weren’t able to eat the lunch provided due to this.

it was a smooth drive, there’s a complementary snack and lunch although lunch was in a small serving its ok, driver and his assistant was polite we didn’t encounter any problem

Bus was clean, seats reclined quite far back and they spoke English. Easy to sleep and be comfortable. They also handled the visa process so everything was smooth sailing.

Comfortable journey, got through border fine. Bus left 30 minutes late, no vegetarian option for lunch so no food for us, information at border crossings wasn’t very clear. Overall it was ok.

We were transferred to another bus because of the malfunction of the bus that were riding.

A bus breakdown caused a couple of hours wait but they seemed to deal with it quite well all considered.

excellent trip! the tour guide was very clear and informative for a smooth transition across the border. they also provided lunch and snacks for the ride that was a bonus. the bus was very comfortable which made the ride much smoother. definitely recommend!

Bus service was great. Border went very smoothly and we arrived to Siem Reap two hours earlier than expected. My only issue was that the bus took no stops at all, besides the border, which meant no options for food besides what they served. And no real bathrooms for an entire day...

Da unser Hotel den Transport zum Busbahnhof verrissen hatte, kamen wir erst 10min nach Abfahrt an! Das war jedoch kein Problem und die Dame an dem Schalten buchte uns anstandslos auf den nächsten Bus um! Kann ich nur empfehlen! Wir hatten bereits ein e-visum, wodurch wir uns die Situation vor der Grenze erspart hatten. Der Busfahrer kam kurz vor der Grenze rum und wollte alle Pässe einsammeln um das Visa vorher auszustellen (kostet deutlich mehr als bei Direktantrag an der Grenze). Er hat jedoch weder darauf gedrängt noch jemanden bedroht oder angeschrien, es verlief also ruhig und komplikationslos (auch für die, die erst an der Grenze das Visum beantragt haben)

The journey was straight forward and easy, the bus was fairly comfy but lacked a little leg room as always. The toilet on the bus wasn’t as bad as I was expecting either. Crossing the border was a really easy process and the bus waited for everyone to get sorted before taking off again. Watch out for the scams! Luckily we had an EVisa already sorted so had no problem avoiding them. The one and only staff member on the bus will tell you all that you should get a visa before crossing the border then take your passport and 40 dollars or 1400 Thai bhat and sort it for you. You absolutely DO have the option to say no and they WILL wait for you to get your visa at the border. Everyone seemed to be handing this guy money and passports no problem except for one British couple at the back who had done their research (it only costs 30 dollars if you do it yourself). Or to make it even easier just buy and EVisa before you make the trip. Overall the journey wasn’t all that bad, would go with this company again.

excellent services. the bus is ok, the staff *very* friendly & they look after u. u'll get some food during the journey (it's ok, this is obviously not a michelin starred restaurant). about border crossing: with e-visa it is easier to cross the border than arriving in the uk from an eu destination. i highly recommend this service.

The bus was cold. They turn up the aircondition. They are nice and carefully. The give a basic food but that also good point.

Really fine for the price. Would put 5 stars but comparing to the bus from chiang mai to Bangkok this second bus from BKK to siem reap was more old school.

Driver helpful, border crossing a little confusing. From border toilet smell was not good in seating area. Hard to hear instructions in back of bus. Overall ok trip though.

Comfortable easy ride, the staff was nice and attentive and they gave us snacks and lunch. We arrived in Cambodia one hour early. Bus was a bit stinky from the bathroom though. As for the visa. They tell you it's 1400 baht and they will do it for you on the bus prior to boarder crossing. Don't fall for this!!!! They are charging you 200 ($6) for the visa part that only takes 5 minutes to do at the boarder! You have to go through the boarder anyways so why waste $6 to save 5 min? They should tell you on the bus what your options but they don't because everyone is making money on this. Visa process: you exit Thailand (about 5-10 min process), get your stamp. Then you go into Cambodia. You go get a visa on arrival which takes 5 min. It only costs $30 so if you have $ use those! They charge 1200 baht which is a bit more like $35 but you can't really do anything about that unless you want to argue with the boarder police. Best to have $ to save the most money. Then you walk to get a stamp and fill out a embarking card. 3 steps. One after another. Takes around 45 min to 1 hour total. If you do it on the bus you just skip step 2 but will have to wait for the smart ppl that decided to get their own visa anyways so why pay the extra 200 baht. The bus company should tell its customers about the options. Not cool to tell them that's the only option. Don't fall for it!

Very smooth trip. Clear and helpful advice and plenty of help for people who needed a Cambodian Visa. Good driver, food supplied, good guide at border. Definitely recommend this Company

Staff very helpful. We arrived 1h early. Pay for Tuk Tuk transport to nearby hotels.

This was fine for what I needed. There does need to be more instructions on how to do the boarder crossing from the coach staff. The expedited feature does save a bit of time at your own cost. They should inform you about the scams that the border staff if Cambodia try to pull.The coach station in siem reap was not very professional as the "free" tuktuk was just a way to sell excursions. We ended up walking when we refused two excursions mid journey and when the driver tried to get us to pay for his petrol. After a about 8 hours of traveling the last this you want to do is deal with this nonsense.

01/08/18 I traveled with three other friends and had a great time! We chose the VIP option which are the larger tour buses (with luggage storage on the underside, aircon, washroom at the back, and reclining seats), which cost about $40 CAN. The driver was a safe driver (at least when I was awake) and the guide was pretty funny. We call him the Options Man, since he started off with most sentences with "I give you *number* options". They provided a couple stops, one for a washroom/convenient store break and another for some food (also where they issued the visas for Cambodia, our destination). They even provided us with a bottle of water, a box of juice and a small banana muffin. To add to one of the other reviews, yes, there is some level of shadiness when it comes to applying for the visas. We were lucky to have a much more thorough guide that didn't try to gouge us. Option 1: You apply for the visa yourself. $30 USD for a tourist visa + 100 baht rush/same-day fee. Option 2: You stay seated inside of the bus and the guide will acquire the tourist visa for you. $30 USD for a tourist visa + 100 baht rush/same-day fee + 20 baht service fee (service fee that goes to the guide). In the end, you DO have the option to do it yourself. Don't feel pressured to pay for them to do it, if you don't feel like it.

Easy bus and in time. No problems with visa.
