The driver is always doing some stop over even if were not in the bus stop or terminal. We could have arrive earlier. Some of our co passenger is already angry because of the nonsense stop over.

Excellent service and very comfortable bus. Highly recommended.

Just a bottle of water supplied. No food in tkt price. Bad signage for pickup area in Nah Trang. Bad stopping places, except Phan Their. Bus very comfortable. T V s not working.

We were so happy to see that had the same wonderful driver on the way home. He came out early to collect us from the hotel - so kind. An excellent driver, immaculate and comfortable bus and an excellent company. We will always use this bus company now. Thanks for making it all so easy *****

Wonderful! Best way to travel as you can see Vietnam, and such comfortable seats. Organised and helpful staff, free drinks in cafe before trip and delivered right to our hotel. Big thanks to our wonderful driver, looking forward to the trip home. Brilliant ****

Bus war neu, wlan funktionierte einwandfrei! Busfahrer konnte kein Englisch aber versuchte sein bestes!

Tv didn’t work, wifi was weak, bus was late, driver did not communicate stops or duration. We paid vip and was not the service expected.

Super comfy bus. Very clean. Great service. The 4+ hours travel went easily. Would go with limo again. Highly recommended.

Booked thinking it would be a step up from the local bus companies. Bus was a bit old and worn; reclining seat was broken on my chair, seats at the back didn’t get any WiFi signal. Bus driver was polite but spoke little English, weren’t too bothered by that, but we stopped at Mui Ne and the driver took our bags out the bus and said we were here. Slight panic, but we were assured that we were having a lunch break by a better English speaker on their office. We were given water, blankets and access to movies, which I didn’t use as they were not in my languages, but no problem. Overall the journey was a lot better than the normal bus companies; but communication was average and bus was old.

From start to finish, everything about our bus trip was an absolute breeze. The booking process, finding the bus on the day of departure, the comforts of the bus, the driver, the lunch stop, the journey - everything was fantastic and we wish every bus was like this! I loved the extra touch of removing our shoes before entering the bus, because this makes it much cleaner. Definitely will travel with this company again!

Not focus the destination

Bus left and arrived on time, very clean, friendly driver, seats are very comfortable, plenty of leg room.

Very nice trip with great chairs en space for the legs.

1)I was not inform of change of boarding point in Dalat. 2)Alighting point in Hcmc also change.

Very accommodating & friendly driver

Everything was fine, the bus was on time, and very comfortable as expected. The driver was really safe.

Staff was extremely friendly, absolutely lovely! BUT the bus mostly looks luxurious, seats aren’t actually that comfortable for sleeping, the pillow is too big and can’t be removed. The Wi-Fi did not work well at all and all of the on bus entertainment on the screens was lame, 1 movie, 2 songs, just a few games

The driver was awesome. Good english and drives really well.. The bus was definitely worth it.
