Excellent-very comfortable reclining seats with pillow and blanket. Arrived before scheduled.

Bus ride was comfortable with air-con at the right temperature so the blanket they provided was enough. Arrived Chiang Rai at around 7am just as scheduled. Only reminder which was not mentioned in previous reviews - after printing the ticket out, arrive at Mo Chit bus terminal earlier to find Siam First’s counters at 10-12 to exchange for the actual ticket to be able to know the right bus terminal and get the dinner ticket.

Smooth trip in a clean and very well air conditioned bus. Blanket and pillow provided and also drinks and snacks! Highly recommend.

Pros: extremely comfortable seats that recline all the way back, loads of leg room, proper blankets, pillow and head rest, snacks and drinks provided, arrived at our destination before the scheduled arrival date, movies on individual TV screens. Cons: none! Would recommend to anyone backpacking Asia.

Stewardess didn t speak any English. Bus was punctual, snack was good. Seats a little bit uncomfortable but pillow and blanket provided.

Excellent bus service.....only downside is a bit difficult to access or find bus at the station. Easy if you are Thai. Fantastic seating on the bus.....makes you want to sleep...

It is the best travel so far from Bangkok up North to the border of Thai and Laos. The 13 hours bus journey was long but didn’t mind since it’s at night. The stewardess was very attentive and accomodating to all passengers. Smooth ride and driver is very professional. An amazing staff you got there. Thanks and hope to ride again soon.

Slightly hard to find the bus stop, so give yourself some time. But the ride was great. Lots of snacks, blankets, pillow, and a smooth ride. I really enjoyed it. Except I accidentally left my glasses on the bus (my own fault). They did get there an hour before they said, but it was fine.

Very hands off tour. Honestly you may as well just get a taxi to the floating market.

I slept the whole time! Loved the back massaging seats and appreciated the opportunity to stop half way and get up to stretch/use a proper toilet.

Highly recommended Bus depart on time, good service. snack, coffee and tea are served on bus. Around midnight they stopped and you have a meal 20mins (included in ticket). The best is comfortable seat and always smile of service woman

My husband's seat would not recline. Driver was all over the road. Bathroom reeked of urine for majority of the trip and the smell eventually crept upstairs to second deck. Bus was EXTREMELY cold. Stewardess was helpful.

Keep your ticket, at midnight you will stop and get free food with. The driver was not driving too fast. It wasn't too cold in the bus. No announcement in English. Counter outside 10 to 12 for the ticket. And 28 to 30 for the platform. You CAN'T charge your phone or connect to the wifi. The chairs were not large but still comfy with massages.

Incredible bus, incredible staff! The bus seats were nicely spaced out, the chairs reclined and even the foot rest raised for you, on top of that there was a built in massager into the chair! It felt so luxurious for such a low price, by far the best bus we’ve been on throughout our travels. On top of that the lady serving us was amazing, she brought hot tea, coffee, cake, wafers, juice and water. Would 100% recommend. The only negative you’ll find is that around 24:20 they stop off at a service station for the driver to eat but they put all of the lights on throughout the bus making you wake up which was frustrating when you’re woken at 530 as you’re nearing the station. Other than that, perfect!

Only negative is no way to charge your phone on the 13 hour trip.

everything was ok except when the steward had to wake us up from sleep during stopover. Probably ask the guest in advance if they want the steward to wake them up in stopover prior to departure.

Comfy bus, and food was nice. Would be nice if there was an English announcement as well as a Thai one. Not sure why we stopped at 12am, would have been nice to sleep through the whole night

It was a bus trip, and this is as good as a bus trip gets. fully reclining seats, a nice hostess, lots of snacks and water, tea and juice. When I had to get off the bus to get food, I was very confused but following the locals and asking helped. Besides that it was a smooth and fast trip.

I am making a review for my trip bangkok chiang Mai now while the bus is moving. The seats are spacious and somewhat comfortable but the bus driver is driving way too fast. I have traveled all over the world, and I have never been afraid of being on a bus before and I can safely say I am scared. He thinks he is a Race Car Driver. He has passed taxi buses and trucks on the highway in the fast lane. At one point, he narrowly scraped thru on the fast lane between passing a bus on the left and the wooden fence on the right. I was afraid for my life, but all other people seemed to be sleeping and didn't notice. The bus was rocking back and forth like a boat! This driver needs to SLOW DOWN and realize there are peoples lives at stake! The hostess was sweet. But due to the speed.. I've never seen such a thing. For this reason I would not take this company again.
