درجهها و قیمت اتوبوسهای Transnasional به چه صورت است؟

مزایای سفر با اتوبوس
اتوبوسها معمولاً به داشتن وسیعترین شبکه مقصدهای تحت پوشش خود میبالند. اتوبوسها به مکانهایی میروند که نمیتوانید توسط هواپیما یا قطار به آنجا بروید
سفر با اتوبوس راحت است، نیازی نیست خیلی زودتر به ترمینال اتوبوس برسید، و اعلام حضور معمولاً برخلاف سفر هوایی یک فرمالیته خیلی سریع است
بلیط اتوبوس خیلی مقرون به صرفه است. بله، گزینههای درجه یک یا VIP وجود دارد که گران هستند اما اگر بودجهتان محدود است، اتوبوس اولین وسیله حمل و نقلی است که باید بهش فکر کنید
در عین حال، درجات کیفی مختلفی از خدمات برای برآورده کردن هر نوع بودجهای وجود دارد. اگر به دنبال سطح راحتی بالاتری هستید، اتوبوسها این نیاز شما را نیز برآورده میکنند.
معایب سفر با اتوبوس
پایانههای اتوبوس بین شهری را میتوان در خارج از مرکز شهر و در حومه پیدا کرد. که یعنی باید برای رسیدن به آنجا زمان و هزینه اضافی را محاسبه کنید. در برخی از مقصدهای خاص رفتن از ترمینال اتوبوس بیشتر از آنچه انتظار دارید برای شما هزینه خواهد داشت چرا که فقط تعداد کمی از شرکتهای حمل و نقل اجازه ارائه خدمات در آن مسیر را دارند، و قیمتها ممکن است تورمی باشد.
در طی آخر هفتههای شلوغ یا فصل گردشگری، اتوبوسهایی که در برخی از مقاصد گردگشگری خدمات ارائه میدهند ممکن است برنامه خالی نداشته باشند و نیازمند رزرو از قبل باشند.
با اینکه اتوبوسها به اندازه کشتیها به آب و هوا وابسته نیستند، سفر با اتوبوس نیز ممکن است به دلیل آب و هوا یا شرایط بد جاده تأخیر بخورد یا لغو شود، اگر در طی فصول خاص یا به مقصدهای مشخصی سفر میکنید این مسئله را در نظر داشته باشید.

Joao GOverall good experience. The seats are comfortable and spacious. The bus was 1 hour late due to the traffic on the surroundings of Kuala Lumpur. Try to avoid busy traffic hours.

Luggage department seemed very poor, driver had trouble opening it so there was little space for everyone’s luggage hence everything was stacked. Was a weird high pitch in the bus very frequently. Driving skills were a bit scary, many near-accidents in my opinion.

Pilvi The bus was clean and comfortable. Everything was fine and the driver drove safely. The bus was approximately on time. On the 5-6 hours trip from KL to Penang we had a lunch/restroom break right after Ipoh.
Buying the ticket in 12Go Asia was easy and I got the e-ticet to my email right after finishing the purchase on 12Go site.

Peter No holdups, dead on time, air con perfect...not like in other countries (Thailand for example) where they don’t know the difference between air con and refrigeration. Comfy seating. Love the single seats and huge legroom. Good value all round.

Maren The trip itself was fine, but we should have arrived 13:45 and we were not in any traffic jam or anything, it was a smooth ride, but we arrived more than 1.5 hours later. How can this be? The driver was fast, so they must miscalculate the whole route. And when we were half way of the distance, I could already see we would have a massive delay and still he stopped for half an hour lunch break. Just state a travel time of 6 hours, and everybody would be fine. This way you cause a lot of stress for everybody.

Manfred I have travelled with 5 different bus lines in Malaysia. Transnational is the only one I have taken twice and that is largely because its performance met my expectations. My only two suggestions are:
- It would be nice if the seats had a USB charging socket but beyond that I am happy with the service; and
- kill the speed warning (preferably by slowing down) we know it is difficult to keep to a schedule with traffic and we won't hold you accountable for being late but the warning for exceeding the speed limit carries back more into the bus and is decidedly annoying (note: I felt the driver was driving very safely but was trying hard to meet a schedule that wasn't going to be met)

Afifah my chair cannot be adjust, the handle is nowhere to be found and thus i did not have the comfort to sleep during the 5 hrs journey. thats why i rate it 2 stars only. i feel so restless with it. if only the sit can be adjusted. please check the sit and repair it. thanks.

Isabella Bus was comfortable, seats reclined to a good angle for a comfortable sleep. USB charging points below the seats were also useful. Got us home to KL from Melaka in just over two hours during CNY so definitely bonus points for making that happen.

Carole On the 12go itinerary it advised the bus would arrive in Butterworth at 14.45. We did not arrive until 17.15! There was no communication from either the company or the drivers that the route had been changed to include several stops/towns on the way. Thete was no traffic to delay the journey. Not at all happy!

Rakesh The bus service was on time, but the bus itself was in poorshape.The seat handrests were loose and were coming apart. The bus was carrying so many cold storage containers with some bottled.drinks, and so many plastic buckets with things in it that there was no room for passengers to put their suitcases. All the passengers were struggling to stuff their luggage in the storage space. There was no help or effort by the driver to help accomodate the luggage. it was a struggle by all the passengers to put the luggage inside.

We were late but i think that the scheduled for that trip is wrong. The place in which there is the Transnasional stop is terrible. They doesn’t serve cold water and the toilets are dirty.

Otherwise it was a good trip and I will reuse the company.
