Sobia Pgreat overall. Our bus from cameron to Amanjah was late but all the staff at station helped us get on our next bus.
The baggage loading should be supervised by a staff as people placed their bags horribly and although there was plenty space in baggage compartment we struggled to put our bags. Seats were comfy. for journeys more than 2 hours there should be small stops for food or toilet. train station is well equiped with adequate clean toilets, shops restaurants massage chairs. ticket counters and all staff os very good efficient and helping. There was wifi on bus that worked great.

Driver was foul tempered, raising his voice to hurry us while stowing our bags beneath the coach, poking me in the arm to put the seatbelt on otherwise the police would fine us even though the seatbelt was already secured, constantly loudly coughing up phlegm and spitting it out the window which was disgusting, especially every 1-2 minutes for a 3 hour journey. He also became very irate when an older gentleman asked to stop to use the toilet about 30 minutes outside of KL, while he did stop at a nearby restaurant station you could hear him complaining loudly and angrily to his attendant.

Instead of waiting for me, or joining me, they just left me there without any information. I arrived at the bus stop and it was gone. I had to find my way all alone. The service wasn’t completed.
