Bella Firstly the pick up was very unorganised. We were waiting exactly at the coordinates and the photo that was provided to wait for a pick up. We arrived at 10am and didn’t get picked up till 11.15 for our 10.30 departure. During this wait time I emailed and tried to contact the phone number but was unable to. When we finally got picked up it was by a car not a bus to take us to the bus. Very disorganised and no communication.
Next it would have been nice to know when the stops were happening as there is no bathrooms on board so it is a bit distressing when you don’t know how long you have to wait. ( A suggestion would be to send it with the booking confirmation to clearly state how frequent the stops will be and for how long so people know what to expect and how much food to bring with them etc )
The bus was also very delayed we would have been arriving to Hue at 8.30pm but didn’t get there till 12.30am and this was meant to be the fast bus.
But I will add we had to change our final destination while we were on board and they were very accommodating and made it easy for us to change.

Yarrow DThe pickup place was not well labeled- no address was given and the name on the confirmation isn’t what is printed on the building.
The bus was around an hour late for pickup and then stopped for nearly another hour after pickup, the seats were terribly uncomfortable and my spot was especially noisy.
I was not impressed! I will not travel that way again.

Pamela MIt was a good experience however communication prior was non existent even after I reached out the day prior to confirm and being picked up was a bit confusing. Comfortable bus and plenty of bathroom breaks

Ralf HEverything fine, only direct contact to the bus operator difficult. I booked Vin bus but the bus operator at the end was Thanh Trung travel with a different WhatsApp number. The ride was comfortable and the driver made a break every 2,5 h.

Aël QOverall everything went well, the driver was on time and drived with caution. We could sleep without trouble for most of the trip. There was just a long stop at the very beginning to load in a scooter which resulted in some luggages moved in the cabin.

Aleksandra PThe driver didn’t stop for a toilet break for 10 HOURS!! I don’t know how everyone made it through but I sat there dehydrated and thankfully slept to ignore that fact. I heard a man literally begging to go outside to smoke while the driver stopped for few minutes but they denied anyone to leave. Inhumane and unacceptable. The only good thing, the bus was on time. If you want to book with this company, don’t drink anything before the ride if you want to survive

Pierre LTypical Vietnamese bus trip…
Bus came late, driver was a CRAZY fker, drove so fast we arrived 3H ahead of schedule. Not good here on a sleeper bus as we arrived in the middle of the night without any sleep.
And service is so poor as usual, guys rushing you out of the bus, throwing your bags and overall not giving a sht… what you’ll get in this country!
