Peter DWhen booking I chose the return option, it turned out that I booked two one way tickets to Nusa Penida and no return. Nobody to answer the phone and hanging me to dry. Be wise, don't use 12Go!
So had to buy 2 new tickets..

Ash LPaid for a 30 minute boat ride at 3pm. By the time all suitcases were on at was almost 330, then the ride took well over 30 minutes. I think I was put on the slower 45 minute boat as my ticket wasn't or a specific company.

Asif ASea was calm! Heard a lot about late departure, rough seas, hot weather, no fan and AC and loads of complains. Even our first purchased ticket was cancelled from another company before the day of the departure. Then we chose Waruna Darma. Everything was on time and had a wonderful experience (Still cant believe that it was a wonderful journey because of so much complains on this site).
