    Felt like the journey from hell - never travel on Galeb. Nothing except it did actually get us there - very late! The bus was late, filthy with broken seats and the bus station should have given us seat numbers but didn’t so we ended up sitting separately in the last 2 seats. My husband was in a broken seat and the driver first told me to either get off the bus or sit on the floor until I insisted on taking the seat he had reserved for his own bag and coat. I had been sick earlier in the day and this journey was the worst bus journey we have ever taken. You must tell people booking online tickets that they need a seat number before boarding.

I had to pay more money using your service than the original company, just to be told once I got to the bus station that my ticket isn’t valid until I get a real one from the original company that has an office outside the bus station. A hegyre alig tudott felkapaszkodni a busz, küszködött a motor, szinte lépésben mentünk (a Google Maps sebességmérője szerint volt, amikor csak 12 km/h volt a sebességünk). Ilyenkor a légkondi sem működött. Majdnem egy órás késéssel érkeztünk meg.

    Arrival was early. Driver is trying to speak in English despite language barrier. Glad we were able to arrive in the bus station early. Booking with getbybus is so easy. Confirming that I received my bus ticket, printed it and was able to use it properly. The bus seats need a make-over. Seats are quite tight. No space for bags to be placed under the seats.

    Grumpy driver not willing to help anyone. The driver was grumpy right from the start. Very unpleasant person. No view because nearly all the windows had leaks and there was condense in between. So no view. All the chairs were broken. No armrests, they had been removed or were broken. Very old bus, beeping and cracking whole ride. Seen by the price we paid around 17€ I would have expect better equipment, plus a kind nicer driver.

    Very organised bus station and ticket was ok with the driver. More information on the fact you need to pay a bus station fee when buying the ticket, and what to do with the ticket (e.g go to the counter and get them to validate etc).

    Issue in boarding pass. All except geolocation of boarding in boarding pass. Geolocation in boarding pass was wrong, I arrived via google maps according to your coordinates, and there was nothing there, closed ruined parking. Pls change the geolocation in boarding pass to correct one: to Belgrade autobus station geolocation.

    Mobile phone policy. The ride through the lovely scenery. The driver used his mobile phone very often - he talked about Sinusol to somebody for a long while. It was quite worrying for passengers.

    Competent and comfortable coach journey. Left on time. Good driver, comfortable coach which had good air conditioning on a very hot day. Arrived a bit earlier than scheduled. The seats had no arm rest on the corridor side.

    The driver was best! On our tickets, we were free to sit between seat 35-39. However all seat was sold and we sat on random seats. The driver helped us.
